I have seen the alternative flip clocks and analog clocks that are available. Are there any digital type clocks available or are they not possible? The kind where the digit just changes and doesn't flip.

CHT has the ability to turn off the clock flips. This combined with a good clock skin may be all you need.
Thanks! I upgraded to CHT 1.8 and it does work. I just need to find a new clock that doesn't have that line thru it.

Is it easy enough to do?
I assume if I download a transparent slider.cab then it will be totally transparent? Its not like with the iPhone where I could go into the theme and increase/reduce transparency of each individual component? What about the grey bit around the selected icon in the slider? Would that be part of the transparent slider.cab? Or is that something totally different?
I cant open up a .cab file on my PC and adjust things there can I?

I cannot remove the top clock from win 6.5.5. I tried advanced config and it does not do anything. I do not have the option in my clock settings. On my pure i have the option, but on the advantage and diamond i do not.
You SHOULD have the option in your Clock & Alarm settings.... If you don't... something is definitely wrong.
