Our spicas comes with a built in apk, it is a Java VM, and it let you load java from the SD card I think. You should get that apk.

[APP] Galaxy Note Photo Editor .apk

Hi all,
Here is the freshly extracted .apk of photo editor from i9000's value pack system/app.
There was no .odex.
Its can be installed anyway (system/app or normal installation)
Its opening but force closes after selecting picture!
My rom is'nt deodexed. So someone please try it on a deodexed ROM.
THANKS!
force close on a deoxed rom ddkp3
I think it needs porting of some framework files also....try out to find which one....
I think it needs a correct lib file!
Can someone please post the correct lib file to run this?

Pretty sure it isn't. An apk file is just a way of gathering up the files required to install an Android application. So for example it will have the compiled Java code. Your windows .exe is not a compiled Java application and certainly not compiled for Android! It's a non-starter.
Indeed no chance with that, now if you could tell us what language the source is in you might have hope, of cause java is quite easy to port and you can port C as well using the NDK.
Others you will likely have to rewrite the code, feel free to PM me for more help
Yes yes it's possible! Just tell Iris or Siri to do it
Seriously : what zac said. The code is written differently
Sent from my Ouya
If your little exe has a linux version available (or linux equivalent), you'll have a much easier time porting that. You could also try looking for similar open source projects that can be modified to add the features you need.
The answer is no. Though there could be a longer technical follow up to that.. Either way it's no...
With that said.. There are a lot of apps available for the Android.. Try to find one that does what you're looking for..

exe to apk
Its impossible, because there are two fully different operating system.
Not possible at all
you can create .apk file only with a compiler
there are .exe to .apk converters out there, you just need to do a lot of searching to find a link that downloads without having to do surveys. the software is titled Change My Software... so, to all of you that say its not possible to do this... youd be wrong, it is
Could anyone create an apk for downloading music. Just like Lacey for Windows. Its a small exe file 8 MB in size.

[Guide] How to Install Java apps (jar, jad, midp & j2me) right on your Android device

[Guide] How to Install Java apps (jar, jad, midp & j2me) right on your Android device
Yes we can enjoy java apps on our android phone & it is possible with the application JBED.
What is JBED?
JBED is an .apk Android application which Run
Java Games and Apps on our Android Device.
JBED is a Java Android Java Emulator, by using
this application we can install .JAR/.JAD/Java/
J2ME/MIDP games on Android phones. Now
We can use all of our favorite .JAR
application in our phones.
Steps to Install Jar on Android:
1. Download JBED http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=754635&d=1319050135
2. Download lib jbedvm .so www.4shared.com/file/laOKHPjO/libjbedvm.htm
place it in system\lib
folder
3. Install the JBED.apk application and don’t play
it.
4. Restart the phone
5. Launch JBED application. Press menu button
and choose SD card.
6. Select your .JAR/.JAD file that you want to
install and run.
7. Now install the chosen application through
JBED.
6. Now open the installed java application to run.
Thats all
Thanks to the Brilliant Dev who created the app JBED

AFAIK, JBED does not support ICS and JB. Supports only up to Gingerbread.
For those JBED not working
They can use JBlend instead of JBED or phoneME can also be used.
I have found this on below link:

You can try this one I uploaded.
It is included the libjbedvm.so file, may be you can run it without root.
Something that works for lollipop? I rooted my phone for this and it doesn't work
how do i transfer the libjbedvm.so to system/lib?
i tried adb, root explorer but failed.
Something for Kitkat please?
For KK this is working for me:

[Q] how to get apktool working on android ?

How do I get apktool working on android ? Where do I download latest working version ? I had apktool working but now I flashed custom rom and I installed it again and it won't work. It won't install framework and doesn't decompile the whole app
code.google.com/p/android-apktool/
Yes, it wont decompile whole app successfully sometimes, so it's better to edit the smali code which can be wholly decompiled successfully.
Hope this can help you

it's not decompiling any apps all the way.
I don't know what to download from there.
I tried both from here.
http://pan.baidu.com/s/1qWyPYVE
When I try recomepile it won't do it
I think the files in your link is not apktool...
Apktool is a jar file for decompiling and recompiling apks.
Use with cmd, example:
apktool.jar d filetobedecompile.apk
apktool.jar if frameworktobeinstall.apk
apktool.jar b filetoberecompile
It's definitely not an apk so far, so you should go to the official page on google code and download the official jar file.
Hope this can help you. Hit thanks!

I don't get what you really mean, but you can try JBED for running java file on Android.
But I strongly recommend you to use computer to decompile apks. If you don't have one, you can't decompile apks and use apktool.
