Is there a way to install the HTC Mp3 Trimmer onto an HTC Inspire 4G/HTC Desire HD. The phone is already rooted, if that helps. I just played with the trimmer on my buddy's HTC EVO and want to be able to use it to create my own ringtones.

Just download ringdroid from the market.

+1 on Ringdroid. Works like a charm.
Here are a list of changes in the 1.45.401.2 update
-screenshot (power+home)
-MUCH smoother (no lag)
-shows green dot in HTC contacts list next to people who are online on google talk
-ability to purchase movies in HTC watch
-backup SMS option in menu in messages app
-Picasa Web Albums in HTC Gallery app now show
-Google talk video chat
-volume boost for the speaker
-Trim videos in HTC Gallery
-change size of font in HTC messages app with pinch
-record in .mp4 instead of .3gp (tmobile)
-added apps (tmobile)

Mine works just fine
photo gallery bug
Bug resolved in picasa gallery, I was not able to see photos, when I choose a picassa gallery it starts to flash and didn't show any photo.
Now works correctly.

Gtalk Video chat works
Noticed a new app called HTC likes
No CRT animation?
Sound has been boosted, At least from the speaker I can notice a big difference. Also the the stock music app is picking up the embedded album art correctly now on my imported iTunes library.
HTC likes was always there, and it's still bloatware :-( the real changes for me are better dual core support and gtalk video, so now you don't poorly supported third party apps, like VTalk. Now I can use a poorly supported Google App!

Is the speaker really louder? I'm dying to get this, but fully rooted and Rom'd up.
Definitely seems louder to me.
Tried the game Cordy off the Market and the graphics spaz out to look like when a desktop pc GPU is dying. Also the stock browser closes all windows except the one you have open when you close it.
I can confirm on 2.3.4 on a stock Sensation by pressing home and power it will take a screen shot and photos will be in the camera shots album.. Pretty freaking nice of them to include this feature
I know we need the Sence framework but the MyTouch Slide's rom is based on Sence 3.0 witch the sensation runs. Any help appreciated just would like the MyTouch 4g Slide Camera app
Search is your friend. There is already a version that can be installed. But keep in kind the sensation is q h d the mytouch slide is not, there for the graphics will be a little jacked up. What you really want is the amaze 4g camera app. But even still the camera hardware for both the amaze and mytouch is very different and quality on the sensation can never match the other two.

rockbox can be a nice choice....
I am using Jellybean in HTC Inspire 4G.
While watching the saved videos, some shades are disturbing...
Request to clear.....
I have an Inspire 4G also. I tried going to Jellybean, and found some of the text garbled and videos to be sketchy. I would definitely recommend going back to ICS for now until the bugs get ironed out.

For saved videos, I tried MX Player from the Google Play... Now Videos are OK.
But No Camcoder and Bluetooth.
