ya, agreed. angry birds should be at #1
In my opinion, Crystellight Defense is a way better tower defense game. And yeah, Angry Birds should definitely be on the list. And Frozen Bubble is pretty great too.
#1 and #10 are pretty much the same thing...
Toss it and paper toss...
My favorite is Flood-It! It's a simple concept that results in a challenging and addicting puzzle-type game.

This probably has more to do with the fact that Angry Birds just got onto Android, and this list is "most downloaded" apps. We don't know how far back they're counting from, and since I downloaded almost all of these apps long before Angry Birds was available, it's likely that AB just hasn't caught up yet. Also, AB was only available off the market at first, which would lower their numbers in this list. It's in the market now, but still not for all phones.
Angry Birds is certainly "hotter" right now, but it just hasn't been downloaded more than these.

Because red poker is now called live hold'em & they also have tournament live hold'em.....A+++

How about "Unblock Me Free".... I think this puzzle game is pretty addictive too. Another one of my favourites would be "Traffic Rush"......

Is it just me or none of these games are on the market. I search gameloft and only a few games come up. Also noticed Google voice is not on the market either. Is this a AT&T thing again?
Any decent free ones? I can care less about gaming but something to show off to the iSheep users will be sweet

Google is your friend.
The Sims 3 for Android is a joke compared to the one that's out for the iPhone.
I looked a few of the games up on app brain and there are a lot with free/lite versions you can try out.

Is therr any way to get these on the captivate? Only a couple are in the Market, and the Gameloft site won't sell them to me.
use droid explorer or edit the db for sideload.
I won't comment on how to get the apps...
EDIT: Actually I will lol...just turn off your cellular radio (airplane mode) and go to market on wi-fi...If you killed the market and then load it it won't load the carrier restrictions and every app should be available to you

The Need for Speed game ripped from the Droid X and posted is a great game to show off the gfx of the phone. It runs even better on the vibrant/captivate then the Droid X.
Only downside is the game is only a trial, still fun to play.

The sound effects was made from whatever I could record/mix myself combined with free stuff from the internet, unfortunately I never had any budget to spend on it. The game was made so it also should be playable on some low end phones when it was first released in 2013. Playing too many low compressed sound effects with music at the same time was a performance issue on some devices back then, perhaps not such a big issue any more.

But I notice an issue when I press on back button on device, there show up popup "Do you really want to quit?" , next press home button , and next back to the game , there are two visible popups and one of them I can't hide. Sorry for my english

I used Sony Vegas Pro, it has a lot of transition effects built in. After that it is just stitching your own gameplay footage and slides together

Your game looks interesting; especially, that you are able to create and build your own units. Did you consider adding Google Leader Board and integration with Facebook to share your achievements? That might have worked out very well.
I only just now saw your reply, so sorry for the late comment.
The Google Leaderboard was something we discussed, but we tried it out in one of our older games and people very clearly said that they did not like it at all, so we are very cautious with stuff like that now, but it might be time to start looking into it again.
