[Bootscreen] Ultimate Windows Splash Screens! - HD2 Windows Mobile 6.5 Themes and Apps

Ok, so here are the boot screens and splash screens that I made. The GIF file should be named animated.gif in the windows folder (on some custom ROMs it is removed - enable through BSB tweaks or a registry editor or just select the file using Advanced Configuration Tool) The pngs should be named welcomehead.192.png and welcomehead.png (just double the file and rename) and placed in the windows folder or just select the files in Advanced Configuration Tool.
I recommend using Advanced Configuration Tool to set up and select - it is really simple! (Make sure the files are saved on the device!)
Here are the pictures (just right click and click save as to save them):
Animated Boot Screens: (Don't worry both boot screens stop for a second at the end - so in the second one you can actually read HTC HD2: Quietly Brilliant)

Any other ideas people have?

Looks awesome. I love your splash screen! Now I have to make one like this for my CDMA TP2...

Looks Nice, Just Don't Know How To Install Or If It Works For WP7.

Modifying HTC Home plugin for today screen

Hello,
I'm currently using this layout for the HTC Home plugin:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
You can see a dark square on the selected tab. Is there any way to remove the dark square, so that youy cant see any difference between tabs ?
The following thing I tried don't work:
- remove from program files\htc home : HH_FW_selectedfill.png, HH_FW_selectedleft.png, HH_FW_selectedright.png, HH_BEZEL_fill.png (home plugin will load empty when doing this)
- put empty files in program files\htc home and renamed them to the ones above in this post (home plugin will load empty when doing this)
- resized the files to 1 pixel by 1 pixel (no difference in change at all)
Does anyone know how it can work ?
PS: the default files were already transparant so that's also not an option
try renaming the pressed button pics to the name of the unpressed.

Here is a splash screen I whipped up...Since splash screens are so easy to make I almost did not share this...but I absolutely love XDA and this is me trying to contribute. If you don't like this splash screen I would rather not hear your opinion...but if you like it please let me know.
Important
If you have never flashed anything (hard-spl, rom, radio, etc) on your phone STOP NOW and start reading this thread! If you don't know what you are doing you could ruin your phone. Of course...if you know what you are doing then you know flashing a splash screen is safe.
Directions Via ActiveSync
1. Download the Krook6023_Splash.zip file (located at the bottom of this post) and unzip it to your computer.
2. REMOVE SIM and microSD CARDS!!
3. Turn phone back on and wait until it syncs with your PC.
4. Run the Custom_RUU.exe from the Krook6023_Splash folder.
5. When the process is complete the phone will restart and you are done!!
Of course if you know how...you could always flash this with your memory card as well...enjoy!!

Help Please People
1. Easiest way use the search on kitchen "welcomehead" anyway SYS\Redist_dpi_96_resh_240_resv_320
2. OEM\ExtendedPKG "may be called OperatorPkg" in config_AP.txt you can TSK: \Windows\nameoff.tsk that will install in customization the .tsk
3. The OEM\OEM_Lang_0409 contains initflashfiles.dat to which will allow you to move shortcuts, if you are making a package OEM then you can change via initflashfiles.txt if it's EXT app.dat
4. OEM\OEMVERSION mxipupdate_OEMVERSION_100.provxml
There are many guides that will help you out on XDA here is a general good guide.

[Manila Clock Mod] A couple of fonts for your Manila clock

I was just playing with manila clocl fonts and made a first test one which I didn't really like, then I switched to the other which is way more adequate with my current GTX mockup theme.
Here they are:
{

To install, unzip the manila file and copy it to \Windows\, overwriting the original one (of which you may want to make a backup first), after which you just have to restart manila. Overwriting will only work by using a decent filemanager like totalcommander.
I don't know how to make cabs, yet copying over the file is faster anyway
I have created both fonts by modifying the original 77e0069a_manila file which contains the fonts. I attached a draft .PNG file:
View attachment 77e0069a_manila.zip
that I used in an image editor (you can use the free GIMP, or any other editor that can handle PNG with transparency), and then you must download mode9 editore by 6Fg8 to load the given PNG file and convert it to the manila file you need.
I know the start menu bar looks ugly as it is, yet I don't know how to edit it, so if anyone cares to let me know it would be very appreciated
