[REQUEST] GSuspend for android - Nexus One Themes and Apps

Hello,
I find app similar to GSuspend for Diamond
"GSuspend simple tool which put device to suspend (standby) mode when HTC Diamand is facedown"
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=3363740&postcount=1

Is this to suspend the phone or something else? If its just the phone this should be rather simple to put in CM.

[Q] Android App For Auto Airplane Mode

Hello something similar has been already asked, but what I am looking for differs a bit.
Is there an app like the Nokia Profiles with which you can have a Profile with Auto Airplane Mode from ex. 02.00am to 07.00am???
Hi,
I have developed an application that puts the device in airplane mode at the specified time. It also gets the device back into normal mode at the specified time. This happens every day. One can also cancel the auto on/off scheduling.
It doesn't support profiles yet, but I am looking for ideas. The application is small and is free without any complexity.
You can get it from the Android Market:

Do tell me how it goes for you.

If youre looking for something more complex, look for Tasker from the market. You literally can create your own profiles etc

[Q] Android Reader light switches off after update

After updating to Android 4.0.3 (HTC sensation) my Reader's light is switching off in 15 seconds as per the general powersave mode. It is evident that I do not need that while reading, and the previous version knew it alright. I have searched through all the settings and did not find any 'tick' to correct it. I need the powersave light off mode, so do not want to stop using that.
I heard that the local "reader' of Android is no good, and everyboody recommends installing other apps, but what is the use of the local apps then, if they are done the way not easy to use? Help me please to fix it.

Auto power on/off with loss or gain of power?

I am planning a install of a tablet with cm9 into my vehicle and was wondering if there is a way to make the device auto turn on when i start my car and auto shutdown when i turn vehicle off?
This will be a Kindle Fire as it is the exact measurements i need and will have a custom rom on it.
Any help with this is much appreciated.
Look into the application Tasker. I'm not sure about automatically turning back on, but it will certainly turn it off for you.
However, just scaling down the CPU, turning off all radios, and the screen when not powered may suit your needs, and can be more easily done with Tasker.
(Edited because I misread a bit)

the kindle fire is android based and it auto turns on with power..
Also this app enables this feature on specific device https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct...NyyCfaUMp8XfX5OYg&sig2=LshdXHh-_Rn_iS-jrJB0nQ
guess my solution is done, even after installing custom rom on kindle fire it auto turns on with power source.
Anyone know how to get a device to auto power off with loss of power?
If your going to say Tasker, please explain how you got it to work

Power-on on Plugged-in MTK device

We are trying to set up an Android 4.4.2 device to boot once it is plugged in to a power source. The device is a POSH Titan HD E500. (MTK6592)
We've come across different ways that each manufacturer handles the booting (see links at the end of this question). The one consistent trend is that people try to seat their code alongside the indicator that comes up to show you battery percentage during charging. It seems like a good way to proceed is to replace the contents of that battery indicator program with something like /system/bin/reboot.
My question is: does anyone know a good way to find which program is getting called when that battery indicator comes up on a new phone? The phone will be off at the time, but the device will also be rooted in case that helps.
Any advice would be tremendously appreciated!

Turn Samsung S8 into power efficient GPS tracker with shaking detect.

I want to turn my phone into a GPS tracker because the products on the market are not too good.
- The phone should use as little energy as possible. (Built in power saving mode and flight mode is not enough)
- On shaking/vibration detected it should wake up and turn OFF flight mode and send me a message through an app that will give my primary telephone an alarm.
- Then I shoulf be able to start sort of a Skype conversation so that I can see and hear what is going on. (Like actually using Skype and have some automatic answering enabled?)
Then I can use Find my Device or Samsung service to locate the phone.
Anyone who knows of anything usefull O can use to achieve some of these things ?
I'm looking to do the same thing but with an S7
Have you found a solution?

I have not. It would require a faily simple app and I guess a rooted phone because the control of flight mode etc. demands it.
I did not spend time on it but it is on my list.
