Hi there, i'm new at the forum so Hello All!
I have a Samsung Omnia i900 with Windows Mobile 6.1 and i'm able to sync it with my windows 7 on my pc with USB cable pretty easly. But recently i got a USB bluetooth stick and i'm not being able to sync it! I have tried a lot of settings over the samsung and the bluetooth software but no luck.
Although sending and receiving files seems to work, i just can't sync the devices
Am i missing something?
Thanks in advance.
Help please?

Hi All
I need your help. I just bought new BT device for using with my notebook
and connecting with my PDA. 'Dtech Bluetooth USB Dongle'.
I have connected it with my notebook and installed software & driver from CD that coming with it. After installation, I couldn't open program "BlueSoleil" at all. I always find error message and windows forced me to close it.
Can anybody help me to solve this problem?
I'm using Windows XP Pro SP 2 now.
I was wondering if anyone has managed to get this working. I have a TyTn and am using a kensington dongle with the latest widcomm drivers. But to get my computer to pair with my phone WITH activesync as a feature is nearly impossible and there is no way to connect with WDMC, through USB it works fine.
Any help would be appreciated

I just bought yesterday a brand new Samsung i780 and whem I connected it to my Vista PC with WMDC it was not recognized by the OS. It didn't even reported a unknown USB device.
I only could sync the PDA with the PC using a bluetooth connection.
The problems also hapens ina PC with XP pro and activesync 4.5.
I'm not sure if this is caused by my lack of skills or if the USB cable (witch came with the i780) is broken or if the problem is the internal port of the i780 (that weired proprietary port from Samsung).
Pelase help or I will return the PDA tomorow.......

Hy,
1. Do you use active sync or the windows mobile device center? You must have windows mobile device center v6.1!
2. What are the active sync settings on your phone?
