One question. Is this ROM similar with Eugene373 ?
Most of people are using ROM with SenseUI and Cupcake, cause it stable and aesthetic then others
So we need ROM, that will be with whole SenseUI and new OS.
King's ROM is on Eclair 2.0, but original Hero ROM on screrenshots has firmware 2.1 - so it is Flan, not Eclair ?!

I just installed - and discovered the APN settings were missing. Had to nandroid restore to get back and right them down. Will report back after use. So far, I liked what I saw.

Oh man... No need to do nandroid restore. You can simply setup yours APNs
If you didn't found APNs for your mobile operator in internet, you must write settings one time to text-file or list of paper.
or you may use APN Backup & Restore. This application is free on market.
You need backup settings one time, then after you flashed another ROM, install APN Backup & Settings again and do restore from application.
Nandroid Restore - restore the whole system and user data, and your previous ROM too.

get better man, malaria, that sucks!

- adding any HTC widget Force Closes: com.htc.launcher.RosieUtility
- android widgets seem to add fine
- people app works!
worst thing is phone freezes randomly (need to take battery out to fix). Because fo this I've had to stop testing.

Force closes when trying to add any HTC Widgets. Other than that, everything else seemed to be working. Nice ROM.

[ROM] cMoRPH v0.9.9 unstable {Eclair 2.1-Update1}[07.05.10][QWERTZ][Fixed Data/Voice]

As every other Dev im not responsible if u brick your phone, even if all my roms are tested on my own G1 before i release i cannot be bothered if there is something wrong with your method of flashing or with your hardware etc.
This ROM is based of the latest Test2 CyanogenMod.
Note that this is meant for users with an qwertz keyboard layout.

I'm not flashing this yet, due to the lack of gapps, but very impressive work. Can't wait until everything on this rom is working fine.

Cam IS working, though I cannot take any pictures...
Cam app tells me that my SD card is being prepared whatsoever (and forever)
Plus, I didn't get WIFI to work. Tells me that it cannot activate.
I'm on Magic 32b. SDcard has fat32, ext2 and swap partition on it.
Nice though.

This is a beta version and is suitable for testers.
I ported this rom on request.
It is not for daily use.

The ROM feels FAST.
It may be the fastest Eclair 2.1 for the 32A Magic 6.35 radio.
It is based off of SuperEclair v3.0 [BETA4.1] by KOLOHE and others (their rom really has nothing in common with Superatmel's SuperEclair anymore).
It uses Sanpei's .32 Kernel for 6.35 radio.
The rom has problems. You might get a force close.

This rom should not be confused with the one here.
I created a new thread for this rom, because it is not based off the original SuperEclair2.1 like the other one. This rom is based off a completely different build.
Performance seems way better for me with this rom, but stability is still an issue.
I will post updates as the bugs get fixed.
I will also post a themed version at some point.

Not that this will help you, nut I don't think the forced close is actually related to the wifi.
I get forced closes with one specific app on my phone. When I uninstall the app I then get the forced close when I do something else.
This was the main reason why I was waiting to port the rom.
I think the rom is awesome and fast - it may be one of the better if not best Eclair 2.1 roms that are not sense, hero or legend. I will port the new releases as soon as the original team gets this bug solved.

This bug does not occur for me (weird)

yes confirmed youtube works but video playback (mp4 movie) cannot work for some reason

My opinion is to just post the rom as it is.
There are a lot of people working on the 32B version.
They will hopefully figure out fixes faster than we can as a smaller group.

k uploading to multiupload - mine does not seem to have LWP built into it as part of the features either - maybe in future release this will be fixed but I think LWP just cause issues / crashes

First off, great ROM. Very speedy compared to others I've tried. Just a couple of things I found that are not working are:
1. Wireless Tether - FC everytime I try to start it
2. Handcent SMS - FC everytime

[ROM][11-nov-10][v0.2] Milestone MIUI ROM (almost perfect now!)

This rom is now based on the latest release dated 11.05 originally made by MIUI team, i just handled the porting to milestone and added milestone features.
This is a froyo 2.2.1 rom based on top of original 2.2.1 GOT leak rom + changes to work with MIUI rom.
NOTE: a few Droid users keep asking if it works on a CDMA droid, answer is no!

ISSUES Reported by users
- Enabled Bluetooth or Mobiledata at bootup , will disable WIFI functionality, so keep Bluetooth and mobiledata disabled at reboot, if you want to enable wifi.from here it seems you can set state all you want after bootup.
- Some settings state, cannot be changed if Wifi is enabled during bootup :-( .
BASEBAND RADIOS for v0.1 ONLY, 0.2+ needs manual install
You can try if these works for you on Froyo 2.2, otherwise you need to copy the files from your original froyo rom that worked.

- Wifi cannot enable, if Bluetooth/Mobiledata is enabled.

lockscreen is landscape.. menu is not :-(
- USB seems not implemented the way milestone works, so the Usb from froyo 2.2 is included to save battery, but seems to only "enable" usb, you still need to use the regular froyo way to activate usb storage to pc.
- Very strange but first time i notice, Wifi seems to disable if your battery is below 5-10% , nevery tried it before, but i replaced it with a fully loaded, and wifi worked instantly? maybe the same on all 2.2 kernel roms?

[ROM] (AOSP GINGERBREAD) ShadowMOD-BR v2.3.2b6 [2010-02-11]

This is a STRICTLY AOSP Gingerbread build for the Motorola Milestone.
Most of the credits goes to the amazing guys from CyanogenMod, nadlabak, f_pasha, mtwebster, rcerqueira, koush, MDijkstra, Skrilax_CZ, cvpcs and everyone else that had the patience to help me out figuring out how to put everything together.
To get it working for you, the baseband files for your region should be applied thru OpenRecovery as usual; you can get them at Dexter’s site: http://dext3r.komodin.org/.
Default language is set to PT-BR, change at the initial screen for your likings.
If you are currently using any Froyo release, you don’t need to do anything else, just copy the update to the OpenRecovery update folder and install as usual. If you’re not using any Froyo release, you need to apply a 2.2 SBF first.
Please note that FULL WIPE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for new installations. If you're upgrading from any previous SMBR Gingerbread build, you only need to wipe caches.

- Updated to AOSP master branch, hundreds of bugfixes.
- Fixed some issues with wifi (props to nadlabak)
- Fixed color blending issues (mostly visible on scroll glow).
- Fixed some video recording issues, now uses h264/aac for high quality mode.

- More memory tuning. Now based on Google’s recommendation for low memory devices.
- Zipaligned all Google Apps
- Fixed light sensor (props to nadlabak)

- Several other bugfixes that might result in crash of the phone.
Build 5:
- More memory tuning. This should fix a plethora of problems (browser downloads, market, notifications, and so on).
- Reverted to use a slightly older kernel (g4bc8ed0). Hopefully this will fix the reboots.
- 3D drawer is back due to popular demand.
- Enabled SIP over 3G networks.
- Removed some unnecessary libraries from the system (used only by Froyo).
- Fixed a couple of EGL issues. Nothing major.
Build 4:
- Skipped

- Fixed gps/compass (props to nadlabak)
- Fixed hires video recording (cvpcs)
- Massive memory tuning.
- JIT is disabled again -- yes, your linpack will suck, but you'll get much smoother experience overall.
- Disabled 3D drawer on Launcher2 -- too slow.
- Removed the OTA updater for now to save some memory.
Build 2:
- Fixed GMail/GReader breakage, now it works as expected.
- HSPA icon shows instead of just 3G.
- Screen off animation turned on.
- USB connected icon fixed.
- Some memory tuning done.
- Added full AOSP languages with dictionaries where available.
- Added full APN list based on CyanogenMod’s.

- Starting the camera using the hardware camera button unleashes hell.

How about the APAC nandroid? Or will it need to be a 2.2 sbf (latest one is the VIVO one right?)?

APAC nandroid will do. Any working Froyo release works. We just need the VR and the basic 2.2 partitions.

Its exactly the same steps as to install the ROM, you just need to put the update zip at OpenRecovery update folder and apply it.
For Greece, the correct baseband is this one:

Theres most certainly a lot of bugs. It's the first release, afterall.

Damn, it's a great rom.. too bad gmail keeps reloading when opening a mail (or do you think reflashing will solve this?)
