Hello. I have an immense problem and say I changed the SPV E650 roma no and about 45 percent after I disconnected the phone from the bowel and no kompa. Now the phone turns on but only a HTC logo and nothing happens. like trying to upload a new rom is no error crashes me an error [270] like trying to do hard reset by pressing the green handset is referred to as the HTC logo and nothing happens the whole night and it was so lipa.Tel included without problem to budloadera. Is anyone able to fix this thanks in advance because I do not know what to do and the phone has only five days to the max so lime pomoc.próbowałem please upload it to the card but I wyskkuje Invalid Certificate.

1-Download the ROM From following lin

2-Connect HTC710(vox) to pc.After Successful connection after boot loader appear at your vox.
3-Run the downloaded set up.

and it seems to me that this is typical of the HTC and I have a SPV E650 and there is no difference?

I Think Roms was not downloaded properly. Els
If you had Rom As you mentioned in the first post. Retry with it..
1-turn off your vox.
2-press hold the camera button, while camera button pressed connect your vox with cabel to your PC.
3-Run the ROM setup.
Do hope it will solve your problem otherwise move to a service center.

If a ROM is already installed then
You might be missing a step and that is....
Turning off phone signal or forgot to ending up the vox partnership with PC or Both.

You need ROM with correct CID. It will let you to install the same Orange ROM, and later use SoftSPL and upgrade to other ROM.
Polish:
Potrzebny ci ROM z właściwym CID'em. Z tego co zrozumiałem to Orange'owy. Będziesz mógł go zainstalować i dopiero wtedy będziesz mógł użyć SoftSPL do wgrania innego ROM'u (np. oryginalny HTC Vox)

it is just blinking

Try flashing it with the last WWE (non-arabic) version available for download from i-mate site.
thanks bro, i did try to flash but its not connecting, becaz its not on, when i press power button it just blink and not turned on, i am so worried, flash is done when active sync is working and the jamin is turned on, its not on
Most likely the file corrupted.
I dont know how to put Prophet in bootloader mode but can be found in forums.
Try to put the device in bootloader mode; and try to flash afterwards.

I have the same problem after flashing with a corrupt rom. Only if i connect the JAMin to the power supply and then press and hold continuously at the camera button and press the power button once the device go to the 'boot loader mode'. But this don't help me because i have no connecting to the PC over USB.
read the forum it's written how you can put it on boot loader mode or you can try to hard reset

Forget about power button.
Press camera button. While holding it use the stylus to softreset. Take the stylus out but hold the camera button pressed. In less than 5 seconds, you will enter bootloader screen.
Hope it works.
You must put your device on to bootloader mode, how? Press the camera and the coomon manager (at the same time) put your stylus into the whole (as you made a normal soft reset) put your stylus out of the device but not the camera and the common manager botton, just a couple seconds after.
Don't be affraid is your device creen become with three colors, is normal nad the typical signal is on to bootloader mode. Now is time to find a JAMin ROM in the club imate web (if you are a member) or here in a ftp.
Tell us if you can fixed the problem.

I tried to upgrade my Jamin to WM6 and now it dosent load at all so i wanted to go back to original ROM from Jamin but now it says "This NBF file cannot be used for your PDA phone.Please get newer NBF file."
also, previous used to have IMATE logo and now it displays QteK logo and freezes displaying

help... i downloaded smart1's (normal, not clean) update, and launched UPGRADE_ROM.DAT from PC... it said initializing and everything... and then it reached to "copying something.dll' ... i waited 10 minutes or so then i got something like:
"error cant copy ....... because connection closed from remote... something like that."
i did NOT touch the imate during the process
and now when i turn on my imate i get the HTC with white background for a second but then it freezes on the blue "i-mate" screen... displaying:

when i connect it to pc, windows does recognise and install my device but ActiveSync doesnt connect.
i tried removing the battery then putting it back in then pressing and holding the conn. button along with the power button and i DO get to the bootloader screen (with three colors) and then when i plug in the usb i get a small 'usb' word at the bottom of the screen, but still, ActiveSync doesnt connect... i tried installing the update again... but the program doesnt find my device
how can i make it work again ??? plz help me

Just BEWARE that the rom you download is for your phone, it will be for a G3 or a G4, if you get it wrong, your phone is DEAD.

Same problem for me, but I solved today:
I connected the phone to pc in bootloader mode, the pc see the phone and says ppc usb sync, but the activesync not started.
I tried to install a qtek official rom by dangaard (you can find it here: http://www.megaupload.com/it/?d=4ELWL078 ) and I solded the problem !

I had same problem but in my case with downgrade from WM6 to ASERG rom, i have downloaded RUU_Prophet_220734_2207114_024721_NVID.exe and that fixed my problem.

Hey dude..bit more info might b nice...what error is it saying? connection error? or ROM error? or what?.. and if it's connection, what OS u running? you need special drivers for the Magician if you're running Vista..
Try unplugging you battery then plug it back - press power button - it will work but just until you press reset. And no more upgrades

hey dude this dopod logo is really an irritating prob u knw wat jus do a hard reset once n den try coz dopod logo take long long time to go n enter the boot loader mode..
so jus giv it a try i hope it works for u ..

(i bought a HD) and the S200 died...... It is in the bootloader and I have tried everything.
1. Pressing all buttons = Format failed
2. Spl can be loaded again, but no with a exe.
3.All roms can be instaled (but not al exe). If a rom installed 1
file (exe) it doest not work. I installed al least 20 rom (wm5,wm6 ect...)
All can be installed and at the end you get 100 % and finished......
I opened the S200 and the button on/of seems to be ok.
4. In the bootloader sceen I get :
IPL2.09.001
SPL 2.G4.4PDA
I am desperared because I am fixing it since a few weeks with....no result.
PLEASE, I NEED SOME HELP
(PD I am from Belgium and living in Spain)

if your Prophet works fine after that, you may flash any rom you like ,

in the screen :
1.When I try to to inslall a spl , it stays in a green screen with ipl and spl data.Nothing can be installed until baterie is removed
2. Tried to install the NVID but stops ant 80 % with error 326.
3. Tried to install Lazy tool : I put the nbf file in the lib file and install the rom
100 % and I reboot in the bootscreen (fustrating)
4. Tried to insall WM5 and the same like the lazy tool instalation.
Never activesync is connect.That why (I think) that somo roms can not be installed, like a wm5 only os.
Any sugestion ??

1. you may safe your prophet ONLY if you successfully flash the NVID, (just don't look at the connection status between PC and Prophet, as it was forced to bootloader mode, just run the NVID and flash dtraight until it ends, be awared that, NVID needs time to flash, sometimes needs more than 5 minutes, so ... wait for it ! )
2. I hope you can make it or you need to bring your prophet to factory due to abnormal flashing (wrong flashing)...

try bringing your Mobile to any qualified technician near your place.. something might have been wrong inside... like mine its the comm and cam buttons that are grounded thats why its always in bootloader.. no matter what software i flash its still the same...

I have tried pretty much all the Lazu Guides and prohpet tools.
Most of the time I get the Invalid update tool error.
Maybe the person in this thread has the same problem I have.
I have a G3 Prophet (Qtek S200), that has been flashed with a G4 Rom.
Not it is stuck in tri-color screen and nothing seems to help.
the prohpet tools I downloaded gives me errors and there is little documentation of where to put rom files etc. Maybe you know?

mess up upgrade code (G3 and G4) ... sorry... doomed.

yes in my country its cheap.. coz something inside short circuited and that keeps my camera button pressed and taking pictures of his own < scary > if you cant fix this try to visit an authorized technician that can fix this for you...
ok, will send the s200 to the SAT (repair). I don´t have other options.
