hie i need help as to how i can revive my hera100 its now showing three colors and i did not backup anything. all i did was to download rom 4.14.0002 used utility now phone stops at bootloader. my ipl 4.14.0002 spl 4.10.000 i tried different roms phone stops at 2% or 5% activesync cant detect. thanx in advance

Man I'm not familiar with this phone at all but I searched and found this forum. There are a lot of threads on there with people getting help for the phone. They might be able to help you out better

Hi every one, i've tried to install the last PDVIET rom, but upgrade was interrupted.
Now, my prophet not start, i've made a hard reset, but it stands on first stage when shows pda information.
My computer don't recognize it now, so i can't reinstall the rom!!!!!

iwas on pda mobiz 1.0 wm6 and i want to change for the new pdaviet 4.0.0.0
the updates was successful with the Upgrade_ROM bat ...
but after hard reset my pdaphone blocks on orange screen , i can see the OS 4.0.0.0 but stays blocked on this screen ...
You mean force into bootloader , can you help me and just says how to cause im newbie

While pressing the camera button,softreset your device and it will go into the bootloader..
i think i hv bricked my prophet after upgrading of pdaviet rom.
the phone stalled after upgrading of rom and went reset struck on os 4.0.0.0 screen.
kindly help.
the bootloader mode as described.. is it in red/green/blue screen with word usb on the bottom left?

i installed ROM v4.0.0.0
since it had a lot of problem i went to ROM v4.0.0.0.3a
but my cell still hanged a couple of times so i had another installation of ROM v4.0.0.0.3
during the installation it hanged and i got a msg on my screen that itwrite cannot finish
i reset my cell and now it does not start. only thing i get is my start up screen that is HTC and

Try using the attached RUU_MUN - this one always works for me

After I flashed my phone with the above tool, the phone hanged on the start-up and now dead. It cannot even power on. Even when charger is fixed it does not power on at all.

about bootloader mode(wiza 200 bootloader mode(holding down the camera button then press the soft reset whole..
that should bring you to bootloader.. then flash!)

hello this happened to me at least tentimes LOL so i can give advice:
juste take the NBF file from rom you wanto to upload to your WIZARD, copy it in another ROM folder (ROMS use to have their own RUU) and then just upload XD i did it as i said at least 10 times

THere are many posts like this.
Did u do your reading before flashing? Are you using Vista, if so get on a computor running XP, u cannot flash with vista.
Did you unplugg all ur usb devices and any other connection software? Try also other usb ports. I had to try 3 of my 4 before flashing worked for me.
Please read the wiki and search the forums tho, there are many good guides out there like this one attached (apols for zip file, i had saved the web page for use ages ago)
You also dont say what ur IPL/SPL numbers are so its difficult to help, you should list the steps when posting if you need help

Hi, I had similar problem even after repeated tries. What I did to get around it was:
1) Run the HardSPL (from Prophet tools or from RUU).
2) Check "I understand the caution..." and click next to get to 2nd screen (see attachment) on RUU where it gives you the 4 things to check before proceeding (here your Prophet must be entering the white screen).
3) Leave the RUU on the 2nd screen on the computer and disconnect Prophet after white screen gets stuck and activesync disconnects).
4) Reboot Prophet.
5) Reconnect Prophet and wait for activesync connection to be established.
6) Now on the computer check "I completed the steps indicated above" and click on next.
Hopefully this should go ahead and HardSPPL your Prophet.
Do let us know if this worked.

Hey,same problem here...but you probably got rid of the prophet already...well hope it helps someone else
thank God i had surfed to other sites and found this HARD SPL utility.
Its in "wm6 Update_Package" ...might as well be from here..
(dont know who made it-i`ve been downloading so much stuff lately from the web no offence )

my jasjar died this morning it doesnt respond at all i flashed many roms but it doesnt start up i used mtty it works and format it

Don't you ever see "USB/Serial" on the screen when mtty is working?
Take the tool in attachment - it can help you. Otherwise try to flash only RadioROM

my herald have error
i tryed RUU rom flash for SD mode :S first time boot screen frozed i backed my old SD rom version its work fine :S an i tryed RUU rom for RUU mode install but when its come %80 its say ERROR 276 UPDATE EROOR pls help :S
note:i think my battery lower than %50 and take this error its possible? but RUU start rom update :? now im charging battery for my other herald

i cant hard reset beavuse my pda open always bootloader mode and up-right corner have a RUU im now try SD card format :S
