Install android rom in chinesse tablet

I fellows! i want to know if i can install some android rom (kaiser rom as example) in a chinesse tablet, i buy one in alibaba and it has intall android 2.2 but it has some option i dont have, like spanish language, market is not the same that i have in my xperia, some apps dont work well and the most terrible i dont have mor space in internal memory of the tablet to install more apps... i have the specs of this tablet,

[Q] Best suited ROM for Hapad X3.

I have a two part question.
I recently got a Chinese tab, it has "Hapad X3" written at its back. I have attached a list of specifications that came along with it. This is a really good tab and it worked great while it lasted. Then the ROM got corrupted and it won't boot again, so I searched online but couldn't find any ROMs that matched this device. I also know now that the device has AllWiinner A10 chipset.
One that matched the best was one called JetROM (Hapad X10 V3 4.0.4) , while it installed fine and booted, the WiFi/Camera, etc. won't work. I tried a few other ROMs and either touch or display wouldn't work.
1. Ideally I'd like to get the stock ROM for this device or one that works.
2. IF I am not able to get my own ROM, I'd like to make one for this device. Question is how do I go about it, I have already read the threads on making your own ROM, my specific question is, if you can take wifi drivers from one ROM and put it in another and make a new one - a little mix and match, is this possible ?

I just wanna know , does Tablet PC 2LooK 2Pad 2LX07-S1 support SIM card's ?
Does anyone can give me answer to that question ?

I did a quick search for that model and it doesn't appear to have a sim card slot. A similar model labeled the 2LGX07-S1 appears to have a sim card slot however.

Has anyone purchased one of these? Price is up there, but Camera, 1GB RAM 4GB ROM, and looks like it can stream Netflix, and with a remote and keyboard touchpad combo, it might be what I have been looking for, above and beyond the MK808B that I thought would be a good option. WAY better than a Roku, as it has a browser.
Might be a good hackable device(Edit: Hackable ROM?) if some dev has the time, or as-is?

hello guys. I have purched this from ebay, and after two months working perfect I faced a serious problem and don't know what to do. I installed the Acapella tts voices and after that it stacked and it don't run or unistall any application. it has not a hard reset. It has only from settings but it not working either. Does any know if there is any button combination for hard reset or something to go back to factory settings. Or is it any firmware which I can install to have a fresh OS? thanks for your reply.
