Please guide me, i want to upgrade my Dopod 818c / HTC Wave to WM6..

Hi, i'm new here but i cant seems to find the correct forum fro my phone so i post this question here instead,
i have a dopod 818c a.k.a. HTC wave
it's a CDMA pda phone , and i want to upgrade it to WM6 can anybody please give me some guideance ?

Hello, i just try install this one ROM form this wiki-forum and now having problems with running gps, igo exactly. Its try to start - showing windows start four colored square and do nothing. I havent install any Radio, cause I really dont understand what exactly the Radio is and if I should install, which version?
How can I solve this problem?

I believe you had to disable HTC home....

Need some plugin? or smth else?
cause with VodaFone UK 3.08 it works corectly..I had htc home and igo..
in WM 6.0 it works together too
and softick card export doesnt work here

Because the rom u want is wm6.1. But some guys are working on a solution to fix this.

You should have posted this question in the thread for the Rom in question.

Please help with this before i ruin my touch pro

Hi my name is Kostas i'm from Greece and i have a touch pro.i need some answers so i can do some update at my rom from 6 to 6.5.i found i rom that i like but i have some questions.
1.What CDMA is and what GSM,what is the difference and how i know which one i own.
2.To update to another rom i have to Hard SPL my phone?and what is this?do i hve to unlock something?
3.If i flash my touch pro can i install the Greek Language?
4.The rom i found is this

Being in greece I would suspect you have a gsm phone. AFAIK CDMA is only used here in the states. For the answers to the rest of you questions follow the links below.

Standard ROM

Hi,
Sorry to ask but I have spent a while trying to find an answer.
My HTC Touch Pro touch screen isn't working. I am using TAEL rom and since installing the touch screen has stopped working.
I would like to flash back to the orginal 6.1 Windows Mobile ROM, but I can't find it. Does anyone know where I can find it please.
Your help would be very much appreciated.

I checked there, however there isn't one for Tmobile HTC UK ? If I don't need it, which one would recomend?

I don't see any android rom with 100% perfect. No one have all hardware working staff. But...if somebody know something pleas add some links.
