Sorry for links. moderator to fix. Thanks!
Created a Zelda themed splash screen. Just put this file (PB31IMG.zip) onto the root of your sd card and boot into hboot. (hold volume down powering on.) You will be prompted to install (Volume Up)
Note: you will need s-off.
Enjoy!

I used to use this on my moto droid. I don't remember where I got it from, I copied the keyboard pngs out of some theme and put it on this vanilla 2.1 android keyboard.
Its a sweet dark black keyboard that almost appears to have glowing edges. Haptic feedback and sound works.
all you have to do is, boot to recovery and start a command prompt. go to partitions menu and mount system.
at the prompt enter this
adb push VoiceSearchWithKeyboard.apk
adb reboot
then when you get to a box where you can enter text, long press, then select Input Method
Then select Android Keyboard. Done.

You can try if you wanna. I didn't try to install it that way.
Here is a splash screen i made from a sketch i did a while ago. I really like how it turned out. If you have unrevoked forever, you can simply download and hboot install the attached PC36IMG attached. If not, you can extract the .img from the zip and use fastboot.

I would like to know how you did this as well. I want to make my own Splash that installs this way.
Hey everyone, just a quick post requesting this bootscreen in 800x480 for my EVO. Anyone know where I might find it? Searching what I could here on XDA turned up nothing surprisingly.

here it is in 480x800 the other way with the pic i could get it look stretched.
just remove (anything here) and place on sdcard power down, press and hold power and down volume, blah blah
So just flash the image straight out of the white recovery screen?
Name should be PC36IMG.zip Place on sdcard, power down phone ,press and hold power and volume down will go into bootloader let it find file, press volume up to update, press it again to reboot.enjoy

Just flash with ClockworkMod Recovery
1) Reboot to recovery
2) Flash zipfile
3) You are done
If you need to get the stock Asus buttons, get them from the Galaxy Nexus button thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...php?p=23028813

Thank you. Do you, perchance, have the stock ICS buttons as well?

What doesn't kill us, it hurts
Hello guys. I'm using lenovo a889, and using xperia rom.
After i make some changes at xposed framework, and restart my phone, the phone stuck at boot.
What should I do?
I try to get into the recovery mode, but I get this. Do anyone understand and can translate them?

Translation done
Already get the meaning of the words. Thanks to this thread- http://forum.xda-developers.com/lenovo-a3000/general/lenovo-3000-factory-mode-chinese-list-t2655858
But I still stuck at boot. Is anyone willing to help me?
Solved!
Already solved. All I miss was its need to push the three button together (volume up, down and power) to enter the recovery mode. I just push the power and volume up button before, so it goes to the factory mode.
And from there all I just need is another rom to flash with. Great!
