[Q] Upgraded from Cognition 4.0 to 4.4.9, email not working.

So I was running Cognition 4.0 on my Samsung Captivate with no problems at all except for some GPS issues. I decided to upgrade to 4.4.9 today and now have a problem with my exchange email. I have set up my corporate account as normal and now my email and calendar wont sync up.
I have read the threads about email.apk files and honestly dont exactly understand them. Is this a problem with Cognition 4.4.9 because I didn't see it on the known issues list.
Any help is appreciated and yes I am partially a noob.
Working now
Please disregard post. Email and calendar started working all of a sudden.

Youtube login, uploader no longer works

Started a month ago, settings > data services > youtube no longer switch to logged in, album cannot upload video to youtube too.
I tried this action on cooked and stock ROM same result, I realize that youtube had changed policy, the old youtube account will not work anymore, it had already combined to you gmail or google account. And so the problem is the HTC account manager and uploader, is there anyway to fix this?
All having the same problem?
Hello all, does anybody have the same problem or there is anyone who's got youtube login working? (through account manager login)
Thank you very much in advance for your reply.
have the same problem here, won't login, and hasn't for a while, everything else on my HD2 works...

Yahoo Messenger problems for 3.2

I have one web development company. I use Google android os version 3.2 my problem is Yahoo Messenger atm?
Worked beautifully last night, but now this morning I'm unable to see any of my contacts' statuses, whether they're online or not, and completely unable to receive any messages.
People GET my messages, as I proved with my non-mobile Yahoo account. Tried logging out and logging back in, rebooting my EVO, uninstalling and reinstalling off the Market...nothing.
Even tried logging in via my iPad's Messenger app, but it worked flawlessly on there. Just Android seems to be having the issue currently, at least for me.
Anyone else? Plz Help
Thanks

[Q] Exchange email and Jellybean

Hello all,
I'm currently running bruce's CM10 (awesome rom by the way!) and I was wondering if anyone could point me to any advice/apps that could help me with my issue.
I'm setting up exchange on jellybean and one of the main requirements of the university is to setup a 6digit pin after the email is setup through android. On ICS and gingerbread, it would usually prompt me to create the pin after I make the account and allow me to access my email. However, it's not allowing me/prompting me to setup a PIN after I setup the email account on my android device. As of now, anytime I create the account, it gets stuck at syncing my email (meaning nothing is actually showing up in the email apk).
I looked up a few threads and even downloaded a flashable file on the nexus forums that was compatible with CM10 that bypasses this issue of creating security on the phone when setting up an exchange account, nevertheless it didn't work and i'm still presented with the same problem. The link I used was here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1749921
^hopefully the above thread can elaborate more on my problem as it completely describes the issues i'm running into
So with that, has any one found any workarounds or what not?
Appreciate the help!
