Hi All
I own a LEO with a stock ROM.
One of my all-time favourite Games is Pocket Tanks Deluxe, but alas I cannot find a version that will work with my phone, the afore mentioned LEO.
This has taken a twist as my son owns a IPhone which he brags about all day every day and yesterday had the gall to show me Pocket Tanks Deluxe running "very" well on his phone.
Now I know and you know that the IPhone is not anywhere near as good as the LEO (Multitasking, response time, Flash and Mod friendly) but this one App, has now got me a bit worried, is Apple getting to the stage where people will actuality start buying their phones because they have a use?
Please can someone provide me with a link to a version of Pocket Tanks Deluxe that will work on my LEO. If not will someone attempt to port an existing version for the leo????? and save me

Guys,
I've just become obsessed with the flash game "Flood It" - http://www.labpixies.com/gadget_page.php?id=10
Can anyone tell me a similar game or how I can get this for my PPC?
THanks,
Grace
I am looking for the same game. It would be great if someone with programming skills could write similar game or IF possible port the existing game to pocket PC
Flood It came out for iPhone
I just checked the LabPixies website and I see that they came out with the Flood It game for iPhone.
I have NO idea how or if it is possible to port iphone games to windows mobile but I thought I would let you guys know that it exists so maybe someone can make it work under win mobile.
PS. I will be trying to make my own version working under windows mobile, but I will not start until the school semester is over due to the lack of time.
I will be coding in either VB.net or C#
wish me luck
Good Luck!!!
BTW.. have you had any luck writing this as yet?
I am sorry but I did not. I did not even try to be honest.
I had to take one internship/project class over the summer and I changed job so I didn't have much time.
LabPixes version of floodIt is so advanced now that it is hard to compete with
I am back to school now with 5 classes and full time job, so it will be hard to find time, and besides that to be honest the more I think about this project the less I think I know how to do it...
My programming skills are just not enough.
I think you will have to either use PC, iPhone or get Android on your device. The third seems like the easiest solution providing you have a device that the Android was ported to.
Sorry again and good luck.

You guys see this? They call it Marble Worlds, but I remember playing it back in the day and it was Marble Madness. G-Sen activated. Downloading the demo as I type.
Playing demo: You have to turn the accelerometer on in settings. Also,t he resolution is not true VGA. I think they wrote it for the iPhone and just copied the images over. You'll know what I'm talking about when you start playing. it's not bad, it's just not as sharp as Resco Bubbles.
Brief write up here: http://www.fuzemobility.com/?p=1419
Marble Worlds is not related to marble madness in any way.
...but thanks for informing us of the new version that supports accelerometer.
Its not free
freakin 15 bucks instead of 3 on iphone
It's not related to Marble Madness but it's a very close sibling (maybe different by name only). The demo is free if nothing else. I suspect they'll drop the price to something closer to the iPhone price, but I doubt it ever gets to $3.
oops
oops plz delete post

It's in no way at all different by name only and please stop insisting on this since you just confuse people.
I remember the first version of Marble Worlds and is a completely different game, AFAIK the ball can even jump if needed. No relation to Marble Madness, just of course the idea. (which MM I also remember well from the time it was created plus play it some times in emulators)
BTW, the original Marble Madness *IS* available for PocketPC for quite a few years now... search the Internet.
EDIT: In fact let me help you:

Sorry- no idea you were so passionate about what was Marble Madness and what wasn't even though (as you said) it's the same idea behind these two games...but don't worry - I won't compare these two games with the same idea any longer...
OK.
It's like saying that Worms is the same as Lemmings.
I grew up with all those games...
I grew up wi ththem too...from my Tandy, Adam and Intellivision. I even bought the Intellivision tv plugin thing they released a few years ago so you just had a controller with 20 games...it's not the same as the original
Please tell a friend to tell a friend about Naughty By Nature's promotion with Windows Mobile to win a Touch Pro2 themed phone by PROBEX. Go to www.facebook.com/windowsmobile and click "Become a Fan". We're trying to get the fan number up as much as possible before July 15th when they pick a winner for a trip for 2 to L.A. to see Naughty Live and the new Touch Pro 2 phone!
Also Be the first to get your hands on my latest TF3D design. There will be videos of the theme on windows mobile by early next week.
I know Naughty By Nature has tons of fans but I think I may have a few kicking around as well so here is my shout out to all you guys who have ever ran one of my many themes over the years.
Thanks for all your support everyone on XDA.
That TP2 looks sweet

link removed until we can edit the phone numbers out...lol
I don't know how many of you are familiar with the old Mozzies game from the Siemens SX1 device (Symbian), it was a long time ago and seems like its been forgotten. Well, that's a HUGE mistake cause its probably the best game ever for mobile phones!
For those that have never heard of it, its a game where mosquitos fly around your screen (which is showing what's in front of you by using the camera) and the goal is to shoot down the mosquitos by moving around your device and aiming at them.
Its really a shame there have been no later versions of this game which btw was awarded with the Best mobile game of the year award in 2003!
If anyone is up to it, I think its one of the games worth developing for windows mobile, serious fun for countless hours...
Yea, I was an owner of SX1, and it was a good game, my friends love it much, it would be great to have it on my HD2
Hello, I am trying to get some feedback if I should make this into a game on the Android platform(I built this 2 years ago for Windows Mobile 6). I hope this is the right place to start this thread
Any feedback is welcome and I will try to answer any questions you might have. Thanks.
I am not yet allowed to post links here so search for "Glassless 3D on Samsung Omnia i910 (Rubik's Cube game)" on youtube. It should be the first movie (from bboysil user)
I'd love to see this on my mobile
Good Brain Game
I really need this game.
Love to see my small sister and brother to solve it.
Hell yes!
I could always use a rubik cube on my phone
I would like to see this too.
Thanks
Wow, thank you guys for the replies, I didn't think I would get any.
I think I will start developing it for Android then.
Great !! i hope it'll be awesome :thumbup::beer:

That looks amazing! Any idea on how long it might take?
I am new to the Android platform so I guess it will take me at least a few months until I release the first version...
The fact that I am new to Java and OpenGL is not a problem but the lack of spare time is..
EDIT: For a quality game it will take me about a year I guess, but I will release a first version sooner and then keep updating it.
