WiFi Tether working on DarchLegend v4.1 ROM

Hi all just wanted to let everyone know that I got Wireless tether to work on DarchLegend v4.1 ROM. I attached the APK file and all you need to do is put it on the root of your SD card and use package installer to install.
NOTE: In order for it to work correctly though you need to go into Settings>Wirless & networks> disable Mobile networks, then start wirless tether and go back in and re-enable Mobile network.
If anyone has any problems, please post and I will try to explain better.

Just the WiFi Encryption doesn't work, so make sure you do access control.

Works for me as well on Darch4.1. It's easier to access the Mobile Network setting by holding down the red power key and selecting there.

Just use the latest stable version 1.6. No workaround needed. Works the first time, every time.
All the 2.0 versions are experimental for a reason.

1.6 works good for me on DarchLegend 4.1 out of the box, no mobile on/off or anything like that. I only tested wide open access, no encryption or authentication setup.

Does encryption work with any of the wifi tethers?

It's not working for me it just hangs at "Starting Tether"
Also when SU came up it was just a black screen.

Turn on USB debugging, that made SU screen work.

EDIT: how do you use acces control. Whenever I connect I see my computer, and I check it to make sure it's authorized. Then I tested unchecking it to make deathuriazed, and it can still connect and use Internet?

Can't get swype to apper on Keyboard

Hi Everyone,
New here. I have downloaded the version of swype I found here called Fixed-Swype-HTCBlackBird-3.9.10.10.5032.CAB on my Omnia II there wasn't enough room to install on device so installed on my storage. Install was successful. when I open the keyboard option when texting swype is not there . Can any one please help?

Can anyone get the WIIMOTE software to work under TnT Lite 3.14?

Ive tried so many different ways and i cannot get the wiimote ime to work under TnT lite. I got to select it and it will not check it off at all. Does anyone have any idea how to get it to work under tNt lite?

tntlite 3.14 with wii controller
it worked for me. installing it alone does not work, I also had to us androot and copy the wii apk into the settings folder. once in there you switch the keyboard by long pressing on a text window or using the wii controller utility.
good luck there is a forum for it somewhere but I had this installed since 2.4 and it just continued working when I went to 3.14

[Q] SuperOneClick rooting Joyplus m778 7" tablet HELP!

Hello team.
I bought today that china tablet and I want to know hot to root it so I could use applications like Titanium backup, Market enabler and others that req. rooting my phone.
Okay.
I use SuperOneClick 2.1.1 from ShortFuse downloaded here.
I do (almost?) everything.
Enable usb debug.
Innstal drivers.
Everything is great untill:
Waiting for device...
And then it frezee.
Program not responding.
I tried do enable disable enable usb debugging. but nothing works.
Can somebody please help me on this.
Or I need to try it from windows XP?
I am tottally new to android so please don't be mad.
I hope it is not double thread.
Help us newbies with chinas.

Problem with BroodRom Configurator

Hello, this is my first post and, first of all, I'd like to give a big THANK YOU to the BroodROM developer. I got my Samsung Galaxy S Plus a week ago and, after reading a lot, I decided to flash this rom. Everything's working perfect (performance, battery, etc.) and I tried to to tune up the rom through Configurator Beta 3.
I have an issue with the Configurator (no matter wich version). I plug the phone to usb port, choose the "Connect computer" button on phone's screen and run the configurator. Click on Authenticate but it hangs and do nothing. I tried to run with the /nocheck parameter and I started the Configurator but no option worked.
I don't know if it's related but when I tried to run the bat file for the "battery tweak" it didn't work. I plug the phone to the same Usb port where I flashed the rom with Odin.
Hope anyone could help me to be able to run the Configurator. I'm not sure if I do all the correct steps when I connect the phone to computer. I got it in "massive storage" option and debugging mode checked. Thanks in advance.

I have exacly the same problem.

try to check ur USB debugging in ur phone setting. Setting - application - development & check USB debugging. then try reconnect again to ur pc.

Is broodrom still alive for the newer devices?
I used to enjoy it alot, was always fast and reliable.
