Hey, so I enjoy listening to music once in a while, but I was a bit... soured on the Androids usual music player. I have seen the layout of this and was just wondering how it really performs? Is there any lag in changing from song to song? Or what?
Thanks in Advance!

I was wondering if anyone knew of a better music player than htc's?
One of the main problems is searching for songs, scrolling takes a long time and if use the search button it repeats the song. Also I would like it to save my preferences on auto-loop and shuffle.
Was also wondering if what the best way to transfer music AND playlist from itunes to the evo.
And I have noticed my Ipod touch plays music much louder than my evo, is there any way to overide the sound cap?
Hey everyone, just wondering... I synced some iTunes playlists through doubletwist with my captivate, but I noticed I can't actually view what's in my playlists with the default music player. Is there any way to do this with the default player? Also has anyone else noticed that the music player feels a bit laggy?
This is kind of a must for me, and I don't really want to blow 250 bucks on a new iPod.
Thanks
edit: other apps that function better than the stock music app would also work for me...

I know this is a bit of a perennial on Android, but is there currently an app that plays gapless mp3's? I've tried PlayerPro and Winamp but they both insert gaps when moving from one song to another. It's kind of annoying when listening to the odd concept album .
I believe PowerAMP is the app you're looking for.
Yeah I use PowerAMP ... so good, I actually bought it...and the EQ is awesome!!!
Hey all, I'm getting an extremely annoying problem, in which when I try to play a playlist or specific song with svoice, it just starts the last song that was playing. I'm using the stock music player. This is really ticking me off, I haven't been able to find anything eguarding this problem. Help would be greatly appreciated.
When I try to find a music player which have shake-to-swtich function and contain no
uneccessay functions,I only can find some with advertisement banner. Or It contains
a lot of useless functions like music visualization, lyrices and etc. After a long
period of searching, I finally find a suitable music player. However, when I was listening
music on the street, the music player will always shake-to-swithc music when I was walking:crying:.
It is very annoying. Lastly, rather than waiting for a suitable music player, I try to make
my own music player. So, Terse music play is born.:highfive:
Hope you guys enjoy it!

Idea with shaking is interesting, and UI is neat
But it's way too minimal: no playlists, grouping by artist or album, and album arts. Also, notification while playing is not a native player notification, so it doesn't shows up on a lockscreen
