I have started porting the Tron theme for Droid X Rubix Focused 1.9.0. All credit for this theme goes to RoLa over at CM forums. He created this from his work on the Xpired for the X.
Original post: http://forum.cyanogenmod.com/topic/12112-tron-theme-for-cm-610-stable
I simply have been working on making this usuable for the 2.3.15 OTA. I would appreciate anyone helping that would like to make this move along faster, and I will try to continue to provide any changes that RoLa makes for the Rubix version of the theme.
I am not big on using custom ROM's at this point. I tried Rubix a while back, and while yes it is fast, I like being to easily update my apps and kinda like the blur feel for right now.
As usual, I'm not responsible for any damage/bootloops/etc. you may cause to your phone. I have only tested this on My Droid X, which I recently SBF'ed back to the 2.3.15 update. I have not tried this on any other ROM/Verizon version. If anyone knows much about the 2.3.40 update, then I would assume you could try applying this to the 2.3.40 update would not be a problem as long as the framework hasn't changed from .3.15 to .3.40.
One big ? I have... How do you change the text color of the Status bar and the notifcation drop down text?
Thanks
EDIT:
Screen Capture has been updated, as I have a few more apps themed. (twitter, facebook, partial market....)
For those who would like this, please let me know, I am asking RoLa for his permission to post this.
See Post #9 for more pictures.
Ohhh this looks like fun!

My guess would be that the Black Juice Blue theme did not include themed system apps and widgets. So when you flashed the black juice theme again, these were not overwritten.
You would need to restore to a backup prior to first applying black juice and re-apply it, or if you took a nandroid before applying the tron theme, go back to that.
The only other way is if you can grab the themed apps for black juice (don't know if these exist, as I haven't used black juice).

No problem. If it came as an updated.zip look for a system/app folder
then you can use the following commands to push the themed apps back
> adb shell
> su
> mount -o rw,remount /dev/block/mtdblock4 /system
> adb push [path to themed app] /system/app/ (do this step for all system apps)
> adb remount
> adb reboot

I have done the Blur Camera, Blur Contacts, Blur Phone, Calculator, Facebook, framework, Pandora, Gtalk, and Twitter so far.
EDIT: Market is partially themed. Here are a few more themed apps. I will need some help with additional apps, as for now, I was just doing minor edits to some png files, but mostly just copying images over from the previous themes.
I will need to grab photoshop and try to work on creating new images for other apps.
Here are some more screenshots. I apologize for the back and forth on the posts and not including everthing on post 1. I wasn't sure how this was going to go as it's only my 2nd theme attempt and I haven't done everything from scratch...
Anyways, hopefully I will hear back from the original Dev and can post it.

This is a collection of all currently available Rosie themes (Stock, Espresso, Droid Launcher) in MetaMorph form.
Now, why should I use MetaMorph, some app I've never even heard of, instead of an update.zip, you might ask?
This will work for any ROM that is running Sense 2.1
You don't have to boot your phone into recovery or use ADB to apply it! You simply use an app on your phone and you can literally have a completely different theme in a matter of seconds!
It DOES NOT override any other themes that you're currently using! Whereas an update.zip will override any other theme (unless it's built into the .zip), MetaMorph only edits the files you tell it to edit, which means you can mix and match themes as your heart desires
To use:
Download MetaMorph from the market
Download the attached .zip(s) and place them in a folder called AndroidThemes on your sdcard
Launch MetaMorph, click Pick Theme, and select whichever .zip you want to apply. Follow the prompts from there and let MetaMorph do everything else
Espresso_Rosie just gives you the Espresso bottom bar with Stock icons.
Stock_Rosie reverts the bottom bar back to the Stock theme and stock icons.
DroidLauncher gives you the Droid Launcher theme. It does not change the icons at all.
Rosie_Icons just changes the icons. It does not change the bar at all.
Screenshots and .zips attached.
I would put up more screenshots but ddms isn't working. I'll see if I can find a link to a screenshot of the Droid Launcher
UPDATE: Fixed Stock_Rosie to include the navbar. Also the DroidLauncher theme now changes the icons back to stock.
**Rosie Icons ported over from here
Metamorph is a really good idea, I know its been out for a while, just never got much attn from hero users.
Theme devs (regaw and treve) should really hop on this man.
I look forward to the possible uses of this.
Works and looks great on Fresh 2.0d. Thanks OP!

I used to go up 423 daily until the new tollbridge opened.
I'm running DarchLegend 4.3.1 and this sent my Hero into a boot loop. I downloaded MetaMorph, applied the Espresso_Rosie.zip and everything went crazy. I rebooted into RA applied the Darkstar theme it booted up but then everything from all my Pure Widgets, Beautiful Widgets, and Google Voice started force closing. I had to wipe then re-flash the ROM, then use my Nandroid backup.

odd, i applied the droid launcher here and it worked perfectly for me, just a few initial force closes then everything was smooth sailing.
Dont think Darkstar for 2.1 does not work. I have tried to use Metamorph but a no go. It always says that the theme contol file cannot be read. Also how do you take screenshots of your phone. I know its some app of the market.

Be nice if I could it all black. No rosie, taskbar stay the same from first photo, without the gay taskbar. I know metamorph can do it but cant figure it out
Worked for me on darchlegend as well it does appear to bootloop just have patience it'll work
I think we should make using MetaMorph a standard for all new themes.

Was finally able to use the taskbar i wanted and the DroidLauncher using this.

know where i can get the darkstar taskbar. the clear rosie that gave me does not work. maybe i am doing something wrong.

Thanks. Note to self... Don't release themes right before leaving on vacation... Lol
To change it, I just pulled the settings.apk from my phone then used 7 zip to input the images I wanted.
Edit: please note the images I have swapped are not ones I have created. Its a mash up of numerous images from multiple themes from multiple devs. I never intended to give the assumption I created every part.
I have no skills with photoshop or any other image software. Like I stated in the beginning, all credit goes to the real dev's. I just modded my own files and decided to share them.

Install Instructions : Put update.zip on root of sd card, boot into recovery and flash. First boot can take a little bit. I recommend flashing this on a fresh CM6 install. The Lockscreen in the screenies (thank you Androidbruce) must be installed using MetaMorph. You can get MM in the market for free. The icon pack (thank you G_Money) can be applied by using bettercut. You can get bettercut in the market also. Notification Bar will be white when first flashed. I left it for user to set up how they like. Keep in mind most icons are white also so you won't be able to see them at first until bar gets changed black. You can do this by going to menu/settings/cyangoen settings/user interface. You can apply the alternate circle battery icon by flashing the zip in clockwork like you would any ROM.

I left it up to the user to sort out how they wanted the notification bar via cyanogen settings. Of course it's going to be white at first but that can be changed very easily
change your notification bar to black under cyanogenmod settings > user interface > notifications colors > check custom notification bar and choose black.

Just an FYI: This theme causes a bootloop in the new RC3 Nightly from 8/22.
I've been having random reboots after installing the alternate battery.
Also, it seems like the battery gets stuck. Stayed at three notches all the way down to 10%, and now with the alternate batter it hasn't moved since 85%.
Awesome theme besides that.

Problem solved!
Version 1.0 is out will update pics tomorrow
Image below is that of my first release.
Uploaded with ImageShack.us
What it has:
-Ics styled notification bar(almost done ran into a hickup with the images)
-Roboto font
-Ics animations
-Ics bootanimation
-New signal meter
What needs to be done:
-Replace the rest of the images in the framework and systemui that are not the same as the ics images
-possibly theme some of the apps
How to install:
Transfer the theme to the root of your sd-card.
To install you must have clockwork recovery dont need an unlocked bootloader to get it go here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1390771
If you already have it or when you get it do a backup of what you have im not going to be held responsible for your lack of backing up and you not wanting the theme anymore. Or your bricking, breaking, exploding, impoloding, or someone stealing your device.
After BACKING UP!!!!!!! Install the zip it has worked for me three times(wanted to make sure it worked) reboot and enjoy
Hope you enjoy!!
In version 1.0 i fixed the unreadable menu bug looks less like ics now but is easier to use. I'm waiting on feedback from the developer of apktool before I go any further with this theme this is the final build until I figure out why the framework wont decompile and compile correctly.
Download: http://www.mediafire.com/?odf2ocuo0kup0o6
Here is V1.0 the updated version
http://www.mediafire.com/?mxm511q9vj33r98
If you want the bootanimation flash the previous build followed by this one and it should work if not let me know.
Known Issues:
-When downloading or playing music the text is black and very unreadable.
-Not all of the blue matches
Will try this next week. Glad the x is getting some more love.
I'm going to try and do a lot for it

Just flashed it over. Looks pretty good! The menu labels however are black on black, meaning I can't read them. When I go into Gmail, select to change the labels of an email. A list pops up but I can't read what any of them say.

I just installed the latest available ICS version of ZEUS today, booted and then rebooted and installed your theme. However only some parts seem to be taking the theme.
- I don't seem to have the same font as shown in your screenshots
- I am also getting the same chunky and pixelated dark blue icons from the drop down toggle menu that came stock with the rom
- I do however see updated battery status icon, updated power menu, and updated pop up dialog screen windows.
Am i missing something, or does "framework only" mean that i need to apply further theme updates to over ride the items i mentioned above?
Thanks in advance!

I installed the beta version of ROM. And then flashed my theme. Font is "Bauhaus", and is a paid one that I bought long back.
So, except for the font, rest everything should be exactly the same as in screenshots.
And yes, theme includes only the framework files. I did not update any apps cos all changes would be overwritten when an app is updated.
I would recommend reapplying the theme, and wiping dalvik cache.
Thanks for the quick reply. Is there any way you can do something to improve the look of the power menu drop down icons? They almost look blown up and over pixelated and it's really the only thing i can't stand about this ROM.
I really enjoyed the look of the blue Transfusion themes for Infused, is there any way you can do something a bit more modern and clean like that for ZEUS?
Or at the very least, just the stock non chunky icons that come with Gingerbread.

You'll need to do this change in build.prop file. Make sure you make a backup of this file.
One minor issue with this: some apps in market would come up as incompatible. So you could change to 240 once a week or two, update apps, and then get back to 200.

D your ROM is awesome, smooth like liquid butter! I also love that you gave us choice and provided two downloads, one with standard ICS theme, and one with heavily modded EX theme. This is definately a quality ROM and a forum favourite! However as you probably already know, many of us on here are picky when it comes to themes, myself included! LOL.. no disrespect to anyone intended. I guess i'll just have to wait for more themes to come out for this awesome ROM before i replace my trusty Infused 2.2.3 with blue Transfusion theme which i've grown accustomed to. To me, if transfusion theme were compatible with your ZEUS ROM i would definitely drop Infused in a heartbeat and move over to ZEUS!
Thanks to the hard work of all the devs and themers on XDA, we can afford to be picky with all the choice of ROMS and Themes that we have on here. Thanks D for a wicked ROM, i'll keep coming back to it as new themes and ROM updates are released.
bonus goodies
Here's a little something for you DaMeatMan and anyone else that would like an alternative to the status bar pulldown toggles, as well as the extended menu icons and a fresh zeus wallpaper

What do you mean by extended menu icons? If they are the toggles, would we get an option in settings to change them. Asking cos I'll have to redo my whole theme.

If I flash your two files, I would be getting the multiple toggles options in notifications pull down. Am I right here?
No multiple toggles...I haven't coded them in yet..
