Its would sure be possible because android is opensorce, but i have not the knowledge to do it. And so I would to ask if there is already an simple solution out there.

didnt search the forum but i think the internet is more vast then this forum and second thing i saw a pic on this site of a self edited ROM on Emulator Device
You can edit the Microsoft ROM images they provide for use in their emulators but there is no way to take a device specific file an emulate it unfortunately.

I think there is a minimum post count that you need for it....
Just a thought, no evidence to base this on

You're correct.
@OP: See 1st post in the FAQ: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=688353
Between 5 and 8 posts. It shouldn't take too long

Hi all !
I am new here and as i used to read XDA threads to complete my knowledge and follow Faryaab for the super nexus rom.
There is something i don't understand : if i want to post in the developpment part (Super Nexus 2.0 thread for me) i need to have had posted 10 messages. I want to report a bug to help the developper but because of the rules i would have to post 10 messages anywhere before posting in the development part... But that's stupid and i don't want to do this..
So ?
Thanks
(I am French so i apologize for my english)
So you can post in 10 threads (but don't spam) or PM the developer.
But that's stupid and i don't want to do this..

If u want to do reporting pm the dev... u should have posted atleast ten before u can post in dev thread...it may seem stupid but its not sctually...othetwise noobs will come and spam easily...with this rule little spam can be avoided...if u want ten posts, post in some qa threads..lakhs of threads are there...

Hmm as a cartesian i would say a noob could come here spam 10 post and then spam in the dvpmt part :/ So actually is it really usefull ?
So i'll PM the developer and wait till my ten msg to post in the dvpmt part (build 2 may come out at the same time =D )
Thanks

I also only have this tablet and my Samsung galaxy s2 phone to access the internet and no PC access currently. I am not subscribed through tmobile just use wifi on the tablet.
Also, I am taking online classes and need to beable to access the mymathlab flash site application and am unable to do so on my tablet through any browser. If anyone could help me with that too, I would be incredibly greatful.
Thanks so much.
Samantha

Hi everybody,
I have an Android running 4.2.2, rooted, CPU MT6582 and I need to change the IMEI in settings. I was able to do so, but when I go to the settings or do *#06# it still shows the old IMEI.
Any way I can fix it?
I really need help, thank you.

I think it's not a good idea to publicly share your IMEI etc. I suggest to immediately remove the published pictures! And anyway, they aren't required to find a solution to your question.
As far as I know there is no possibility to change the IMEI within the firmware unless "special tools" are used. And I'd personally refrain from that. Why not simply faking/spoofing the IMEI?

You cannot change the IMEI, you can only spoof it. It is embedded into the GSM module.
Thread Closed as IMEI change requests are illegal in US and most of other parts of the world
