I found this program really useful! Now I can configure each key to my likings. By the way, is there a manner of configuring the full press of the Camera button?
Did you flash latest kernel?
Feedback...
Hi,
I don't know how to post attachment in your social post (!), sorry...
What works :
- power for wake and wake-up
- call
- end-call, when your're in communication
- GPS : back
- explorer : menu
- long press power or end-call : options of phone
What doesn't works (with the configuration of tool) :
- long press call : search !
- when I see home, press end-call : wake !
- short press camera : home !
- long press camera : recent applications
And I think (if it's possible) you can make options for :
- long press end-call
- long press call
And I test the bootgenerator but impossible to generate the .sh file !!
Thank you, I hope that's help you for better tool.
Cheers.
i have update bsg try now...
Great!
Is it to say, we can use an app to config the key mapping?
Do you mean an android app?
that's a great idea liquid, i suscribe
thank you
Phone function and voicemail keypad mapping
Can this tool be used to remap the telephone keypad when the user accesses their voicemail so that the number keys show voicemail function terms like 'msg del', 'msg save', 'hear msg', 'msg replay', etc.
I don't know about other carriers but AT&T has the stupid voice prompting that tells the user what number to push to perform a function such as 'To delete this message press 7'. Wouldn't it be so much better to show under the 7 on the key instead of "PQRS' have it say 'msg del'.
I can't believe there's no android app already available that accomplishes this capability.
No, you need a program to do this
Hey this tool looks nice. It will be very usefull and from time to time the key mapping changes in some roms.
What is with the Voicerecord button? I got a pola200 and its on the top left above the volume button. Is this on a pola100 too? Or is it what you mean with camera second?
Another question: will it be possible to map a short and long press feature to each button?
Atm i use incubus froyo and on explorer button is settings on short press and keyboard on long press for example.. would be usefull for every button ;D
So good developing hope it will be finished soon and that you share this promising tool

Hi is it possible that USSD checker also take care of dates?
Hi,
I installed the latest version from the market.
My operator sends me a response by USSD code, with a popup where I can either answer or cancel.
Using the app does not work.
Here is what happens: I type #5580# to go to the first screen:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Then I can type "1" as response and see the second screen with some extra information concerning my data usage. (I could also type #5580#1# to access this second screen directly)
Then on the second screen I can either type "8" to go back to the 1st screen or press cancel to stop the USSD code popup. And I get a message saying "MMI code cancelled".
Unfortunately when trying your app I get the message
"Indicators not found"
USSD: #5580#
reply: MMI code canceled
Is there any way to get this working?

[HOW TO] EvDo REV.B using QXDM professional

Having published articles about the tutorial using the DFS Rev.B, and many who want to use QXDM. now I'm trying to write a tutorial Rev.B use special Professional QXDM for the other day .... once again ask the tutor is only applicable to HH ANDROID that are supported for Rev.B antecedent prop and strengthened by Snapdragon MSM6800 chipset generation 3 of Qualcomm (not especially QSC QSD: (): whistle: eg CDMA HTC 3D EVO, EVO VIEW, INCREDIBLE 2, and DESIGN 4G ... this step applies to all providers who provide services sdh Rev.B as FLEXI and SMARTFREN in Indonesia ... Q: others when catch yah? a: the second is just not comprehensive provider network d Rev.B only certain cities ... hahahha
that need to be prepared:
-Time approximately 10 minutes.
- Snacks (if u need it)
- HTC USB driver
- HTC diag
- QPST build up and build 3.12.714 Professional QXDM
- USB cable which can still be in use (though that has been in the rat bite if it still works fine)
- PC / laptop Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7 (which obviously can run QXDM, diag HTC and HTC driver): lol:
- The brain is ready for the worst (most fatal re-flashing or re-inject if the wrong way)
- And most important of HH which will be executed.
rare-step:
smua install drivers from HTC, HTC Diag, QPST, until QXDM ... After all is installed, connect the HH to PC / laptop using the usb cable usb debugging mode position on the check, then diag mode # # 3424 # / call (usually diag must be repeated because sometimes Outgoing from diag mode by itself) ..
open QPST configuration continues to add new port, then click "start client" and click "programming service" you will be brought to the phone selection window click ok.
PIC:
{

after the new window that will pop up a window service programming click read from phone and SPC prompt will appear again just hit OK.
PIC:
then minimize QPST and open QXDM. before going to drink coffee before the cold ..
after QXDM open click OPTIONS> COMMUNICATIONS port selection window will appear .. click on the target port and choose the appropriate port to the port where you read like HH in QPST and click ok!
PIC:
Click View> Common> NV Browser you will be brought to the NV browser window ... select the DATA tab and category filter down drag the cursor to get to the item and then click read 06 248, if the contents of the status is showing the number 1 means you are ordered to HH run eHRPD (envolved HIGH rATE PACKET DATA) if it is still filled with the number 0 means this feature is not activated, do not forget to write ye Eitss. This is the stage of the technology after the MFPA (multi-flow packet application) then MFPA / EMPA (enchanted multilink application packet) and the latter is the eHRPD .. this feature is also used for LTE networks which support the stability of the data but also depends on the quality of the network ... CMIIW well I'm just a student of psychology so please be advised ...
PIC :
lets gotta HDR tab :
PIC:
well .... everything is revealed in this column. patient to drink more coffee. first drag it down to 04 528 items and the like in the last eHRPD we also must watch for when the time eHRPD not work (usually when the transition in poor signal of EVDO to 1x) we also have to enable the feature before the technology is EMPA / MFPA . same way with the click of a read if it is filled with a number of means of this feature is activated if 0 means this feature is not activated ... then click write ...
PIC:
then this is eagerly awaited. note in item 04 964 close of EMPA item ... only 2 items away ... click read and click on the item in its field and select the no.5 HDRSCP_REVB_PROTOCOLS_WITH_EHRPD then quickly disappear immediately click write before looks ... * kidding hahahah ....
PIC:
then click the reset button located next to read ..... reboot or restart your handheld (if you fail to restart, restart it manually) you have REV.B. tradaaaaaaaaa HH to check please open QXDM back, with the position of debugging on and in diag mode. select incoming communication port, and then view> New> CDMA 1xEV> 1xEV Rev.B> multicarrier AIRLINK summary ... if the carrier has been filled in column 2 carrier (flexi) or 3 carrier (smartfren) is active and running means Rev.B is ready in your HH. if not there is some possibility that you have the wrong procedure, or you not support rev.B. HH ...
so many of my posts are hopefully useful to the reader .... yours respectfully ....
DWYOR yeh eh: laugh: ................
Thank you!
But this method activates Rev.B only untill next reboot on HTC EVO LTE, unfortunatelly. Does anybody know how to activate Rev.B permanently?
Bumping a old thread but when I am trying to enable rev.b on Sprint HTC M8, I am able to get item number 04 528 & 04 964 but not 06 248. 06 248 is not in the drop down list. Can someone help?

[app] IMEI Analyzer - just a small tool

IMEI Analyzer is a powerful tool for IMEI Analyzing, IMEI Checking and IMEI Calculating.
- IMEI Checking:
Check whether the given IMEI (15-digit number) is valid or not by calculating the Check Digit (using Luhn algorithm) and then comparing with the Check Digit of the given IMEI. There is also the option that allow you to fetch data (Brand and Phone Model) from the popular website www.imei.info.
- IMEI Calculating:
You can enter the IMEI without the Check Digit (only 14 digits) and this app will calculate the Check Digit by using Luhn algorithm.
- IMEI Analyzing:
Breakdown the IMEI into the following parts:
• Type Allocation Code (TAC)
• Reporting Body Identifier (RBI)
• Mobile Equipment Type Identifier
• Final Assembly Code (FAC)
• Serial Number
• Check Digit
More info about IMEI:
IMEI stands for International Mobile Station Equipment Identity. The full IMEI number is 15 digits in length. You can obtain the IMEI by open the phone's dialpad and enter *#06*. Or you can see it in the label on the back of the phone, behind the battery.

v1.1.0: Minor bug fixes, some improvements.
New update v1.1.2: Minor improvements.
New update v1.1.5: Some improvements and optimizations
- Auto close the running service when the app exits.
- Add ability to install to the external storage.
Tip: You can enter only first 14 digits of an IMEI, and this app will calculate the last "check-digit" for you.
Type Allocation Code (TAC)
• Reporting Body Identifier (RBI)
• Mobile Equipment Type Identifier
• Final Assembly Code (FAC)
• Serial Number
• Check Digit

Hi,
There are 2 possible causes:
1- Bad internet connection.
2- Your IMEI is not available in the imei.info database yet.
To find the cause, try the following steps:
1a- Change to another Internet connection (WiFi or GPRS/EDGE/3G/LTE...)
1b- Go to the www.imei.info website directly and input your IMEI to check to see if it works.
2- Try to check another valid IMEI to see if it works.
Please check and feedback.
Regards.
Thank you for the app. But oflate the app doesnt fetch data from imei.info. What might be the problem?
The app returns N/A

That is not the problem. As per some research I did, the API you used is obsolete. imei.info no longer accepts API requests. Each time you make an API request, imei.info returns "'{"error": "API access not activated"}'", correct me if am wrong. I have seen other people also raise an issue.
API link http://www.imei.info/api/imei/docs/ another link where one might have obtained the API from https://market.mashape.com/ismaelc/imei-info/support
I am open to correction.

Yes, I see, there are plenty of code list available on the Internet, but they all have 2 main disadvantages:
1- The list is not full. While you can get a full list in my app. As you can see in the screenshot, there are 174 secret codes in my Note 3.
2- Not all codes work by dialing in the phone's numpad. While you can get all codes worked with my apps. Some codes require ROOT permission to work.
I can confirm your app working sweet to fine-tune bands for LTE, 3G, etc...
Thank you very much!
Thank you.

If it's not much trouble .. a simple "how to do it" would be nice
Thanx
To create shortcut for the hidden setting "Auto power-off", go to Search menu, enter 'powersetting' to search.
Tap and select Launch button to open, or Favorite button to add a shortcut to the favorite list.
I have update the shortcut list in the Post #1. Please download and import to your app.
To create shortcut for "Task Manager", go to Search menu, enter 'JobManagerActivity' to search.
For your convenience, you can download the shortcuts list files and import in to the app.

Hello,
I want to share some Hidden features and Secret codes available in our Note 3, as shown in the screenshot.
Here is how:
- Download the attached file, EXTRACT it to your sdcard.
- Install Shortcut Master, open menu Export/Import, browse and select the file above and click Import.
You can add more your own shortcuts in the list, and then Export to backup or to share with each other.
NOTE: some features need ROOT to be launched. It is due to Samsung's security policy.
Cheers.
