Ninjuh I was about to search for you find you punch you in your face then walk away. But as I decided to try your overly simple approach so now I would like to thank you and your bad English for helping me find the double twist player its just what I need and was first on the Google search
Sent from my SGH-I897 using XDA App
Ninjuh I rescend my previous apology. After further testing the Doubletwist again only does a slightly smoother 10 second jump. I need something that will recognize individual chapter markers or bookmarks in an mp4 video file

I personally wouldn't bother. Just get a different player. There are a lot of different options out there..
Bother with the device or app

I personally don't know but I remember a while back when ppl wanted the Galaxy s2 mms apk on the infuse and it wouldn't work. Maybe the music app is possible.
I actually use the Google Music app, its just came out of beta a couple weeks ago. You can load all your music onto the cloud and access them with a data connection. Plus choose what you want to access offline. Just a suggestion brah
There's nit even any development going on for the galaxy player right now...just a system dump with factoryfs.rfs you would have to extract that file to get the music app unless you have the player...

Guys and Gals of XDA, I think I've found the Holy Grail for the Xperia Play:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.awindinc.sphone2tv&hl=en
A little app called MirrorOP Sender. Fully functional Android display mirror to PC and it runs fairly well.
Just played the first level of Super Mario Bros with only 1 death...Streamed from my Play to my PC connected to my TV through HDMI
All you need is the MirrorOP Receiver for the PC and you're good to go:
http://www.mirrorop.com/product_Windows_Receiver.html
The sender app is only a trial but it's worth a test. I'm not sure if the framerate is connected to how good your internet connection is. My internet isn't that good and it displays fine (portrait and landscape) but from some American speedtests I've seen maybe some of the Americans in here might have better results
Going to give ago. If works, extremely good find
Sent from my LT26i using XDA
Not bad, not bad at all! Excellent find!
Just found out you can also do it the opposite way as well if you get the MirrorOP receiver for your Play and Sender for PC
Runs brilliantly and means I can still access my desktop from the comfort of the toilet
Root only.
Awwwww
lags, dont know why
Tried it out will be perfect if it didn't lag..... Atleast for games and videos ..... But displaying pictures are ok enough......

Not to mention its like THE EASIEST PHONE TO ROOT EVER. None of those ridiculous tools that Motorola phones need to achieve root, no worry of s-off or any of that crap. I pity the Foo who doesn't zergrush his Xperia PLAY first thing.

Can you try the app before.you buy or must you buy first? After reading the comments here and in Play Store is it true to say the app is still slow & needs some work or is it worth buying now?

Not worth paying for yet as just to slow for games. Can test out first as the apps are free for demo time. But this does have lots of potential in the long run. Still early days yet but if see how good splashtop is, this app good just be as good and fast with some more work done to it.

I was using one, called Droid VNC server by Jose Pereira. (Sorry, I can put links right now )
Nook Color. On CM9. 'Nuff said.
hey there,
which is in ur opinion the best porn tube app? I'm using pxxxtube which is pretty good because it has a lot of long running videos with categorties, favorites and the best: password protected setting possible.
but the videos are quite low-quality, perhaps somebody can advice some alternative? thanks!
I'm pretty sure that we can't post this kind of stuff since there are also minors on this website

photoshop is a great app but the problem is that that for most basic users it does not have all the features or its very difficult to acess or too cumbersome
I use photo editor.. Good, fast and have plenty of features for quick edit
Other one i use is picsay pro photo editor which was free from amazon app store sometime ago...
There are many others too.. You can try a few and see what fits u the best .
I must have installed a 4 or 5 apps.
For jeebus sake I just want to select, copy, and paste in a new file. Takes me 3 clicks in XP. Ugh.
Sent from my GT-N8013 using XDA Premium HD app
It does not come any more basic then ps touch that came with the tablet.

I guess im looking more for a drawing app than a full blown editor.
Lets say I have a pic of a cat and I want to doodle a top hat on its head. With PS Touch its buried under a whole bunch of crap. With paint, I just start doodling.
I'll just have to google around. Or bust out the SDK and code something but I have other projects im working on right now. Moving, work, etc.

I totally agree. Especially for the tasks mentioned by the OP.
Actually I use ps touch a lot more than desktop applications now, because it is so simple to use, and the s pen gives you better feeling and accuracy.
Get PhotoDesk... open a pic, click edit and start doodling,.... plus it's got a bunch of built clip art and stuff
I think it's exactly whst you're looking for... really easy and it organizes your photos really well too...

I've been doing some searching and haven't really found a good app and I'm trying to see if anyone has any advice. I have a decent amount of music in iTunes that i want to transfer to android so I dont lose it or have it just sit there. You guys know of any good programs for that, that aren't going to lose any of the bit rates between the transfer or won't give me many problems during the transfer?

You can't just export your songs from itunes? Oh my, it must be some crazy totalitarian facist regime running the fruit phones. Try this:
First you will have to burn your music to cd as drm-free files then rip them off of the cds but change i tunes ripping settings (edit> preferences> advanced tab> importing tab> import using: mp3 encoder.
This is the only way I know of. I even read around and this was all I could find. You might be best to only copy your hard to find stuff then download the rest through torrents.
Please hit Thanks if I have helped. I'm trying to get rid of my junior member stigma.
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using xda app-developers app
Do you own an ipod? If so, put the music on there, then open up explorer and browse to the ipod, the music is in folders there, though the ID3 tags and filenames are a mess. (random letters and numbers). There are also prpgrams to get the music off an ipod with the correct names, you'll have to google those as I can't remember the names.

Just export the music and download it one android:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:
Songbird on pc's is an itunes compatible program, look into it, I haven't fooled around with the android program version as of yet. Its in the play store

Hmmm, i just come from an iphone 4 to a galaxy note 2 and all i did was highlight all the songs in my itunes library and press copy then i added a folder on my desktop and pasted it into the folder. That goes for any music videos i brought from itunes as well.then all u do is put the folder on ur desktop onto ur sd card then put in ur android phone.
Sent from my GT-N7100 using xda premium
All you do is go to your playlist press control a copy in a folder and transfer the folder to the music part of your phone it worked great for me. All these other answers are complicated haha

Sorry for the late response, been way too busy the past couple of days. Thanks for all the input ive looked into all of those programs but not once did i think to just copy everything in my iTunes folder to my phone SD card. The only problem is that my library consists of about 60GB so i think i might trim it down while i transfer as well! Thanks for the help.....

Sorry, not trying to advocate piracy, I was unaware of the rule. Did you know that by copying your music from itunes to another device you are pirating that music even though you have paid for it. Doesn't seem to make much sense to me, but Apple's gots to have control I guess.

There was nothing wrong with the reply you quoted at all.
On the other hand, sticking a post like yours to resurrect a thread that died five months ago is totally pointless :banghead:

Thank you! Now there is an efficient post: a direct reference that will save time (and helps me a lot). Too many posts without references lead to unnecessarily long threads that take far more time to parse for a solution than they should!
I'm not resurrecting a post, because I am looking at this problem now.
My friends, posting should be like publishing research: elegant, efficient, and fully referenced!
