The launcher is a "similar" version to the ZenEXP, though it is similar only in functionality, but not codebase. However, that's old news, lol.
I'm referring to something else that we haven't had on Fresh, yet...

Working on more things to hit the Fresh "landscape"...

how do we get this?

This took a lot of finessing to get working on Fresh 2.1.2. I have to get in touch with Flipz to discuss, as it is likely going to require a new dot release (2.1.3?), due to certs / signing issues.
Consider this a teaser...stay tuned.
In the meantime, I'll enjoy using it on my phone .

this is awesome... i know i requested before, but you never answered if it'd be possible for you to take the icon names off of the home icons like adw launcher does

are you working on the news reader also? considering all the frameworks you have gone thru at this point.
Also you could release these as an update.zip concidering this is the frameworks and system based on the 2.1 official. as long as it has been deoxed.

I'm only one person! If you had any idea the time (read hours/days) it takes to do this stuff, you'd understand there's only so much I can personally tackle.
I have no idea if it is possible or not. Would assume it is. It's just not on my personal radar at this point.

well where did you pull your source from a legend rom? if so the is a htc news reader also.

Ummm, no, I didn't. Darch is a good man, but I've never run one of his ROMs, so I don't know what that is. I pulled pieces from DC, so credit to the anonymous source who got this going on Sprint based ROMs originally. I just "made" it work on Fresh as well, by figuring out what was done / needed.

Is this related to FriendStream at all? If someone wants to link me to an example of what it is, I'll take a look (though it'll get added to the back of the (getting longer) queue. Obviously, since I have no idea what it is, it isn't on my radar at all! As you can imagine, I prefer to work on things that I'm personally motivated to use...

Trying to get an idea of interest in a theme like this.
Inspiration came from Bezerker.
Themed out in all red with out the over kill on the eyes.
All icons are left original Droid X colors.
Many Thanks are due and will come if I decide to release!
Also, I'm in need of someone who could help me with text color...
I'm trying to have white text against the dark buttons.
Ok, I'm putting this link up for the those who'd like to test...There shouldn't be any issues besides the buttons which I'm working on. Droid X Themed LauncherPro v0.7.0.4
Install: In recovery, system mounted -- adb push SCM-LauncherPro.apk /system/app/

I've pretty much already done this and it's complete, but the only real issues that remain are fixing the 'press' color for the pc sync app on the phone and, like in your screenshot, removing the black horizontal lines from buttons. I just don't feel like releasing it unfinished

by icons, do you mean browser phone, etc? if so, that is awesome.
if you need a tester or two to provode feedback, im available.

Actually, I have to correct myself. This IS the best theme I've ever used.
The only real "problem" is dark text, and those little lines shown I'm that last pic of the Calender.
Good work. My suggestion to you is to put a donate link when this is formally released.

I am trying to figure out how to make a flashable zip to change applications that have been downloaded to /data.

nah, i get the "this requires security your phone doesn't support" i work at a large IT company, and our internal IT are idiots, go figure right? No way they will get this sorted, so i will have to wait for google to implement a better email app with enterprise security requirements

Yes BUT its a folder inside of the framework-res.apk
so you can't flash this. If you want just an animation zip let me know which version of cm6 you are running and i can make one for you just pm me.

Miui Apps **Links Fixed Again lol**

Here are the miui apps that I've pulled for use with the Galaxy Tab, all .apk's have been tested by me and confirmed to work.

Thanks yea the stock camera app is OK, but could be better.
EDIT: The lockscreen question was a bit far fetched, I do know that the lockscreen depends on the MIUI backends... so that won't be happening soon. Maybe a complete MIUI port XD

I have installed the camera, so far so good, but I could not change any setting as the menu is in chinesse only. Is there any chance to get it in English?

I fixed the Music link, also if the menus are in Chinese you should be able to fix it with a reboot if not post back here and let me know. Everything shows up English on my tablet but I'm on the Verizon Tab there may be some differences.

Pretty sweet so far. Have one issue though. When i turn off widget locker the sense lock screen doesnt work i have to open the keyboard to get the screen to turn on. next time ask for the PSD's it will make it alot easier to edit the photo's and you will have greater detail once reduced as the PSD's are at 1920X1080 res.

When I get/send a text, the rom sometimes has issues changing back to 3G from 1X. If I put the phone to sleep, and power it back on a min later, it's usually always back to 3G. Or I just toggle the mobile network.

My 3g speeds are also slow with this Rom, I have always had this problems with miks roms, anyway to fix this?

Always best to do a full wipe on Mik Roms. Just a safe bet on any Rom change.

Since it was just an update I just flashed over the existing ROM. Wiped dalvick and cache and flashed. Sense wouldn't load initially and had to reboot but no problems since... may not be the ideal way of doing it but that's how I always flash any AOSP ROM update.

You can do it that way. It's just I'm used to doing a full wipe. Found that I run into a lot less issues, if any when I do a full wipe. Just a heads up, my 3G seems to be working great. So does USB and WiFi tethering. Might just be the area your in has bad service.
