Is anyone else having problems with the Friend Stream widget? It worked fine for me up until I rooted and installed Flipz's stock ROM update. Now, it always says "No recent updates" on the widget, however if I open the app there is very clearly a large amount of recent updates. Anyone else have this problem or know how to solve it?

I can't get it to load feeds on the widget, or even within the app itself. I've tried using a data connection and WiFi, deleting the .apk and reinstalling, switching between Eclair and Froyo builds, and nothing seems to work. It seems to have started earlier today or late last night. Not sure if this is possibly a Google issue, or what the hell else it might be. Thanks.
Everyone is. Google problem.
Cool. Thanks for the reply.
same problem here since yesterday.
Add me to the list too.
+1, same here
me too... =(
it should be back up now..
its a google error
EDIT
its back up for me
Working again
Google+ instant upload of photos used to work on my Infuse, but has stopped working for unknown reasons. I tried clearing the app's data, but the problem persists. (Instant upload of videos has never worked.)
In my Infuse's Google+ settings, Instant Upload is enabled, and it's set to "photos and videos via mobile networks". (The setting for "only when charging" is disabled. Roaming Uploads is disabled, but I'm at home with an H+ connection.)
Stock ROM, not rooted.
Anyone else have this problem, or know how to stop it from recurring?
I have this problem as well! any ideas anyone?
Yeppers - same problem here on the DX2. Google+ auto upload worked perfectly on my previous DX and even on this one when I first got it a few months ago. I thought it might have been a security app I was trying out (Lookout), but even after uninstalling that it won't upload. I'm interested to see if the new update in the pipes fixes the problem.
I find it weird that hardly anyone else has this problem, because there seem to be very few posts concerning it. I'm wondering if this is a feature many people are not using and therefore don't care if it works...
Hello all!
I'm completely stock, no root and have the latest firmware for the nordic countries installed. The other day I wanted to try out the MusicHub-app (see title), which is pre-installed with ICS, but I'm not able to get it to work. I'm wi-fi connected, GPS connected and have my Samsung account on the tablet going, but it's stuck on 'opening' for about 5 minutes and then a dialogue box states (translates to) 'Unable to establish location'. Hitting 'OK' then closes the app.
Anybody seing the same? Am I missing out on something here? Settings? Might it be that the app-version has issues? I have read somewhere that MusicHub is currently not available in all regions - if so, why would the app be pre-installed for my region? I should add that I talked to Samsung, and they had no answer other than trying a factory reset. I actually did that less than two weeks ago so I doubt that it will make any difference.
Any ideas, suggestions or feedback greatly appreciated. Thanks.

After having tested the MusicHub a little I seem to have found what's causing the issue on my tab. Using the native task manager to free memory/RAM apparently kills some process essential to the MusicHub. After a fresh restart of the tab, the MusicHub works fine. Testing again after having freed memory causes it not to work. Restart of the tab - voila it works again. Just in case someone of you runs into the same issue
I put a post on the CM forums about this but got no response. Surely I am not the only person with this problem... If anyone running CM10.1 does or does not have this problem please post.... thanks..
Thread: http://forum.cyanogenmod.org/topic/73944-networklocation-only-works-on-wifi/
I have no idea where to post this so I am just putting it out there in the general area, as it isn't device specific at all. I have been Googling this for a while too but I cant find much reference to anyone else having the same problem.
The problem is:
When WiFi is OFF ONLY Google Maps can get a location from NetworkLocation (basically, cell towers). Nothing else will get a location.
When WiFi is ON Google Maps AND all other apps (Weather Widgets, cLock Widget, etc) get network-based location.
Please note having traditional GPS switched on or off makes no difference, When GPS is on and fixed it works great, no issues at all with normal GPS, this is only related to Network Location Provider (NetworkLocation.apk).
Its annoying as it means I have to keep GPS enabled, and it has to fix every time I want to update my weather widgets, as I cant ask them to use network location as I never use Wifi! And the whole point of it is that it updates when im out and about, not at home on my hotspot.
I just want to know at this stage, does anyone else actually have this problem? Or is it a known bug that I just did not stumble on after hours on Google...? I would track it down but I got no idea where to start.
Observations:
LG Optimus 2X, CM7, This problem does not exist!
LG Optimus 2X CM10.1, This problem exists.
Sony Xperia Z CM10.1, This problem exists.
This is using the latest offical GAPPS package from goo.im.
Tried play store 4.1.6 & 4.1.10 and also previous versions. No difference.
I am trying to find out if: its a cm10.1 bug, a gapps (networklocation.apk) bug or a jellybean bug.

Anyone use Vue and have a device running Pie? I've searched all over and found no information. App will run fine when started and logged in for the first time, but after that, next time it runs it hangs on the blue PS logo screen and never gets to the main menu. I've seen this on three different Pie roms on my phone now. I've been trying to confirm if this is Sony's issue and it doesn't work on any Pie ROM...?
A month later nothing has changed. Sucks to have to either clear data and log in just to use this, or use the Kodi plugin which is only good when you are stationary because the 'drops' are too severe when they happen.
Same problem here. No luck finding a real fix so far.
At least someone corroborated this. I still find no discussion of this anywhere else.
And now even clearing data and logging back in doesn't work either.
This still doesn't work! Does anyone have it working on a stock Pie ROM? Just curious.
