Help.....last kick on bootloader

I have followed the below step to upgrade my ROM directly to BigStorage.
I am using the ftp://forum.xda-developers.com/Magician/BigStorage_ROMs/WWE_1.12.rar
1. backup the ROM to SD
2. ntwr the WWE_1.12.rar to SD
3. Callup Bootloader and wait fro 100%
After that.....does anyone can tell me what should I do.
I have tried to soft-reset the JAM with SD....I prompt for "Press On/Off button to Flash" again.
I have tried to soft-reset the JAM without SD and with USB..... it prompt for "USB"
I have tried to soft-reset the JAM without SD and with Serial..... it prompt for "Serial"
Pleaes let me know...or should I do a hard-reset?
But please let me knwo how to "hard-reset"
I have no idea on this.

I tried to upgrade my rom (Magician 1.06 WWE) and something wrong happens, now i turn on and prompt "USB" or "Serial".
What can i do to fix this?

Your device is in the bootloader. Connect it to the PC and restart the upgrade.

You have to go in bootloader mode, but don't worry, you will not lose anything, because you don't need to hard reset, anyway take a backup just in case....
Use Himaupgrad_noid with only the radio.nbf in the directory on your pc and that's it.

Yep, very easy!
1) Put your pda in bootloader mode (you should barely see Serial 1.xxx) WM2005 procedure: Power button + DPAD button pressed together then press reset button without releasing first 2 buttons wait 2 secs then release everything.
2) Put the pda in its craddle (you should see USB )
3) Kill Activesync on your pc
4) Put the radio.nbf file in the same directory of HimaUpgradeUt_noId.exe
5) Be sure that no other nbf file is in the directory
6) Launch HimaUpgrad and follow instructions

This doesn't work for me. It keeps saying that it cannot locate the ROM image file?

I install Duttys super ROM Version 3. Everythink work
I want to updated the Radioversion to 1.27.12.32. on 95% the Updadate stop and the HTC is titil. Hardreset go every time in the Bootloader SPL 1.56.0000.
is ther a way to close the bootloader a go bag ?

I have found the solution
1.) connect to usb
2.) Kill Wcescomm.exe or disable Activ Sync connection to USB
3.) Start mtty.exe

4.) Connect the Port:USB
5.) local echo YES
6.) CMD> boot
7.) Enter
Kaiser will Reboot in the last state

You may need to run hardspl again after doing the boot command in mtty just to ensure it won't go back into bootloader upon your next soft reset.

FrankenKaiser SPL Loader
This is a fast application image downloader which can download e.g. spl or android to the phone when the phone is in dload mode. This can for example be useful for developers to test a SPL from another device w/o the need to flash them

DISCLAIMER: This method involves erasing SPL & OS and requires correct data entry by the user. I will not take any responsibility for any malfunctions and or damages caused by using this method and software.

Prerequisites:
- a *security unlocked* HTC MSM7x00 device
- QC diag drivers installed (e.g. MotoQ)
This was tested with a Kaiser, Niki and Wings
Steps are:
1 power down
2 hold green send key and power on, the phone will enter radio bootloader (oemsbl)
3 connect with MTTY (COMn) and type "dload" to put phone in dload mode
4 close MTTY, reconnect USB, run my new downloader in a CMD box, e.g. "./FrankenKaiser-SPL-Loader.exe /dev/com4 SPL1.56-KAIS-unbricker.nb (substitute com4 by the com port of your qc diag driver)
5 hold send key and press soft reset with stylus (on phones like Nike this is not possible, in that case you must add "setboot 1" to step 3 before typing "dload" and in step 7 add "setboot 0" before typing "dload")
6 connect with MTTY (COMn) and type "mw 901708 1 e1a00000"
7 type "cego" (press and hold camera to enter tricolor bootloader mode)

Because i want to "port" a KaiserRom over to my Wings, but ive getting trouble with this annoying "Sim Door Open, please close it.Phone shuts down in 10 seconds..." warning.

Your Wings is not security unlocked, so you can't enter oemsbl that way.

I'm asking with all due respect. I haven't done it. To be honest I haven't flashed anything with MTTY since I had my Hermes last year but I was under the impression that we could.
If we can't then you have answered my question as the difference is exactly that!
In the quest for knowledge we all sometimes ask apparently dumb questions...

So with this thing I can make my deviece look as a MSM7500. To boot up HaReT all the time???

obviously you can, the RUU uses mtty commands to download the images.

When I run FrankenKaiser-SPL-Loader.exe , WindowsXP closed DOS window with error.
What is wrong ?

i install hard spl unlock device bat after flash complete 100% my phone always go in oemspl can not go in normal bootloader or power on.

Since it doesnt seem as though you unlocked the phone, just download an oem rom/radio combo for the phone from the operator it belongs on ( IE , if it is an ATT TILT, download from HTC the latest rom off their website JUST for the att tilt )

Dave i have same prob...device allready unlocked before flash... no power on, no bootloader mode... on pc recognized like diagnostic.... what can i do?

Frankenkaiser error
I managed to brick my device real good. When I start the device, holding down green send, and run mtty to run the dload command, I get Invalid command : dload. Im in deeper than I bargained for. Whats next?

Big problem with i-mate sp5

Hi, maybe some one will can help me.
I have a I-mate SP5. A time i don't use it (i don't know if someone else put his nose on it in this time). And now when i push the power button on screen i see:
" Tornado IPL 2.00
Tornado SPL 2.00.0008
Tornado "
And that is all. My PC don't recognize it. I tray the Hard Reset but don't work, don't appears to pres " 0 ".
I don't know what to do.
Please help me.

maybe a keyboard problem...
Verify that all the keys of the keyboard and especially the camera key are not remained pressed.

It's bootloader.
Looks like BINFS (place when system files are) has been formatted.
My advice - download rom and flash device.

But how to do that when i can't connect to ActivSync.

Download activesync 4.5 or better and use win xp maxhine. Also read karhoe's tutorial on how to upgrade.

I hope your device is SuperCID. Please read all yuo can before you try flashing.

I have on my pc the Activesync 4.5 but i unistal it, i download again and instal again. But nothing. I read all that i can find but all tutorials are about a worknig phone. not my case.

Well when I was flashing my tornado and came to bootloader I had the same problem, but then pluged on diffrent usb port and windows asked to install unsigned drivers to which I said yes. After a min or two I was able to continue to next step which was to check "info 2" then do format BINFS.
Anyhow, just make sure you read karhoes instructions and dont try to flash yet if you didnt superCID as it wont work.
