Im not sure If this will help for some of the guys here but I found a site that sells really cheap battery for HTC Diamond Li-Ion 900mAh. I bought 2 of them and so far the delivery is fast took 2 days and so far I have no complaints on the battery performance.

I am using one, it is fine, just a small bit bigger than the original one and was tight inserting it into the non-HTC cradle when compared to the HTC battery, but fits diamond perfectly.
Why go for that when you can get it from dealextreme for only $6.99 including delivery!

Just tested my HP Touchpad charger. I got it for my old S3 and for some reason, maybe it was the cable I used, it did not seem to charge as fast as stock.
But I just tested it on my S4 with stock charger and got a true 1900 rate on the charge.

it says it charges phones and tablets, but some comments was referring to 2.1a on top port, my questions is if i were to buy something like this can it charge a nexus tablet?
i figured at least for 11 bux and 8800 mAh its a good deal since it is duracell, but don't need another one if it cannot charge tablets, I have some cheap no name one that for some reason stop charging tablets when it drop below 75% figured it would be a good time to invest a few dollar on a new one.

From Anker and costs about $26 USD right now. I've been using one for my Nexus 7 (2013) and my S3 for over a year. It should charge up that 6700mah batter in the Nexus 9 with no problems.

I've had GREAT luck with Anker brand devices. They're top notch in my book.
OP, the one that you posted is very expensive. There are much cheaper options that are not nearly as expensive. I would investigate the Anker or TechMatte external power banks- those are the best products for the most reasonable price. Since I'm still new here, I can't post links, but I would strongly advice either of those two. My husband has the anker one at his desk, and I have the techmatte one. We both really like them, so I would say that either works well.
