I've read all of your solution for cases like this and unfortunatelly didn't helped me
I was using the Paulo Carvalho 6.5 Rom for a long time (6 or 7 month) and yesterday my Polaris freesed, after soft reset i'm on RGB Screen with the following info:
POLA100 MFG
SPL-2.20.OliNex
CPLD-2
I've already tryed Mtty.exe and a i can't connect to that port;
I've tryed the Hard Reset and same thing.. always on RGB Screen;
I've tried to install a new Radio... it Worked then again in RGB.
I'm able to flash a Rom but when it finishes... back to RGB Screen.
Can someone Help me? Thanks

I make a ROM upgrade for WM6(1st versions) three week past.
Works for 2 days and after this, when i reset or turn ON, show the Rom versions numbers normaly and when it should enter in Mobile Windows, the screen distorts and they show some vertical lines.
I try reinstall the others ROM, but nothing.
What i do.

when i flashing my dopod , my house suddenly blackout.
So what happened to my dopod is that i stuck at IPL, SPL , GMS , OS page, and it didnt load windows anymore.
I tried to hard reset it , but it helpless
I can go in bootloader.
Is their any possible way to install a fresh rom into it?
Searched around , but found nothing. Pls help up
try this
1) hold your communication button and soft reset *keep holding comm-button until see the RGB color bar,
2) plug-in your USB cable, u will see a 'USB' appear at your bottom left,
3) install the flash ROM from your window.
well I tried install WM6 once fail, so I do the above step, and 2nd time successfully upgrade to WM6, you can use back your original ROM download form dopod site.

I wonder if you can help. I have trawled this and many other forums and found many people that are having problems with their HTC Prophet or variations of the same device.
I have the Orange SPV M600, it was in my pocket and when I took it out to turn it on, it was displaying the bootloader screen after seemingly soft resetting itself. It is displaying the tri-colour bootloader with the following IPL/SPL
- IPL 2.10.0001 - SPL 2.10.0001
I have tried the following things that I have found in the forums:
1. Taking the battery out for 10 minutes ~ Still the same.
2. Hard Reset ~ I get the "Press SEND button to factory restore" message
but nothing happens when I push the call button.
3. Reflashing the ROM ~ I am unable to do this. I only have Vista and
WMDC does not see the phone in bootloader mode.
Is the phone dead? If so how could this have happened?
If anyone could help I would be eternally greatful. Oh and to add another complication the phone is still CID Locked

well if you where is south africa i would of helped you im sure if you have it runing on xp it will work my jamin did the same and all i did was push the camera button and reseted it got into tri colour mode and reflashed it

did you ever get this sorted out ? Surely all you're gonna need is a PC with XP and active sync....
If I was closer you could have sent the phone to me and I would have had a go at reflashing the rom, but I'm at the other end of the country....

guyz i have a jamin.. my cousin was flashin it and flashed the wrong software.. if i reset the phone it shows the boat loader screen!! and i cnat do anythin..caz u tell me which slftware to flash..and how to do it?? My freind told me all solution to my problem's will be solved here

First of all, download the NVID (no vender) AKU2.2 from here. http://rapidshare.com/files/17208693/RUU_Prophet_220734_2207114_024721_NVID.exe
Then, open activesync, select connection settings and UNCHECK the connect through USB option.
Then run the NVID file. It will take a while, and may seem to get stuck at 80% or 95%. Just leave it alone.
When that's done, you can either use it as it is, or load anyother ROM you want.

First get a version of ActiveSync, any will do, but more recent is probably better. Then download the ROM (see above). In ActiveSync>Connection Settings uncheck the Connect through USB option. Then connect the Prophet.
Next Unzip the NVID file, and run RUU_PROPHET... This will flash your Prophet with a very basic ROM. If you then want to upgrade to a different ROM follow these steps: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=310452

I think, that you would upgrade ur device with an cooked ROM.
First you have to flash hardspl and after that you could flash any ROM you like.
If there is any problem with hardspl try searching "mtty" to fix your device.

Unfortunately I have tried without success MTTY because I did not find USB, I think it does not work with Vista.
When I admit hardspl not know.

Please help me to revive my spv (prophet) M600
I flashed it with a french (qtek) rom and it goes "3 colours and a RUU appear in the corner" ! then I tryed SC v1 Prophet G4, now 3 colours appear for 10 seconds then it shutdown
any solution please
ok i recovered my ppc using this rom I think it's official:

I used it too it works fine its a good recovery tool.
Be aware that your phone is charged. Mine wasn´t so i had the same problem!
And use the USB port at your mainboard to connect. SOmetimes it gives an advantage.
