Download it and change the language to english.
Have usb debugging on and USB storage off.
Go to apps and click add find your .apk file and install it.

Hi! I have the same problem here, i´ve tried to put in the all folders (like LOST.DIR) and the main folder. In in the recovery mode i cant see the update.zip file!!
Anyone can help?!

If by SD card you mean the card in the expansion memory slot, then I think that may be the cause of the problem. Try it with the update.zip in the root directory, or at least a folder on the root directory (ie not on the removable card).

ICS don`t need app2sd? Go to settings, aplications, click on one, manage to sd.
