Can't get stock status bar working on AOSP 2.1 007 - XPERIA X10 Themes and Apps

The status bar I found in this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=835536
I can't get it working on the new AOSP ROM. J put a custom status bar on it and I much prefer the look of the stock one. Even when the installer says it was good, the phone hangs on the boot screen when the phone's lights come on.
Anyone manage to get it working? workaround?

I'm not sure if this will help at all as I never had the exact problem you're having, but i'd say at least give it a read.

Vanilla notification bar for CM7

I've been searching around for the white notification bar for CM7 and haven't have had any of luck. And I don't wanna go back to CM6 just for a theme. Anyone know where or how I can get it?

Click to collapse
The thing is, you do technically have the vanilla bar with CM7. As of Gingerbread (as far as I know) the stock notification bar IS black.
Now, in CM6, there were options to change the color of the notification bar. Since CM7 is still in beta, there's a chance you might see that feature in RC2 or in the final version.

[Q] Status bar tends to expand even if I down tap it

Hi,
I have a problem with the status bar, which tends to expand even if I dont want (and I dont tap/grab it). I also noticed that the status bar almost unnoticeably flutters, when it is collasped.
It is almost inposible to work with the phone, any contact with the display results by the expanded status bar. The status bar also offen does not collaps fully, one more row remains just bellow the clock/battery row.
If I disable the status bar in ADWLauncher, seems all works fine.
At first, I had the RC2.2 installed and it worked fine. This behaviour apeared suddenly and lasts even after I flashed the 7.0.0 final ROM.
Thanks for help!
device: HTC Tattoo Click
ROM: both
CyanogenMod 7.0.0 Release
RC2.2
Have you tried wiping fully and flashing to a stock rom? If the problem persists after that, I would think it may be a hardware issue, something with the screen perceiving touch at the top of the screen. Also, have you tried moving the status bar to the bottom in CM7? It should be under tablet settings (I'm not sure of the exact path as I'm running something else atm). If it still occurs with the status bar at the bottom, I wouldn't think it would be hardware related.
If it is the screen, I'd unroot & take it in if you have insurance.

stock i9023 - get notification toggles & get rid of overscroll?

Hi guys
Quite new to the Nexus S, I have a i9023 bought in Australia.
Running the stock ROM which has updated itself to 2.3.6. Rooted.
Loving it so far and a little reluctant to mess with other ROMs just yet.
Only a couple of things I wouldn't mind changing, the lack of notification area button toggles, I know there are apps that will put lines in the notification area to toggle things but I really liked the buttons on my other android devices. (I do use use switchpro widget but have to exit out of an app to get back to the homescreen first)
Is there some way to get these without flashing a new ROM?
Also I dislike the orangy yellow overscroll, can I get rid of it?
Thanks
