Thanks to CM and Lithid thread here and lots of no sleep, i bring you CM7X in many flavors and even not-so-nightly builds(found below)....Sooo do we need another GB prolly not.Did I? Of course,Is this just another GB rom,umm.NO ;D

NOTICE:
i had an issue with honeycomb music after a bit, and i just reinstalled from within system app folder and was all good. I wouldve removed the original music due to redundancy but the honeycomb music wouldnt work w/o it.

in case you were wondering this rom is not endorsed/made by
cm/teamdouche,but is built by me from cmsrc so its just a little less kang than usual.i tried to take it easy on the mod and do it justice, so hope you like it...

Hello, everyone. thank phinnaeus for this creation, i just took some suggestions into consideration over in cyanogen thread(shift_), and re-edited framework to work again; since the framework id changes frequently with them its rather tedious for a dev to keep up with every single update, so i did this for anyone who might like it and for myself as something new to try, but of course i had to do a little modding myself.
additions to sculpted:
Manups font for his evo theme(shift asked for this)
I cyanized a few more elements
(check screens below)
changed button colors to white
changed battery to cyan
thats it....intended for use starting on 8.10 nightly
instructions:
flash 8.10 nightly
reboot
reboot recovery
flash theme
to avoid issues i suggest wiping cache/dalvic and uid

Looks great. In your screenshots, the Dock icons are in color. Is that only with ADW launcher, or can the Launcher Pro icons be in color too? If yes, where is this setting?

i dont use my lp very often because of that reason alone, however you can also use 20+ app sc's in the dock with adw as well, and they are in color or fade. if you need help with this id be more than glad to tell you how.

not a stupid question, i posted this to share with everyone to answer your ? though,not as is. sense adds its own framework type of folder that has to be edited as well, and i have not been messing with sense alot lately since cyanogen is so incredible. i was using sense/froyo 7 weeks ago until flashing cm6, and i have not flashed anything since,which is remarkable only if you know me or what i do with android. Basically, i would also have to theme the resources apk too(basically the sense side of things) and then i would just apply those folders to existing systems. but i want to get a feel for what is more prevalent in the way of popularity of the NEW sense roms, and then i will go from there.

Have you considered making these metamorph compadible? It would make it easier when appling to new nightlies..

Just flashed the Sculpted Boost over the 8/11 nightly with the D3X-5T4R-V2 kernel but would not boot, stuck on the cyanogen mod screen.
Any ideas what would cause this?

My guess is the D3X-5T4R-V2 kernel since it flashed fine over my 8/11 nightly.

try the kernel less version. boost has an integrated snap5.01. just use the one at the very bottom of the page in the big download link. this is working well with 11 for me. keep me posted.

Can't update your profile on an aosp rom like cm7 or muiu. Gotta flash a sense rom in order to update your profile.

But I'm getting REALLY tired of all these hellrisen ROMs. It's not anyone's fault, really, but hellraiser just sprouted a poostorm of ROMs that are more or less the same.

Dont take it personally, but every custom "stock" ROM is basically the same because they're based off of the same firmware. (whether its a port or not) MIUI and CM7 differ from stock ROM's.
My advice is if you dont like them dont click on them? Dont want to see Hellraiser Ports buy a phone that doesnt support it

Or they're all nicely done ports and I've never experienced one that's the same. I agree with Big, nothing had to be said. When you put even one hour into development, then you'll understand. I put a few in a couple of months back and then life kicked me in the balls so I had to put all that on hold. Point is, that it's not easy man, and you had no reason to post that.

Should be, I live 40 miles from a 4G area but I did not touch anything that would deal with that. Give it a flash
Rom looks awesome. So this is basically faster than Team Nocturnal's base rom? I'm currently running that right now and will gladly flash this if it's even quicker.

Of course. It's an ota rom. The only evo 4G roms without 4G are 3.5 and miui.

To me it does but this rom is also 134mb vs 209mb so a lot of background things are not running here so it will be a bit faster. If you run the AnthraX kernel and Car-o-Dopes tweaks it is extremely fast.

Hey NL06, are the stock HTC widgets included in this build? I know some have been removed from barebones.
I'm having a situation of the sync icon not disappearing from the notification bar. Anyone else see this or is it just me?
