Android gym/workout application - XPERIA X10 Themes and Apps

Hi guys, just wondering if any of you know any good gym/workout applications for our sony x10's? Kinda have been searching for one where you can record how many reps and distances etc and basically keep track of your heath and fitness progress.
Any help in my search is appreciated. Thanks

try "Nike BOOM" ...

I use bodybuilder, its not free but i find it very useful for weight training. Im not sure if there is a cardio feature.

JEFIT
jefit - 100% hands down best gym app out there...
used to be droidfit and it was a bit crap, but they've really got their act together, and it's now awesome...
Does:
supersets
pyramids
1RPM calc
optional animations
set timer
more
more
more
Edit:: oh, and it's also free (as in beer)

Jefit and CardioTrainer are both excellent programs.
I use them both regularly.

Thanks for all route help guys. So far I've found jefit to be the best one for logging work out sessions as droidfit has now been removed and merged with jefit. Nike BOOM is not much, just a work out session monitor for sports but has a cool feature where it plays music and motivational stuff. But it has a large data usage. I've also downloaded mens health app which is great for bodybuilding and targeting particular muscle groups, not a great logger though.
I think so far jefit is the go!

CardioTrainer also has intergrated music. Use the feature all the time and it works well.
Jefit obviously does not.
I usually have CT running for a calorie count and music, and I have the Pro version so use it for interval training as well (There are several other free HIIT apps that intergrate music, but I use CT all the time so decided to upgrade and have it all in one app)
But use Jefit to keep track of routines, reps, weight etc.
Good luck

You'd better try new (relatively new) app called Jucy play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sappadev.sappasportlog which is way more intuitive and user friendly than Jefit. Jefit is targeted more to professional sportsmen, it's overloaded with too many unnecessary features that most of us won't ever use. Being simple, Jucy has much more efficient graphs and the most flexible exercises setup: you can choose whatever measure you want for each exercise -- distance and calories (for cardio or swimming), weight and reps and time for power-lifters and much more.

I've tried a few fitness apps for Android and I find Gymprovise to be the best by far. Have been using it for a few months now. Looks very sleek and makes it really easy to track while you're in the Gym. Got plenty of features too - like exercise rest timer & stopwatch, and lets me log my cardio as well. I bought the paid version, but I think they have a free version now too

GPS Tracker fo Windows Mobile

Hi guys,
Before Topaz I had Sony Ericsson phone which have application called Tracker. This tool uses GPS info to calculate kcal loss etc.
This description from SE site will better explain:
Track your route
Hike, run, walk - your phone comes with Tracker, a sports application with GPS support. Your time and distance covered are available on your phone screen, together with energy expended. You can also compete with yourself - Tracker keeps track of your earlier results. So just choose your route and Tracker will be there to support you!
Is there anything like that just for WM? It will be very useful for me.
P.S.: I used search before posting with no luck
Did a bit of Google'ing, and there seems to be a few options...
Here is a couple that I found, on page one...

Thanks for introducing me to GPS Cycle Computer, i like it! On my Artemis I used Beeline GPS (not freeware) but I think that our Topaz deserves something more touchy..
Touchy? Look at this...
If you want something touchy, take a look at http://www.sportypal.com.

I love it already, and only had it installed for 5 minutes
Thanks for posting!
Nice! Thanks a lot for replies!
The http://www.sportypal.com/ looks very good.
I've used sportypal on a couple o different devices and platforms, it's a great piece o software and a cinch to use. Nice support from the website too, if you have any questions or issues. And it's free!
Sorry, but this the application for runnig

There is a 14 day trial. try it, you will agree
Greetings
I'm also satisfied from "SportyPal". It's my favorite GPS tracking app which tracks a mixture of sporting activities, I use it for cycling where it maps where you've been average and top speeds etc. - along with TomTom v7 that's all the apps I use on my phone for tracking and navigation.

Calorie counter Meal Diary App

Hi
Does anyone know of a good calorie tally app for WM? I used to have meal diary on the iphone. It was a simple tally where you just type in a number and it adds it to a total. This number is stored when the program is exited.
It enables you to keep a running total of anything.
Cheers
Paul
I tried out about three for my girlfriend. All of them were awful. Bad interface, large to install, errors in the code... pointless.
Other than SportPal which is only good when you're running / walking, Ive not found one good helth app at all.
VidaOne diet and fitness is good one. You can sync with your pc if you install tbat version as well.
Thanks. Will try it.

[NEW APP][2.1+] 4 Months in Android Dev, Too much? or Fine?

Hello Guys,
After doing app re-skin for a while, i decided to stop and do some real things instead. I've started learning android programming for the last 4 months. I used Lynda.com, Team Tree House, Android Hive as learning resources and a lot (i mean a lot of) stack overflow threads! I created the app using Parse.com as BaaS (Backend as a Service) It's a great service to get your app off the group. I still don't have users to test it's performance but i hope it will do.
The app i created Called FoxyKards, It's a simple app where you can discover Life hacks, tips and tricks the easy way. Filter them by categories, places and supplies. Add to favorites and comment. There are a lot of amazing hacks on the internet some works perfectly and some didn't work at all! I built the app with one reason: to make the maximum use of these tips in your everyday life, to solve problems the smart way and to improve your life, that's why i've added the filters (categories, places,....).
In addition to the android app i created a website for it and an admin panel using Node js / express js.
I hope that you check it out, it's on the playstore and if you like it, it would be nice to see a review/feedback from you.
Playstore Link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.handykards.lifehacks
Website Link: http://www.foxykards.com
What i'm doing now:
I'm filtering through a large list of life hacks and adding them in daily basis.
I'm learning to market the app via social media website
App Store Search Optimization (ASO)
App indexing
What i'm planning to do next:
Learning the most from users.
Adding a really smart feature i've thinking of and the reason i started android dev. The feature is when a user check-in to a place such as restaurant, gas station, airport ... via foursquare or other service, the app push a notification with tips and tricks you can use in that place.
I'am using Parse in one of my apps! Great platform.
I've downloaded the app. Check your inbox i sent u a message!
Great start!

favorite sports news app?

Hey, I was just wondering what everyone's favorite sports news app was. For the longest time I always used to like ScoreCenter however some of the more recent updates have made the app really hard to use. Well it is still my go-to app for live score updates, looking at actual sports news is painful with the new layup.
I'm looking for something lightweight that runs efficiently, ideally with lots of video content. What do you guys recommend?
Anyone?

[APP][5.0+] Simple, No-Nonsense betting record keeping app

Hi,
I am looking for opinions about the android app I made.
All the mobile apps I tried for keeping my sport betting records required a lot of input data, which was used for creating different statistics about your betting habits. Which is great, but I was always to lazy when it came to daily inserting all that data, so I usually used excel for the purpose of keeping track of my wins and loss ratio. Excel is great, but is not very well suited for smartphone, so I decided to make a simple app, that requires minimum time and effort for inserting just the basic daily data, and this is the result. The goal was to make it very simple (maybe it is even too simple). So I would be very grateful for any opinions. Thank you for any comments.

This is a very great idea, this app can be helpful to manage time
