qtek s200 unable to start after update failure

Hello,
it was updating the ROM of my s200 and failure to load, since then it only leaves the welcome screen and it does not get to load SO never.
I have read threads of xda-developers, download romupdate, mtty and ntrw, with romupdate i connect with s200, but I cannot restore the ROM.
Also I have tried it the other way around: to overturn a new ROM in card SD and to put it in s200 so that carge of automatic form, but does not make case. Attached log of romupdate, in seems that it connect thes200 and in a while it even says to me that puts the SD card. If attempt the command usb says that this to me in usb already. somebody has been able to happen of this point? Thanks and greetings.
Sorry for my english.

And Cheers!!!!
anyway this is the way it worked for me!
Hello akumalol:
-When you enter the commands did you receive a echo or nothing?
-The "password BsaD5SeoA" is standard, do you know if there's another for HTC Tornado?
Best regards,
you should see echo...
i think you have to enter right password to execute commands..
If I enter "info 2" I see echo, but when I enter "password BsaD5SeoA" I don't see echo, and I also I don't receive for the other one commands.
Any idea? maybe wrong password for my Tornado? How can you can the password?
hey dude i am not expert on bootloader, even in htc devices... i cant help u on that.. soz... it is just the way I fixed it on my vox.. maybe you can find it helpfull later... ;D

I have the same problem. Formatting (fat32) doesn't helped.

[Q] Stuck in bootloader

Hi,
My phone got stuck in bootloader yesterday. It happened when ActiveSync on my Windows XP computer failed to connect to the phone. I restarted the phone, and there I am, can't get past bootloader (tri-color). I have read and tried a lot of tips from older threads but with no luck.
On the bootloader window it says:
KAIS130
SPL-3.29.0000
CPLD-9
If I try to flash in the original rom from HTC RUU_Kaiser_HTC_SVE_3.29.413.0_radio_sign_25.83.40.02_1.65.17.56_Ship.exe (I have never had anyting else in the phone) the instructions says that I must connect to the phone with ActiveSync, that is not possible because I cant get in. Despite the ActiveSync-problem I continue, by klicking next. The flash program can't find any rom on the phone and I start the flashing.
The flashing went through without any errors and my phone restarts, but doesen't come past the bootloader.
I tried this guide:
**************
2. Stop ActiveSync, by Task Manager (press Ctrl + Alt + Delete)
kill two processes rapimgr.exe and wcescomm.exe
3. put your device into the cradle
4. Run mtty (from downloaded) Choose WCEUSBSH001
5. type "set 14 0" without the quotes to tell bootloader to boot the OS after reset.
6. type "task 28" to get your device formatted
7. type "task 0" to ask your device reboot
8. take the device out of the cradle, and manually reset it if it does not do that already.
*************
... and get this result:
*********************
Cmd>set 14 0
HTCST ÚÈÒHTCE
Cmd>task 28
Format start
Storage start sector=0xB540, total sector=0xFD80
Storage start block=746, total block=1014

formatstorage Bad block found: 1040

Cmd>task 0

************
The phone does not restart and I do it manually by removing the battery, but there I am again in the bootloader window.
Any ideas what to do ... buy an Iphone?
Now when I look more closely an error message is shown, but it it appears and disappears very quickly in the boot. However if I restart the phone what happens is:
1. The bootloader window appers.
2. It is almost that you manage to see, but a grey window with text "Loading... No Image File!" binks.
3. Back in bootloader window.
So it seems that one of my problems is missing Image File. I tried to format (Fat32) a 2 GB SD and put Dutty's RUU_signed.nbh in the root. But I get same error message.

E:can't mount /sdcard/

Hello! I have the HTC Desire S and it does that problem! I erased the system, data and cache partitions via fastboot but when I boot into recovery to flash the new ROM I face the problem.
I see:
E:can't mount /cache/recovery/command
E:cant mount /cache/recovery/log
E:cant mount cache/recovery/last_log
When I try to install the ROM from my sdcard it says " E:can't mount/sdcard.
What sould I do now? Tried flashing new recovery, went well but still I get the same error. Even reflashed the hboot via fastboot.
fastboot finds my phone. But I noticed that when I am in HBOOT the device is not scanning for the update files as it normally should do.
I checked the sdcard and the problem doesnt come from it.
What to do now? Thanks inadvance!
Greetings, Simeon.

The error messages could mean, that the partition cache is corrupted. Which recovery do you use?
You said, flashing of ROM was unsuccessfull? If not, does booting work?
Have you ever flashed a ROM and got it working? Does flashing another ROM work?
Does that not mean a fried emmc chip? Im sure those error mean that. @ op go to development thread and look at the thread by ben_pyett (rom + guides thread) and go down to the bottom n ul see the links bout fried emmc chip.
I have flashed many ROMs. The problem is that the phone cannot locate the sdcard partition. I already fixed the cache partition but the problem with the sdcard is still present. Will try to push the ROM to the cache partition and then flash it with TWRP recovery.
But anyway is there any chances to fix the error mounting sdcard?
Edit: I think its not fried emmc chip. the command

Well, this could mean your SDcard isn't connected or it is broken. But you said you checked that already.. well if you can get a ROM running you will then could check if you have access to your card.
I start thinking that there is some hardware issue. I just replaced my digitizer so I could have damaged the part that holds the SIM card and the SD. But is it possible the problem to be from the motherboard? If not then I will order new SIM/SD part from ebay and will replace it.
Of course it is but unlikely cause these parts aren't that sensitive. First of all make sure that it is really a hardware issue before you buy anything you don't need.
So I flashed the ICS RUU and the phone works well except for the SD card. So I guess its hardware related. Will buy the SIM/Sd holder but what I am thinking is if it is possible to be something from the motherboard because the SIM works well. Probably the SD slot is broken or the cable is damaged
