Install android rom in chinesse tablet

I fellows! i want to know if i can install some android rom (kaiser rom as example) in a chinesse tablet, i buy one in alibaba and it has intall android 2.2 but it has some option i dont have, like spanish language, market is not the same that i have in my xperia, some apps dont work well and the most terrible i dont have mor space in internal memory of the tablet to install more apps... i have the specs of this tablet,

Need help to enable ad hoc wifi on Android tab for wifi tether

Hi.. I'm a newbie and recently bought an Android tab running 2.3.4.
I plan to wifi tether it to my iPhone MyWi for Internet but learn that android by default can't support adhoc wifi.
Can anyone please help to guide me with a solution to enable my android tab to allow ad hoc wifi connection.

[Q] Best suited ROM for Hapad X3.

Hello,
I have a two part question.
I recently got a Chinese tab, it has "Hapad X3" written at its back. I have attached a list of specifications that came along with it. This is a really good tab and it worked great while it lasted. Then the ROM got corrupted and it won't boot again, so I searched online but couldn't find any ROMs that matched this device. I also know now that the device has AllWiinner A10 chipset.
One that matched the best was one called JetROM (Hapad X10 V3 4.0.4) , while it installed fine and booted, the WiFi/Camera, etc. won't work. I tried a few other ROMs and either touch or display wouldn't work.
1. Ideally I'd like to get the stock ROM for this device or one that works.
2. IF I am not able to get my own ROM, I'd like to make one for this device. Question is how do I go about it, I have already read the threads on making your own ROM, my specific question is, if you can take wifi drivers from one ROM and put it in another and make a new one - a little mix and match, is this possible ?
