Indonesian Language for SMS on HTC Legend - Android Software/Hacking General [Developers Only]

Does anyone know how to do that? I downloaded and installed already MoreLocale2 and the custom HTC_IME, but still can't use Indonesian as a language to use for sms.
Only the European languages and Chinese/Thai, which came originally with the phone, work.
I don't want to root, ideally I would just have to download an .apk or new IME file, but can't seem to find the right one. Can anyone help?
Oh yeah, if that helps, the SW Version is 1.37.707.2, bought in Singapore.
Thanks!

bump.....can anyone help?

You can try for Custom Locale (I belive is in the market)
I tried, but it doesnt change the language of the system itself.
I want the whole phone UI changed to dutch language.
So i think i need to install some language pack (just like in windows or any other OS).
Thanks for help.
Then I don't know... I know there might be some file insdie the roms that allows you to use your language, but I don't know what file should be... Try to contact with a modder...

How to change HTC IME locale?

Dear members,
I want to know how to change the HTC IME keyboard locale.
I once found a solution on this forum, but i can't find it anymore. It had to do something with pulling a file, changing a number and then push it back on the phone.
I want to change it to dutch locale.
Maybe there is another way around this? By installing a language pack or something?
Hope someone can help.
Thanks in advance.
Did you try and download "More Locale" from the Android Market? It worked for me without a problem...

Dictionary in ROM

Hello, i'm pretty new here so i hope i post this in the right place in the forum. I own a HTC Magic i buyed here in Belgium. It had a kind of costum rom on it build by the provider Proximus i guess based on android 1.5. I allready heve flashed several other roms i found here, but there is always one problem..te locale dictionary that is used when typing SMS messages is never dutch. Now my question...is it possible to copy that dictionary from the Proximus ROM to any other ROM, and if so where is it located or how do i do it ?
You most probably want the HTC_IME keyboard, so called "Touch Input".
Google for com.htc.android.htcime_preferences.xml file, it will explain everything

[Q] Motorola Defy Languages

Hi everyone!
After long search I decided to ask you guys for help..
So, I got Defy, currently running on stock Froyo 2.2.2 (Central European Region) and everything works fine but this region's version doesn't have Croatian language.. I tried several other stock ROM-s, but none of those which I tried does not contain my language..
My question is - is there a stock ROM which contains croatian language and where can I find it?
I know that CyanogenMod has it, but it isn't so good - lot of options aren't correctly translated, or doesn't have a translation at all..
If there ain't no ROM with my lang. file, can I import it somehow, or translate some other language to mine and import it to my phone?
Thanks for suggestions, appreciate it!
Anyone?
MS2Ginger has a solid language pack. It's a gingerbread ROM though, but you can give it a try. I am also looking for a language pack to import afterwards but couldn't find any. Success
Look for MoreLocale 2 in Google Play Store

[Q] bada question - about the chinese language

Are there any firmware(Bada 2.0) for the Traditional Chinese users?
I have already used the search function but i still cant find it.
Most of the firmwares are in Simplified Chinese.
I need the language which is Chinese_T but i only found the Chinese_S.
If anyone know which post has Chinese_T, you can just leave me a link or a CSC file.
Thanks
no one know?
