Guys i created these cabs for arabizer to be installed on wm5

i tried them on himalaya with windows mobile 2005

I forgot to tell you guys about them :
u can only install them at ur own risk
if they don't work you might have to hard reset your device
basically imaginet arabizer suite comes with 5 cabs
2 for enabeling arabic
1 dictionary
1 prayer times
1 Hijri calendar
i only posted the 1st 3 : no prayer times or hijri calendar because they are still causing a conflict with gwes.exe (reporting errors)
Just checked
they do not work on Blue Angel
please read the comment in the rar file
If You Want to install prayer times and hijri calender you can disable error reporting
the errors will not be noticed but they will still be there

First I thought it was a problem of certification , but later after installing 1.60c which solve the problem of certification, the problem seems to be there,Hope to found any solution for that

The arabizer has been tested on Amal's device and its working!
He doesn't have the "C" version installed on his device. Just to mention that the caps letters are considered as shouting, so kindly, I'm asking you to turn off the caps

The jasjar arabizer will not work yet on himalaya , i'll be working on that but nothing to promise
about the Second
Man are you speaking about jasjar cabs or about the cabs that i posted ?

I have installed the cabs as you mentiond and found the following:
1- English-Arabic-Dict.CAB des not work, and I was able to install another cab. I found.
2-The letters in arabic reading left also each letter is far than the other.
as: ش ك ر ا

i will first answer nb 2
if u noticed there are 2 cabs for arabic : arabic reader.cab and arabizer .cab the first will install arabic fonts and character support the second will enable right to left character display (that is arabizing)
Enabling right to left is made by a program that should run on startup if u installed the arabizer.cab ; but sometimes it gives an error message "failed to initialize" : no big deal just go to start->programs->imaginet-> enable arabizer now
then enjoy arabizer
by the way this arabizer will not work on BlueAngel (imate pda2k) devices yet
one more thing :
something that happened with a friend of mine , do not disable arabizer from control panel
if you try to disable arabizer from the control panel you will not be able to let it be automatically enable unless you copy the shortcut "enable arabizer now.lnk" from "\windows\start menu\programs\imaginet\" to
"\windows\startUp\"
about nb 1
since arabizer is not working all imaginet program like dictionarry stop to work

I couldn't find this anywhere so I assume no one has posted something like this before.
I flashed my HD2 to Miri's v1.2 ROM and found out I didn't have JBlend anymore. Since I could't find any other JVM that could run Opera Mini as good as JBlend (at least visually) I tried to use the package that came with ROM 1.48 and make a CAB. Unfortunately it didn't install. I removed all the files from my CAB and left the registry parts in it and it installed. I did try to apply the registry changes by importing the reg files but there seemed to a problem and all the 3 registry editors I used said "import finished" and nothing was imported. The CAB however does the job.
So for anyone trying to have the JBlend version that came with the HD2 without flashing another ROM, try this:
1. Unzip all the files in the .zip file to \Windows
AND
2. Install the attached CAB (on the device)
To get the shortcut in start menu, create a shortcut called "JBlend.lnk" pointing to "\Windows\JBlend_AMS.exe" and place it in "\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Tools"
(or wherever you want, only, the nice .png icon won't show if it's not in Tools)
Update (March 31st, 2010)
I replaced the files with the ones from the JBlend version that comes with the HD Mini (Photon). Now there's no problem with screen alignment in 6.5.X ROMs anymore.

it lets u run java programs on windows mobile
you guys can try out this too!
is working on my Miri's ROM.
It creates an icon for Opera Mini, making it work like an app.
however, it is buggy sometimes. When u change the input to full screen edit, you cannot press OK or Cancel after typing. This is the only major issue i faced so far.

hum... what exactly is the porblem?
make sure you copy all the files from the .zip file to your \Windows folder and then install the cab, soft reset and now you should be able to run JBlend_AMS.exe from the windows folder.
can anyone else also try this?

I have managed to run MANILA with all available tabs together.
I have used ManilaTV cab from user netdrg , MTPTodayV501 cab from user mkucuksari and MTPTodayPage from its coder user blezalex,callhistory cab from user utopykzebulon,also docs and ereader files from user HD2owner... Lots of thanks to them for these files !!!
I have combined them into one cab with all default tabs configuration...
With this mod, you will be able to see TODAYPAGE Tab, CALLHISTORY Tab, MANILATV Tab, DOCUMENTS Tab and EREADER Tab with other available default tabs...
It should work with all manila versions but you have to USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. ( may not work manilas without footprints [email protected] and also MANILA - 2.5.19211619.0 )

I assume that you never installed ManilaTv or MTP. I assume that you have a fresh formatted Phone.If you have installed any of them, just uninstall and reboot.If this cab doesnt work, Please hardreset your phone and try to install to a fresh HD2 or try different custom roms.
- Download the attached CAB file and install it to device memory and restart the phone.
- Go to manila settings - Personalize - Home screen Tabs and reorder your tabs and
done. Manila will restart then you will see all the tabs together with your personalized order.

The cab is working flawlessly here. I have just hardreset my phone and reinstalled it and faced no problems. MTP loaded automatically during boot process.I guess that you have MTP installed before or broken registry ?

Nah this is the first time i use MTP, and theres quite some things that could be causing it, like wm 6.5.5 or artemis 3.7, forget i mentioned it since i hardlly ever reset my device anyway, and like i sayd with the load option from start menu it works fine

Dear jaguaralani,
It can be add by editing manilatv.xml file under /application data/manila tv player/ . But if you have problems just send me the file xml file you have and i can add it to the cab. Thanks...

It was tested with manila 20113626 . The mod may have different behaviours between custom roms and
manila versions.

I know many of us using Primo on HTC HD2. I almost downloaded every available data.zip and 3 different versions of Primo.
Those who enjoy using Primo on their HD2 are privileged.....because not everybody who has all the info are succeeded running it.
Please help the under-privileged. Give us 3 to 4 lines of step by step procedure and the versions of files to be used.

I need some help. Could some one helpme with igo primo? I have a HTC HD2 tmobile with the newer radio, and when i put the igo to run it stops at igo screen milimeters before the end. I already tryed new roms and hapen the same thing. Does some oe know how to make it work. Thanks hope someone helps
what do you mean by stops? it stays at that screen? or simple exit from Primo? 'cause, if it stays at primo screen, it could be, maybe, from the speedcam file. just wait around 2-3 minutes.

If it is an .exe file, connect the HD2 via activesync and run the program.
If it is a .cab, copy it to the HD2 and execute it on the phone.

You can find a lot of instructions and useful things here and here but you must register first.
To change maps go to your sdcard/content/maps folder
My ig Primo works when there is no voiuce guidance.
Soon as I use voice guidance, it crackles, then reboots the phones (crashes).
Can anyone tell me if they can get it to work, and what the fix is? Thank you.
maybe you should replace the voice with some other files than the ones that are crashing?
I updated my rom on 22th of octobre to 3.14.404.2 and when I restarted my HD2,
for a few seconds I saw a full-landscape-today-screen. It was filled with app. 6 icons (somewhat greater as uasual) and it looked great to me. I tried all kinds of things, but wasn't able to reproduce it.
Plz,plz,plz can anybody help me to get it?

install bsb tweaks and enable landscape mode first..........then install this cab to device memory and not sd card...soft reset
