The user ncbenhk made a post a few days ago of games that run well on the gtablet.

I am running the Cyanogen Firmware and I tried installing a few of these and I have had no success. I cant even get them to install, after I purchase them from the market it says installation failed and I wind up having to get a refund.
Has something changed on the Cyanogen build that make these games not install properly?

Downloaded the Pro version a few days ago, flashed recovery, installed BB with a Chevy kernel and all went fine. I downloaded the updates from the market and went to check to see if my ROM had updates but I had to flash the recovery again, did that but it doesn't recognize that I am running the BB ROM anymore so I can choose check for updates....any ideas?
I also can't fix permissions either it says: "An error occurred while attempting to run privileged commands!"
I just uninstalled both programs and downloaded from the market again but I still have the same issues. I know there are a few other guys with Droids on other forums with the exact same issues, any help would be appreciated.
Few days ago I updated my Motorola Defy to Froyo.
After I updated I noticed the market had the old version, I found a zip file of the new version and flashed it, everything seemed to be fine, the market was working well, but then I tried to update an application and it suddenly gave me a FC...
I even tried reflashing a different zip but it still gave me the error.
Since then I can't access the market..
Anyone knows what's the problem/how can I fix it?
Thanks.
Does it occur when you try to update one particular application or any appliation?
I don't know, because The first application I wanted to update already caused it, and if it matters, and I don't think it does, it was Basketball Shot
did you give it a chance to automatically update the market for you? When I flashed to a new rom on my Captivate, it was still on the old market for a few minutes until it installed to the new version.
Yeah.. I waited for 2 days and it didn't update it.
Hello all. I'm a computer science student and aspiring android developer. I'm planning on making a role playing game inspired by legend of zelda using openGL for Java but that's a topic for a different thread. My rooted phone got ambushed by Verizons auto-update and after a few days of failing, I ended up restoring it back to factory settings and finally the phone is working reliably and well (I hope). Anyway, my question is this:
I used ADB when rooting my phone months ago but have not even thought about it since. When I was going through the recent Verizon update debacle, I tried to flash some ROMS to no avail. When I was trying to set it back to the stock ROM so that I could get the update, I kept getting a signature verification error in clockwork mod. Did I need to be doing that update in ADB, pushing the update instead of just placing the file on the SD card?
Hello all
I have been having problems with my lg gt540. Recently minecraft pocket edition was released on android market, I really wanted it but much to my dismay it wasnt on my market (it was on a friend phone HTC desire HD running android 2.3.2). So i decided to put cm7 on my phone to get it to 2.3.2 (it was already 2.1). I did that, installed the market fine everything was good. However i went onto the market and it wasnt there still, went onto the web version signed in and it said incompatible firmware (yet i was on 2.3.2). I downloaded an .apk version of the internet tried to install it only to get "application not installed". so i then installed alogcat to see what was going wrong:
"E/packagemanager(1274): package com.mojang.minecraftpe requires unavailable feature android.hardware.touchscreen.multitouch: failing!"
Will some one please help me to get a way round this.
Thanks

Read what it says: android.hardware.touchscreen.multitouch. Your device doesn't support this, so it Android won't allow it to be installed.

I have a rooted S4 and just installed Dandvh's Google Play Edition v.20150919 (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2539361) rom. I used TWRP to install, wiping everything but internal storage, then flashed the rom. Installed fine, no errors. Took the usual bit of extra time to boot the first time then up and running clean and stable. The issue is that the OTA Updater app doesn't work, severely limiting my ROM options. It didn't install as part of the rom install, though I'm not sure if it's normal to just get it off the play store. I get an error message about not being compatible with the ROM and can't access it (error message screen cap below). Just in case, I wiped the phone and flashed again just to be sure, same result. The OTA Updater is important as this is where you can change kernals, audioFX stuff, toggle advanced power menus, and quite a bit more. When I used this ROM during the first part of the year OTA Updater worked just fine but I switched off in July to try another ROM so maybe something with the ROM has changed? I tried searching for any comments in the thread to indicate either that something changed with OTA Updater or if anyone else had a similar problem, found nothing. Would appreciate if anyone might know why OTA Updater isn't working or how I might correct it. Thanks.
Edit #1: I haven't changed the model number to SGH-M919 (as seen in the screen cap) in build.prop yet as if I can't get this ROM to work right I'll need to flash something else.
Edit #2: I noted in the patch notes that the ROM was updated for OTA Updater 2.4.2 and I was running 2.5.3 so I uninstalled it and installed 2.4.2. No luck there either.
