hi folks!
i just managed to pair my dualshock 3 controller with my htc desire - running defrost 3.1 rom. for pairing i used the motioninjoy controller driver via windows 7 x64. but there is still a problem...
my desire tells me that a 'playstation 3 controller' is paired with the device. but it can't connect to it. so my question is, is there any way to connect the controller without using a pincode? i google'd my a** off in search for a good pairing tool. no solutions yet...
does anybody know a tool which could manage this? if so, please post it here and i'll test it. and if this works, i'll write a how.to on connecting the dualshock 3 to the htc desire!
cheers
would be grat if you manage to do this, but i haven't heard about anybody to do it successfully...
same here... but i'm pretty happy about the fact, that my desire now recognizes the dualshock 3. there just gotta be some tool to pair it successfully. i only found somethin for windows mobile. it's called cobalt controller. if i were a coder, i'd just write a version for linux/android. but i ain't a coder

Hi, I need some help. I have bought a bluetooth keyboard /the price was irresistible/, but the drivers on the CD are for WM5. I have tried to install them, but with no success. I did the Internet search - nothing again - no drivers for WM6. I would appreciate any help or ideas. Thanks in advance.
I would be willing to donate one of these to some one if they can get it working with a x50v
Hi, I have the Omiz rebranded one and used the drivers that came from here:
http://cid-377c591e460f76c2.skydrive.live.com/browse.aspx/.res/377C591E460F76C2!266
I'm currently using the keyboard on my ETEN DX900 with WM6.5 ROM.
search the keyboard using the WM bluetooth app first. use passcode: 0000
open the BTKeybd and check "reconnection". After "reconnection" is checked, proceed to tap on "Active keyboard". The keyboard should be working now.

HTC HD2 and BK600 COM ONE/OMIZ/FREEDOM bt keyboard issue
hi,
i've read this thread with attention, and tried all your solutions. I've still issues.
Installing the first driver (omiz one) it proposes me several choices (my model is not in it), but i've used to have this installer (older version) work for my old acer n50 and my pharos. I guess i've to choose a model with arm and widcomm bt.
No success, it seems that the software installed, but the applicaiton claims it's not a valid ppc one.
Well, i've tested the freedom universal keyboard (second choice) and , the driver installs perfectly; on the htc hd2 side i've paired the devica and grant connexions (the wizard report that the device is connected and the keyboard double green blink -- thats mean it's ok ) , but when i go to program files freedom utility and start it and click on connect, it claim that the device is not paired.
Well ... i think i'll push the "help me" button or buy another keyboard, but ... it seems that i'm really really close.
Any help would be apreciated.
Regards.
CLS.

Does anyone know of a program that allows you to use the phone as a QWERTY keyboard and mouse for a pc wirelessly?
Just like this one here for the android phones (so i cant post links?? Stupid!!)

Thanks Again!
Hello,
I am looking for an Android app (and/or driver) that allows me to connect an external USB GPS (Garmin GPS Map60CS) to a standard 7" tablet (Android 2.1), which has USB host capabilities.
The purpose of this is to be able to upload/download tracks and waypoints to/from my GPS while travelling. This would be great because would enable me to travel without laptop but tablet !
As an example, there is a similar solution for Windows CE phones and serial GPS´s, which I have used many times: G7toWin
http://www.gpsinformation.org/ronh/g7towin.htm
Another solution would be to connect a USB-to-Serial dongle to the tablet, and (hopefully) this could be connected by RS232 to the Garamin GPS. But an app is needed anyway.
If someone can point a solution or suggestion, I would be very happy.
Thank you very much.
Sorry for opening an old thread, but did you find any solution?
ciao

Hi
I'm trying to get my GPSmap 62 work as a mass storage for my Samsung Galaxy Note 2 using an OTG cable but that just doesn't seem to work. Did you do something special to get your Garmin and Android to do that? Such as rooting or using some special file manager app.

I'm pretty sure that my android (then) was rooted. I use "Total Commander" and in the options you need to let it have root function all around - but other apps like it will also work.
Haven't used it with my 'new' phone cause haven't had the time to play with it (even after 6 month :$)
Hello,
I thought people in this thread might like to know that I made an app that can transfer waypoints and tracks in both directions between an Android device and Garmin GPSMap 60Cs. I'm currently trying to find out if there are more people interested and if so then I'll add support for more Garmin GPS models and publish the app.
Here's my original thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/general/help/transfer-tracks-waypoints-to-garmin-gps-t2858387

Salu2,
Siwy ;-)
okies buddy..
thnks in advance..
Hi mate,
I have the same problem ...
I get to send files but not advanced functions.
I searched by google if anyone have the same problem but not found solution.
Salu2,
Siwy ;-)
i get this problem too!
I don't know where, but I read somewhere that is had to do but a new technology.
You also can't find your Bluetooth address, it's hidden or ''Unavaileble''. This is also the reason why I cant use my Wii and PS3 controller to play emulated retro games. This sucks. Maybe it can be fixed with complicated ROM and Kernel stuff.

u may be right bt when i played the music from ma phone to a laptop belonging to my friend with inbuilt bluetooth, it played without any problem so i really cant understand why this is not possible for external bluetooth devices... :-(
It works on my laptop with built in bt as well.

got the answer..
hey guys i googled out for the problem tomorrow for atleast 1 hour ..
finally got the answer that exactly the same problem is with sgs2 because neither microsoft nor external bluetooth companies have bluetooth peripheral device drivers for our devices.. just hope that either of the parties provide these drivers as soon as possible... till then no solution available....
I'm suffering this same issue, my w7 machine can't find the bt driver peripheral, but what feature is missing? I can send/receive any file to my R and my playback mp3 player works over BT like a charm.
So what extra feature we would get by installing this driver? The only issue is the exclamation mark I get in the control panel on devices list.
Have you tried installing kies? It installs all the required drivers for your phone. Do give a try and tell me as I have an XP not 7.

I've seen this question asked in a lot of post but the thread never ends with a definitive answers.
I'm running (ICS) Megatron 1.04 with guevor's kernel 16
Does anyone know:
1. Can you use a USB playstation 3 controller with the tf101?
2. Can I plug it into the keyboard dock's USB port
3. Is an app needed to configure the buttons? (What app?)
1. Yes. Atleast Im quite sure it works.
2. Yes.
3. Yes, sixaxis.
Thanks for the response.
I will try sixaxis out.
yes sixxas works good just have to download the pairing tool on your computer so it will pair with bluetooth along with the sixxas app. then all buttons can be mapped and used with all your favorite emulators
hope that helps
