I think this thread would better for requests and discussions regarding themes for Xperia x10 rather then cluttering the "Post a (phone/desktop) picture of your X10" thread. This way, that thread can be strictly for screen shots and to show off what your xperia looks like.
For example; if you would like a certain wallpaper, font, icons, etc. or if just you just have questions that haven't been answered in other threads (yes.. make sure you do some searching before posting questions), just request/discuss it in this thread, and hopefully someone can help you!

Woah, when did that happen?
I was asking the same?
It´s a good way to recognize to original poster on the thread!
I added it this morning because of a suggestion from one of the developers. Was easy to do and a good idea. Let me know if you have any problems with it.

No problems; it's great!
One feature request that I wish these forums had was the auto-search when creating a new thread. On the Precentral.net forums, when you go to create a thread, it automatically gives you search results with threads that may already have the answer you're looking for.
Is there any possibility this could be implemented? It would cut down A LOT of repeat threads and make these forums even better!

I was wondering what [OP] was...I thought it was just my eyes from a long evening out on the town
Awesome idea! I love it! Although I didn't actually know what it meant until I read this thread. But it will definitely come in handy.
and here I though I had been promoted...
Sorry Guys for this (stupid) question,
i've made some applications with ed's sense interface and now i want to make some icons for it. My current attempts look pretty bad

I've made an *.icon File with 256*256 pixels and assembeld it with my project.
It would be very nice if somebody could give me some Icontemplate (the grey rounded box in the background of many icons), and tell me the best practice for making own icons.
Well i think you may want to try in some photoshop/icons related forums or boards. Search on internet, there are severals, and many will reply to your questions and may help you.
This is a development forum, and not sure if you may get much input from any members.
Not to metion I would say this is posted int the incorrect section...thread moved to Q & A

sorry, i dont thought of that. I will try to google some icons
Nevertheless, thanks for pointing
Ok, it seems to me that some user don't really know what our sub-forum names mean but there is nothing so complicated to understand because below every sub-forum name there is the explaining of what it means:
A picture is better of milion words:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Now, can you see the difference? No?
Ok, lets TL;DR:
Are you going to open a Question thread? Something like " Hi, how can i root my tablet?" ---> Right forum is Transformer TF700 Q&A
Are you going to open a thread just to say how much you love your Tablet or how much you appreciate your Rom developer? ----> Right forum is Transformer TF700 General
Transformer TF700 Android Development is meant ONLY for development purpose:
Custom Roms
Kernels
Script
Tweaks
We also allow some guide threads in Android Development, the one named [HOW TO], however, as said, we allow them but not thousand of that speaking the same things ( Rom list, Kernel list, Root list).......so, please, stop lets stop to open this kind of threads, any other HOW TO thread that will result the same as another one will be closed starting by now.
were the rules changed to allow probationary members posting rights in dev forums? i see it happening in this forum all the time.
I just created a transparent widget for Pandora instead of the ugly original one and thought I'd share with the community

Damn, already in page 4? guess nobody noticed <,<;
Does this Work independent from the official app?
Sent from my phone.
It replaces the official app. And it's recommended to uninstall that first, then install this one.
Its not that no one noticed. Its just that one it's posted in the wrong section( should be in themes not apps) and two there's a whole thread for transparent widgets already in that section. Nice job though so don't be discouraged .

Oh, naaah don't worry. Replies like yours that make me feel like an idiot don't discourage me, lol. Thanks for the information though! I'll post this there.
How can I change my notifications?
I have searched all XDA-forums with the terms: none, instant, and weekly which got me 151 results that did not pan out. Since the new XDA forums format change I can't figure out how to change my subscribed threads notifications. I had a difficult time in the past doing this with the old format, and can't remember how I did it back then. Unsubscribing a thread is easy, but I'd like to change some notifications to none while still keeping the thread subscribed. I'd like to cut down on my Gmail messages about new posts in some of my subscribed threads.
Hi,
Go to your control panel, search for Subscribed Threads/list Subscriptions and next you will see all your subscription like in the photo bellow, where you must tick one/all you want to change and change from drop down list.
