Updated to 2.2! added way more colored icons and a new transparent taskbar to match to bottom launcher. Working hard on 2.3 should be done by next week.
idk why, but I didn't expect to like this theme. But, wow, it is really very sleek. 5 stars.

Is it possible to just get the cool transitions in an updateable zip? I like my current theme, but the transitions aren't quite is cool. I also love the htc bar lockscreen. as opposed to unnaturally flopping my thumb sideways with AOSP locker.
Ok, here's my issue. I d/l and installed the clock as per instructions, then uninstalled the HTC clock. Wiped cache and dalvik. Tried to flash but it's giving me a error saying it can't open sd card/lowrider-v2.2.2zip (bad).
Any ideas.

I would need the full theme zip and then I can insert the animations. I can include a sense locker if their is a certain one you like. I think I have a clear one in it now so you dont have to remove the lock screen.

It should but the fonts will likely stay the same. I will include a font pack in the next revision.
Anyone know of a cleaner font than the stock? I like easy to read since im half blind.. lol

I'm Trying to blend sense with the highlights and some of the styling of the Droid X. Though it has a lot of red it is not ment to be a red theme. I just feel it matches well with the styling of the exterior of our phone. Sense is HUGE and i have a lot of ideas for this project but I felt it was complete enough for a beta. i have the super circle battery on the 2.2 skyraider rom what i'm worried about is if i install this theme over it i'll lose my battery, guess i could always just reinstall the battery zip possible to keep the theme but change the battery?

I tried it, it doesn't work, because it pushes out a new framework-res, so you lose the sweet tranlucent notification bar & icons that are included with this theme.
Too bad I don't know how to theme, or I would make a fix for it.

Yeah I think I got 99% red right now...I think there's one somewhere I missed or is controlled through .xml...either way I'll find it and convert it to red also

Looks great, nice mods, has it all. Cant wait to try it. 1st thing i'll be doing though is getting rid of that launcher. That same uneven launcher with the white line at the top that myn uses. I hate that i have to lose the functionality of that awesome rosie mod, but that thing has to go.

any way to make top bar transparent? or even semi trans...
I also am one for the keyboard with arrow keys, so is it cool to flash that without messing things up?

Want to turn up the speed alittle on this ROM though.. What could I do to jack it up alittle? Using Toastmod Kernel with the most recent Radio Combo Pack.

Welcome to Slate Sense! This theme is based off the Desire Z/HD skin called Slate. My theme should be compatible with any latest Sense build from a 3.70 deodexed base. This theme is Sense only for the time being. Once CM 7 is more stable I will mess with making this work on it.

Also when I look in my gmail account app it has these weird 3 square boxes. So its like pyroxhadudke...[][][]@gmail.com

Install the stock android font and it will fix the boxes.
I'm uploading a new version in about an hour or so with some fixes plus a few more things themed blue instead of green. Will also be including the stock font cause the one im using is giving problems.

As a side question.. any way you can make it display 1x when in a 1x area? There was a AOSP theme I flashed a while back that had my phone display 3G when in 3G and 1x when in 1x (it was flashed on one of the older versions of Steel's ROM so it was sense based). If not it's cool

I fixed the other problem of it not showing a date. It was because I kept trying to install the gingerbread keyboard which doesn't play well with 3.70 for now. Is there a recommended gingerbread keyboard that doesn't force close on everything I do jeez haha?

-Notification Items text is white. Yay. However, when it is a persistent item, say USB plugged in, it will revert to black when pressed. It will stay that way until it is cleared and the new notification will be white again. Also, time is black.

Its actually a 3d flip clock from sense 3.0 so i don't think it will work on all gingerbread roms.

Can you port some part of this rom like transparent pulldown, rosie, etc to sense 2.1 rom? It would be awesome bcz for now alot of people still use 2.1. I love your theme. But i cant find stable rom to use this theme yet. Wondering it would be on my phone! Keeo your creativity boss..

Major update for rls1:Honeycomb boot animation,new custom 1 of a kind rosie, New flip clock (Konikubs HC flip clock from es3), changed some statusbar icons to have the honeycomb glow(look at the alarm and vibrate icons on the screen shot)fixed camera and market icon problems from rc2 version, also if you go to menu/wallpapers/htc wallpapers,go to the first wallpaper and it preview, it will change to from the stock wallpaper to the custom one in the screen shot...cool

Quick question... If i only wanted to use, for example, the dialer out of this theme. Would it be ok for to remove the unwanted files (im sure i would have to leave the META file) from the zip before i flash? Or is there something in the update script that looks for all the information in the original zip that would mess up the install if it wasnt found?
That would be okay to do as long as you know what files to keep and what ones to delete.......you would have to keep the phone and dialer.apk, and also there are a couple pngs in the htcresources named phone wich is the big call button you would have to keep or transfer....

Hey Janker sweet work!!!! I have been wanting a Honeycomb style status bar for so long... so I downloaded and its awesome. But it doesnt quite work with my dark theme. Is it possible for you to make the status bar semi transparent and black? Or point me in the direction to figure out how to do it myself? I have been thinking about digging in and learning how to theme...
