Hi I have the HTC Magic 32B and i want to root it but every how-to I've tried failes. This is the last I tried:

The first way failes because i get the message :

I have create a Goldcard with the GoldCardTool by klutsh and i don't know how to continue after this.
The second way failes because when i open the command prompt and type in :

came this message :

thought to try HD Revolution 4.1.0 and also flash the included radio and am having a few problems with flashing the radio via fastboot.

Reading the instructions for flashing the radio, it mentions requiring ENG S-Off as well as RADIO S-Off.....
help!! How do I do this? The last time I updated the radio, I used the official 1.73.401.1 RUU.
Can I just put the radio.img into a PG58IMG.zip file and flash that way, or could that damage the phone?
You have the shipped HBOOT, which doesn't have the fastboot commands. You can flashthe radio using a PG58IMG.zip OR re-run Revolutionary once to get their HBOOT with the unlocked fastboot commands
Apparently, though, the radio from the new leaked RUU crashes the phone so best use the one from my signature (click the link)

I have an HTC Sensation XE. I hate the ICS on it because it messes up facebook and the camera. And now i want to downgrade to gingerbread. So how do i do that? I have some knowlege of rooting and flashing roms but that will be it.
My device is currently unlocked and it says:

you need to S-OFF in order to downgrade
with S-ON you can't
