hi people im using a wm 6.5.5 rom with htc himalaya and i can't get any audio when using swf files with flash lite 3.1 i know the files have sound because iv tested them on my pc its very annoying because i have a flash version of idaft (the Iphone OS app) and other games n animations which need sound.

it seems does not work with WMP or the HTC music applicationit just doesn't recognise it , and plays music through the loudspeaker. try to install driver from htc ,it said been install already.install this cab

the official rom is in the new Asus' .ABI encoded format
you need to find a way to decode it first

I see there is a 6.1 upgrade on Asus' site supposedly for India/Asia models only. Can this be applied to any M930 or does it need hacking to work?

-ive used the rom but there are several bugs related to wifi.
-secondly u cant edit the sliding panels or titanium on on this rom.
-the default file manager is resco, ( no windows file manager )
-windows media player replaced with coreplayer and imo coreplayer sucks @ managing music (pocket player is better imo) albeit the nice video playing features
-menu looks nice ( the right softkey menu )
-basically thats it.
-and there is no office mobile (you can install it)
-if ur not afraid to flash roms go ahead and flash it (make sure u have the backup original rom in case anything goes wrong)
and if u want to install the wm6.1 rom instead u need to fiddle with the registry.

There is an WM 6.1 update on the official cupport site, simply download ist and insert ur language code with ResHacker... Did this yesterday... The update wasn't workin with Win7, used XP -> Success!

Can you please be kind to post the procedure? Tried to change the firmware & registry in the phone but no use.
My ROM is 4.3.2 EU1. What's the region of my phone? Can't find even an official 6.0 firmware for this.
Also when I try to update to 6.1, it doesn't say any language problem. Phone restarts to firmware upgrade screen & wait for the (Virtual) LAN connection to connect but it never does. Why is that?

I'm using HTC Touch Diamond 2 with original configuration. In my phone I found that there is only Opera browser not Internet Explorer. Opera browser is fine but it doesn't play Flash content. When I tried downloading the Flash Player from adobe it downloads .exe file which after download doesn't work. Please help me out as opera browser doesn't show any flash content.
Please somebody send me the cab file of flash player & cab file for Internet explorer.

you need to update your opera mobile to 9.7 beta. you will then have flash lite 3.1 support.
that is the best you can get, short of using skyfire (google it)
you will NOT be able to play most flash games (farmville or mafia wars on facebook for example)

but I ' ve also seen a stand alone flash lite for wm phones ... the one i found was just not for the d2... so question is is there a flash lite app for topaz? cause i have one or two games they need it to run ?!?

I installed on my S200 Adobe Flash Player 7.0.
After that I have problems with flash elements using my IE and Opera Mobile.
In IE flash elements, like advertisings, are as a black blocks and simple viewer doesn't work at all. In Opera the flash elements on the web page are as a PLAY icon symbol and you have to press them to start.
Before I have installed the AFP 7.0 I didn't have any problems with that.
Any advice?
Installing new 3.003b.00.EN will fix that problems? Is it nacassary?

The acer s200 comes out the box with flash lite 3.1 which gives you flash 6 support on IEM and opera mobile.

Ok I found it. Unistalled Flash 7.0, installed Flash Lite 3.1 and now It's nothing. Now are empty blocks on web for flash elements.
So? Flash 6.0? Or what?
P. S.
I think about upgrading my WM to ver 3.003b.00.EN. Is this opertaion to clear everyting and fix the problems?

The acer s200 already has the flashlite modules withing its SYS, no point in installing them for a second time...

This is my first post on this forum, but not the first look.
For first ty for all Rafyvitto, a lot of things installed in my S200 come from this forum. (and i grow my english in order to understand all because i'm french)
I was looking for FlashLite 3.1 then i read that is already installed. I've installed FF7 too for PPC.
But for me this is the same problem.
I can't found a full support of Flash v9 order to show a webtv (Konbini TV for me, french Flash TV)
I've tried Skyfire too but it's not working anyway.
Maybe you have a link or a trick to have full support of Flash v9 in this S200 ?
After all i know, there is no Flash 9 support at the moment.

Please help me guys in updating my ROM into good one or latest.. because i dont want my ROM.. i just checked my ROM is Basics 211 when i start up my phone. this HTC diamond my mom just gave it to me so, i dont know whats happening.. i used iPhone in the past few months.. tell me what is the required tools in order to update my ROM guys.. i hate the present ROM basics 211 because it has a lot of bugs in my observation.. like music player it stops @ 1 minute.. and unlike what i saw in youtube.. other great ROM in htc diamond i fast.. unlike mine.. i don't like it..
