So i just got a fat 32gb class 4 for my evo so i can finally pawn off my ipod but i want an easy way to sync my music just like i had with my ipod. Someone reccommended me doubletwist i installed it on my PC then on my phone and it doesnt find my phone when i connect it :/
Do i need certain drivers on my pc for my evo? like htc sync drivers or something? Ive tried wiping my phone and flashing a new rom and nothing anyone have any suggestions? or a better alternative program that will autosync my music library with my phone?
You also need to install the double twist app on your evo.

And you need to have itunes open when using double twist

i had it open on my pc and the app was installed. Maybe i should uninstall my evos drivers completley then try plugging in again and letting them reinstall?
tried it no go. Media Monkey is looking like my next choice. I just love using Tune-Up for album art on itunes : /

Hi. I tried it and the Media Hub does not show me the movie. Before that, the Media Hub show me the Inception option below the TV Store option but not now.
Did u switch the external SD card?

For me it did not work right away but it started to work about an hour from when I tried it. I think it had something to do with my 4g not up and running at the time. I just got this sweet device last night and we know how tmo is hit or miss with new network connect. could be 30min or 24 hours.

Just FYI the actual movie is one the external SD card so if u switched it its not gonna be recognized by the app.

I just don't even use media hub, I go straight to the movie in gallery.

What Zune program? If you want a hack for a paid app, you are in the wrong site. Any requests for pirated software are against the rules and as such will be shut down.
No I don't want a paid app it is a app for a windows phone. I have a zune account were I get my music from and would love to get it on this phone

How could you even get a Zune app for Android, I may be wrong but I don't see them compatible with each other whatsoever.
Come on think a little, I have zune software on my computer, I have songs on my computer that I got through a subscription so they are protected and only plays on my computer or on my zune but they also work on my friends phone, which is a windows phone with a zune program on it. I want the program that he has on his phone on my phone.

I'll quote you and adapt :
"Come on think a little", Google is another OS from another company that offers its own products and soon, its own music store and app. Don't you think this means that you won't be able to get a full Zune support ?
I'm sure there are applications on the market (look for them) that will help you out but you won't get the complete Zune experience. For that, you must get a Windows Phone, where everything goes through the Desktop Zune player actually.
I know that some music players on the market have an iTunes sync integration but it would be the same logic : if you want a full iTunes experience, you have to buy an iPhone...
Connect to pc using Media Player Mode. Go into windows media player, find your songs in the Subscriptions folder, and sync with the device. (may have to resync every month to update the DRM)
hah, Talk sense
I've tried searching for anything on this topic and found nothing. I came from the Dinc and have noticed that the TB doesn't have a "TV out" option. Or at least I haven't been able to find it. What's the scoop on this?
Thanks

Does that give you full remote display, or just let you play video/music files? As I understand it, DLNA only gives you access to your video/music files and not full remote display (so no Netflix, for example).

Hey all,
I am trying to sync music that I downloaded on my nexus 7 to my s3 via Google play music. I know it sounds like an an easy thing to do but I can't figure it out. The music was not downloaded from Google music though and I think that might be part of the issue. Any thoughts?
Sent from my Nexus 7 using xda premium
It needs to be put into the Google music cloud through the computer. Once your music is in the cloud you can get it on any device with your account on it.

How long have you waited? Often when I install Play Music it seems like nothing is there then I go back and an hour later all my music has thumbnails.

So basically if I have music on one device it has to go onto the PC then into the cloud? There isn't a way to just upload it from any device?

I think Google is trying to help prevent piracy by adding another layer here. But they require you to use a PC. I would strip metadata from the songs ie:downloaded from.... You never know what they will be monitoring. Many cloud services get a bit nosy with your files. Not saying Google has, but you do agree to only upload music you have legally purchased. Also you may have problems with legally owned music due to DRM, I highly recommend Wondershare media converter to strip DRM, and media monkey to manage libraries.
I can't even find my music with google music manager

I can't even find my music on my phone when I connect my phone usb and try to upload music. When I did find a folder with a cpl albums it would't upload em, as if they didn't exist wtf???? I go to an album click to select it and it says folder empty. I googled around and finally found this post which hit on my problem. I also see where you gave advice to strip the data from music or something if you didn't legally buy it
(110% of my music is dl from internet for free) and I'm thinking that may be my problem. If so can someone give a detailed explanation as to how I can fix this prob? Thanx in advance man!
