Hi,
i used the search function but didnt found exactly what i am searching.
What do i actually search?
My father uses an HTC Blackstone (WM6.1) with stock rom. He has 100 inclusive minutes per month in his contract. Unfortunately, there is no prog in stockrom to count this amount of talking.
Is there a tool, which can
- count call times
- differate between normal national calls and international or more expensive calls (service number) (only normal national calls are covered within his contract)
- maybe display the time with a percentage-bar of 100 minutes in a nice way in his stock htc manila interface or maybe in the top bar along with signal strengh, battery power etc?
Thanks a lot for your help,
cmoe

Hi,
i'm looking for a utility to monitor my usage and my remaining free minutes on my contract as well as text messages. is there such a program?
thanks in advance
hmm, it would have to be something which you input how many minutes you have and how many texts you have, as the details of the avaliable minutes are not transmitted over the network. They are held with your provider.
Some (like vodafone) have an online viewer which you can check.
Do a search on these forums for "dktoday" and I think you'll find what you're after.
It is here...

Since the phone register each passed calls, I think it is possible to register total of how many minutes you've used.
hi friends
i baught imate jasjam yesterday, in the device information call duration is 17 hours incoming and 21 hours outgoing, seller told me he updated the rom from web therefore call duration timing has changed otherwise its a new mobile.
and now i have installed the latest rom 3.62, but call duration timing is same 17 hours incoming and 21 hours outgoing
i am really confused now whether to check it is a new mobile or a used?? can anybody tell me in detail pls, thanks alot in advance
My guess is that, this is not some thing to do with the rom. If you have another sim card (with different phone number) try to change the sim and see if you see this same call duration. I guess this is comming from your service provider. I may be wrong.
I never thought about it, but it could be possible that the call timer is linked to the sim. However, my inclination is that the phone is used. Maybe he kept the phone really well, or he bought a new casing before selling it.
in this case is simple, this device is used.
WM shows the information of all the calls independly the SIM card you use.
regards,
I thought it is relatively possible to reset the call timer!!! (although I don't know how) Possibly that your seller has forgotten and/or didn't expect you to be expert enough to check that...
Hi,
I have a data flatrate and a flatrate to calll "landline" numbers from my Omnia mobile.
For calls to mobile numbers, I have 60 free minutes included per month. Is there a software (ideally freeware) to count the time of all outgoing calls to mobile numbers per month?
Would be great as mobile calls above the limit are quite expensive.
The tricky bit for the software will be to distinguish "landline" numbers automatically from "mobile" numbers.
I'm located in Germany.
Thanks for your help,
Franziska
homescreen plusplus
you can see call times,nr.sms and data(internet)
daily and monthly counters on today screen
web site for download:
http://www.chi-tai.info/
that only displays call times, not specific call times like he requested
Joel is right...
Hi,
unfortunately Joel seems right. I need to have summary of all outgoing mobile call times.
Thanks so far,
Franziska
with homescreen plusplus you can see only the outgoing calls,if you need, checking the dedicated box in settings.
On the contrary you cannot count separately the outgoing calls
IS there a simple outgoing call counter/timer that I can use? I just want to compute the total outgoing call time per month. I have a plan that gives me 150 minutes each month and I don't want to use more than that.
i have this:
http://oldsap.blogspot.com/2008/01/call-logs.html
but the detailed outgoing call logs are for Philippines use, for now, so your calls might show in the "Others" portion.
this is what I have been looking for, but there are some things that must be fixed before this is really useful. First I don't understand the difference between the numbers "Other" and "Mins". Second, this tool doesn't consider a time interval. It simply adds up all the outgoing calls. I need something that reports only the last month's calls. For example, if today is 7th of March, then it should report the calls between 1st of March and 7th of March. Finally, a configuration option would be awesome. So, we could set our own operators. I hope you improve this little tool and it will become a very useful little gadget for all of us.
ok i'll work on that. i'll recode the application to allow the user to add up total calls for a range of dates first then we'll go from there []
Thank you for considering these changes. Another possible feature would be a rounding feature. For example, some operators count 1 sec to 60 seconds as 1 minute. My operator counts 1 sec to 6 secs as 6 secs. So, my call times are always rounded up to the closest multiple of 6 seconds.

Hello,
I'm looking for a nifty credit watcher, but I can't seem the find one. The best one I found so far is Droidstats, but it doesn't exactly do what I want.
What I want:
- Track outgoing calls and sms
- Track data (3G) traffic
- Combine calls and sms into 1 meter. (I got 200 mins and 400 sms, but when I call for 1 minute I have 199 minutes left and 398 sms.)
- The ability to round minutes up (E.G. I call 1 minute and 20 seconds --> 2 mins)
- Save spare minutes from the previous month and include those in the current credit.
Other option I have Vodafone, so a app that connects directly to MyVodafone and loads my status would be nice too . Does anyone know an app like this? Thanks in advance!
