Toolbar utulity

Hi all,
Can you help me find this utility I used to have?
It would display your running programs in the top toolbar and would display the battery power as a bar along the top of the screen (and keep the clock in the top right corner).
I can't remember what it was called, and lost it when I dropped my old XDA Exec.
Have new Exec - and would like to reload this really useful bit of kit.
Have searched on the web, but to no avail...
Ta,
Mike.
Levenum's was a superb one, and I think it also got mashed up by someone else after.

Cheers for that - Magic Button was the one...
When I installed it on my XDA, it automatically put the battery bar on the top of the screen as a white bar indicating battery life.
I still can't seem to get the clock in the taskbar full time though - it is there when running a program, but disappears when you go to the home page.
Any Ideas?
Mike.

Just want a black status bar for CM6

Hello, hopefully this easy an easy question but I just rooted and installed CM6 last night, loving Chrome to Phone and some of the other froyo goodness. Just not feeling the off white status bar/ notifications area. Is there a simple way to change this, not really interested in a full theme with icons and all that if it isnt necessary.
Thanks
If you just want a solid black background, go to Settings>CyanogenMod settings>User Interface>Notifications colors and scroll down to "Custom notification bar". From there you can choose any color you want. It may require a reboot to take effect.
Exactly what I was needing, thank you
Haven't used cyanogen since I had my g1, second android phone since then lol

I've tried this, set it for black and rebooted, but the status bar is still white. The Bar Color setting shows a solid black circle in the middle with a hex value of #ff00000, but the status bar is still black characters on a white bar. Am I doing this wrong?
Black is
#000000
White is
#ffffff
what you posted above is nothing.... but you might have typed a few too many 0 on it... if so then ff0000 is red.
Black bar and Sense Icons
If you are interested and are running CM6 test 8. and have s-off. Here is a metamorph I made today for the sense status bar and icons, and the sense app icons.

Sorry for the necropost, but would this work on a Hero running CM6?

After you get hte color you want you have to press the cirle in the center, if you hit back it wont apply. but it will remember hte selection you made. I had that same problem

Vanilla notification bar for CM7

I've been searching around for the white notification bar for CM7 and haven't have had any of luck. And I don't wanna go back to CM6 just for a theme. Anyone know where or how I can get it?

The thing is, you do technically have the vanilla bar with CM7. As of Gingerbread (as far as I know) the stock notification bar IS black.
Now, in CM6, there were options to change the color of the notification bar. Since CM7 is still in beta, there's a chance you might see that feature in RC2 or in the final version.

[Q] CoreDroid Menus

I've installed CoreDroid ROM onto my HTC Desire S and think it is great apart from one thing, I find that the ticks in the menu can sometimes be difficult to tell when they are enabled/disabled. Is it possible in CoreDroid to change the menu styles so that the ticks can be changed to something else?
