There is no solution. It's what everyone is *****ing about for a while now. Take a number and join the queue ... very long queue.

My only gripe is the in call volume is way too low.
Have you checked the Hearing aid compatibility under your settings. On my vibrant, HAC mode made it really loud.
I've searched, I've read threads, I still havent found a good solution to this. I have the in call volume turned all the way up just to have it at a "normal" volume level, but then when I get one of those people with a quiet phone, I have no more adjustment to turn it up louder.
Why is it so hard to build a phone where the LOW volume is at a "normal" level so you can use the HIGH level for certain times you have a quiet call or are in a loud environment (like a shop where I work)?
I have Volume+ on my phone, but it doesnt do anything for the in-call volume. Also, when I go into settings/call there is NO OPTION for hearing aid whatever on any of the ROMs I've been running.
Does anyone know what file it is in the ROM which dictates the volume? Or is it in the kernel? Anything that could help? This is severely aggravating...

Anyone?

.. volume plus does not increase in-call volume, as the man says:
" Hi
I'm currently attempting to raise/improve the call volume but have so far been unsuccessful (when a call is active, the phone takes over all audio control, which i'm trying to get back, but I don't know if it's even possible).
For news and updates please see my website "

Hmmm...I was sure Volume+ also worked for in call volume...guess not
Yup. It works for my headphones and external speaker, but not the in call speaker.

The volume when on a phone call is way too loud even at the lowest settings possible.. this is both when using headphone or the phone. I noticed when i tested out CM7 the volume was perfect..its wasnt as loud as the other roms..Im running the latest ei22 Rom. I have been having this issue for a while and any help is appreciated

I've tried Volume+ but it doesn't seem to be working on my HD2... This ringtone volume is a really big problem for me. I miss some important calls... I am searching everywhere to find a solution.
There is an option in android 2.3 that increases the speaker volume on incoming calls to maximum once in the pocket, I usually have it in there when in quiet places such as libraries or meetings and dont need other alert than the vibration (preety strong) as I dont keep it in other closed bags away from me.
So my question is if there is any option or program that mutes the phone in pockets using the proximity sensor (simillar to the android option to increase it, but muting it) . If there isn't I believe it will be an easy and useful thing to develop..
Anything out there or similar?
thanks beforehand

I'm sorry if i violate rules and terms. But I'm new here. Using xposed with Gravity Box module on kitkat. I have forced media volume control where my volume keys only control media volume and not ringer volume. successfully activating, hours later, my ringer volume reduces to just 1% and i just always gotta keep increasing em. Could it be module needs update or so or I didn't get something right, and if so, can I be heard out from this forum. please, I really like gravity box, helping me a lot but this little bug right now is really freaking me out. Thanks.
Still, nobody tryna help. ?
