I play a game that has some tracks of music. One thing that great annoying is when I am listening to music on power amp, all those tracks play and it can be anything from a smooth jazz song to a cash register sound. Is there anyway to hide these tracks from power amp but allow the game to still use them
Its in the settings
Hey guys,
My default headset remote buttons have stopped working. I have a Samsung headset. But it has got only one button for play pause functionality. When used with default music player, I can't change the tracks with double or triple presses like most conventional headsets do. I know I can use other music players like PowerAmp but I don't want that. Can anyone tell me how can I set it so that it works for track changes while playing music with default music player?
Thanks,

go on play store and download jays headset control app, it works on other headphone brands. i've got a pair of jays one's and a sennheiser pair and both work perfectly. you can customise what the button does, etc, you'll see, it's very intuitive.
Hey all I have a note 4 phone and while in the car I stream my audio via Bluetooth ,a2dp, also I use navigon navigation that stream the directions also by a2dp. Wondering how I can set the volume for navigation lower than the music? While navigation is active the Music mutes then the navigation directions come through, but its to loud and I would like to quite them down but the volume buttons also turn down the music, Any ideas??
I use MX Player to play video lectures while driving.
Of course, while driving, I'm only listening to the audio - driving safety first.
During the lectures audio volume fluctuates and road noise fluctuates while travelling too, therefore a feature to control MX Player media volume channel with voice commands, such as Volume Up or Volume Down would be really practical.
Thank you for your considerations.
I second that. I will also suggest integration with Android Auto in a separate post.

hi all!
i have a android 9 car unit (mic av8v5) and i am wondering if its possible to set audio output stream of a specific installed app.
okay, lets explain what i want: my tomtom mobile navigation app allows me to choose the output stream to a specific channel (music, alarms, notifications, the incoming call ringer, system sounds...) (see https://developer.android.com/guide/topics/media-apps/volume-and-earphones and
Android uses separate audio streams for playing music, alarms, notifications, the incoming call ringer, system sounds, in-call volume, and DTMF tones. This allows users to control the volume of each stream independently.

this allows me to lower the volume of music while a navigation sound is played with normal volume. this setting can only be made in tomtom navigation app but not in any other navigation app i tested. so i am windering if there is an app that works like a "proxy" so i can configure the app and the according audio stream.
is this possible???
thx in advance
