I don't think includng the touch fix will be good.
It makes system choppy.
Thanks _Arjen_ , can u kindly tell us whats change-log ?

I just pressed the 'Thanks' button. Sorry for that. We all know you make no contributions on development to our phone.[/sarcasm]
Seriously, it's just great. I'm looking forward to all the surprises you can come up with in this kernel.

I agree. I would even suggest that he could include the stock touch screen driver. (if I'm not mistaken the stock ICS kernel has the driver made by franco which has this drawback of stuttery scrolling)

Stock driver would be great! I couldn't care less for performance on games.
I just want a phone smooth enough for all other tasks.
See CM7 Nightlies for instance, that kernel has stock touchscreen and it's smooth as hell.
Is it only a recompile of the sources from lupohirp? when not would be nice you could put your changes on github too.

Will take a look at it and compare with the driver from Franco's sources to see if there are any differences.

Hello
Is there any way to make CM ROM themes to work on stock ROM ??
Please help.
Thanks.
There are some Xposed modules which can use CM11 Themes and replace the resources using Xposed. Other than that, no.

No one wants the trouble to port a theme. They all want it out of the box. That's the problem here.

First off credit goes to @_alexndr for the original file from this thread. All I did was edit the mount point in the updater script to work with our device. Flash the attached file with FlashFire to add init.d support to your VZW S6. If you have not rooted and installed FlashFire go to this thread to sign up and get the app. Thanks and enjoy.

It should but I'm not positive. Your mount point might be different. It will either work or not, shouldn't hurt anything if it fails.

I mainly istalled this for the SuperSU script but you can use it for whatever initd script you want to try.
So I have an init.d script to try. What should I do?

Place it in your system/etc/init.d folder after you install init.d and see if it works. If it doesn't work your script is flawed.
FYI all you have to do to add init.d support is DL kernel auditor from the play store and enable.

I just bake it in my ROM now.
According to the Killjoy init.d verification check, I don't have init.d support after I flashed this. Any deeper reason why that may be?

On another note everyone go check the Killjoy script! It has some neat stuff!

It disables the little cores and only enables them when the big cores become overloaded. On stock rom it gives extra smoothness because it use the big cores most of the time.In cm roms its enabled by default. Sorry, i forgot to explain
Great work mate. Could you please explain that init.d stuff a little - I'm on stock rom/kernel and haven't got init.d folder so I assumed it's simply not supported, but when I played with the rom in Superr's Kitchen it was saying that init.d is enebled in the kernel by default. It's a bit confusing - does the stock rom have this support by default?
@Sickaxis79
I just found there's no cluster_plug in my /sys/module...

You can create the init.d folder using a file browser if its missing. Im also using stock rom and it works. Im using a custom kernel, but it also works with stock kernel.
Are you sure you are missing the cluster_plug folder? Im using stock eu 6.0.1.
Its located in /sys/module/cluster_plug

I found Kernel Adiutor can emulate init.d, so it should't be a problem to execute the scripts, but anyway cluster_plug is missing. I'm on XDRom which is just debloated EU 6.0.1. I'm wondering if it's possible that debloat could actually be responsible for this

That could actually be the case as clusterplug is listed in Squid's kernel features. I guess it means it's not used in stock one

Sure, but then i saw phoenix kernel released a new msm hotplug kernel and was thinking to try to create 1 script that is compatible and work with cluster- /msm- or no hotplug at all together, instead of several scripts. Dont know if it gonna work but it can never hurt trying.

Perhaps you could use this tool to enable init.d on stock kernel - http://forum.xda-developers.com/and...ript-zip-init-d-enabler-stock-kernel-t3347724
you still need custom recovery though, to flash the zip

Make sure there is a file called "audio_effects.conf" in your /system/etc. If so it should work
@Craz Basics
I have an update for this.
Set SE Permissive via init.d instead of an app
Updated V4A
Move V4A from data to system/priv-app
If there is no init.d support in the end-users rom, they can open up V4A, hit the menu, and disable selinux from there.

Decent UltraLite 3.0 (Android 7) and flashed both versions.

Second won't pass boot screen to logo part.
