[Q] Fullscreen - Android Software/Hacking General [Developers Only]

I was just wondering if there is an easy way to, say, make the doubleTwist android app fullscreen.
I've been searching the internet for an answer but couldn't find one, so I hope that someone here on XDA has a simple and easy solution.
Thanks

Free GPS apps?

I've been trying to find some kind of freeware GPS app for WM5 smartphones and have not been able to find anything free. I just want a simple app that I can use to log distance traveled. Something like GPSDash2 would be nice, but I was hoping that, since I don't need any mapping function, there might be a freeware app somewhere.
Anyone have any leads?

Is this possible?

Hello I have few questions.
I have a sprint touch pro and im trying to get it to sync with my TOMTOM GO 730, I have got all the features to work like hands free audio and bluetooth data,
but I'm trying to find a way that will allow me to take advantage of the SMS sync, I would like to be able to get my text msgs to the tomtom so i can read and reply on the tomtom rather than the touch pro. I have found a few old threads about this but couldnt really find any info on if this is even possible or not.
and an off question.
The tomtom go runs off linux, so i was just wondering if an andriod port was possible on it?
Thank you.
anyone?
no one has any ideas on this?
any help would be greatly appreciated

[Solved] Sense 2.1 Question

Is it possible to remove the Google Search bar atop the Internet Tab?
Honestly, I haven't done much THOROUGH research into this, just a few Google Searches, and found squat.
Hoping someone here might be able to assist me in this, as I'm using the VGA Port (via kimi), and the Google Search bar.. honestly, just pi**es me the hell off.
Thanx in advance.

[Q] Bump similar app

Hi,
Nowadays most people have internet flatrates even for their mobile phones.
But what about people who don´t have internet flatrates? Thats why I start this topic.....
Bump (or Hoccer) is a nice app to easily share your contact ,!!APPS!!, what so ever....
The bad thing: both need internet connection....
[Q]: Why do they need internet connection? Is it because apps are not really pushed to the other phone? Instead the other phone got the link to the app in the market?
[Q] Applications like ES Explorer are able to package apps back to apk... the could be transfered. It is my current workaround, but it is not that simple it might be - and should be.
I searched for an app with my requirements... and didn´t found one.
An app that can transfer easily whatever you want! (apps musik, whatever an file explorer could find) of course it should have some standard functions like transfer contacts..... and apps!
So other questions are:
- How difficult would it be to programm such an app? Any good tutorials out there?
- A friend of mine built an app with google´s "lego system" and also established with it a blutooth connection. It is not that difficult and google did a great job with the API
- If noone wants to program such an app, I would try it. Im not an expert, no experience with android at all. But Im willing to learn....
- What the "best" developer environment? Eclipse? Any recommended tools?
Many questions... I hope we all could help each other?

Have you found a solution?
I'm looking for same solution as you. Even if Bump should work for me if it was possible to bump mp3:s

[Q] Getting date/time and or date/time/location on images

I have an SGS3 4G (i9305) and want to hardcode date and time, or date+time+location into an image and apparently the native phone camera doesn't support this so I am looking for an app that can do it for me.
I have tried LGCamera and Vignette neither of which supports it or I can't find it one way or the other. So if someone knows where I can either find it in one or both of those apps and get it working....
OR can direct me to another app or solution to my problem I would very much appreciate it. I have tried googling for the answer but didn't find anything really conclusive and it seems a lot of people are actually requesting it....
And yes I know the EXIF info is saved in the file, but thats not what I want. I want it hardcoded into the actual image...
But thanks in advance for the help, and heres to me hoping someone might be able to help me
Cheers
Anyone that knows?
