Hi there guys,
Last night I made a simple widget for the milestone/droid. It looks exactly like the normal clock but when you click it, it opens up the alarm app. I only wanted this for myself but thought it might be useful to others so I published it on the market.
Reviews have been good so far but one person has given it a 1* saying it doesnt work for them (I suspect they may have actually not added it), so this is where you guys can help!
If anyone could install my widget and give it a go it would be much appreciated (a nice rating would be helpful too ). The QR code is as follows:

}
Or search the market for "Clock+".
Any problems or comments can be put below or emailed to me.
Thanks a lot.
Any comments/criticism?
I may not be the best person to test this because I'm running a rooted Milestone with the Nexus One alarm clock.
However, because you've had no other replies, I thought I'd let you know that tapping the clock+ widget did nothing on my phone. Obviously, this may be because I don't have the original Milestone alarm clock running.
Hope this helps (but I know it probably doesn't)
Hi,
Yep it currently only works with the official alarm clock app installed, I'll try and make a workaround, do you know what the package name is for the nexus one alarm?
Just tested it on my Moto Droid with standard 2.1 and it worked great. Thanks for the app, much better than having a boring link to my alarm.
Thanks a lot. If you find it useful then a nice rating and/or review is much appreciated .

Hi
We are toying with the idea of letting user customize their live wallpaper with an SMS alert.
User could upload any picture and specify the fonts and background
When a SMS arrive on your phone the background and SMS will appear as shown om the screen shot.
This would be made available as an extension to our ownskin live wallpaper capability.

I would like to see if there any suggestion to this
Thanks
Wow that is a brilliant idea. I will look forward to it.
Any ideas would be
-Different styles
-Bubbles
-Lines(Webos or Android style maybe?)
-Transparency
I think many people customize phones and transparency is a must.
Anyway I am looking really forward to this
WOW..I would definitely donate maybe .99 for it. Great idea...
Wow! Sounds great. Will wait for a release.
Spoken into my EVO cause I'm probably driving.
I hadn't heard of OWNSKIN before I saw this thread. Very impressive work!
*edit- I just did a little customizing on a LWP just to see whats up, WOW, truly amazing
This is just an idea at this point to add to our LWP customization.
Just wondering if people would consider this an invasion of privacy ? Because our App would be reading your SMS.
How about GPS data. We are also toying with the idea of Grabbing the GPS data from the phone and use it for some Live Wallpaper fun.
We are not collecting the data. But it will appear as a warning when people try to install the apps
Hello!
I just posted my new application on the market.
You might want to have a look ! It would be easiest to quote what i wrote in its description:
What if the only thing you need actually be reminded of is not a specified event itself, but simply the fact that it exists?
Tap on widget to raise flag. It will remind you by vibrations, sound and notification (all of those customizable) that you've risen it. Then you'll be able to easily connect it with the reason why you did it. Simple?
This will remind you with specified (for all flags separate) interval or only once. You can also set a ringtone, vibration pattern and notification text for each of flags. Doesn't use resources, permission-free (only vibrations),
ads free.

All the best!
Nice one! That's what i've been looking for. Really great stuff. I recommend it for everyone who hate to set up some tasks in callendar... the author is right - all i need is just to REMEMBER that i wanted to do sth.
Thanks!
Glad you enjoy it. I couldn't find it on the market so i wrote it myself.
I think that's the best way to write a good app. Cheers
Hm i think the description may seem unclear... has anyone problems with understanding what this applications does? Thanks for help!

Google Play Link - edit - because I'm a n00b I cannot post links, So either search Play store for note-ification or wait a bit while I get more involved here and can then post links.
As I have said, this is my first app so please don't give bad review on Play, let me know what you found wrong and I will fix.
Thanks again for looking and I hope some of you find it really useful. I know I do!

This is a really useful app. Keep my important tasks in the notification bar :good:
Here's a little flashable to install my modded Torch app. Nothing changed in terms of the Torch app's functionality, just puttin a pretty face on things. Its safe to flash on all devices already using the torch app. This is a part of my Guru'd Nighly Build, but a buddy wanted this now, so here it be.
Like I mentioned, its safe to say that if your already using the Torch App from CM9, that my modded version will function perfectly on your device. This App is only intended to be used with ICS ROM's, mainly CM9. At this point, that's all I've test this app on. A word of warning: Like anything else you flash to your device, if any harm befouls your device, its no ones fault but your own. But you can be assured that I have never, and will never make available anything that I haven't tested on my own device. This app is no different. If you've got any questions, please feel free to ask. And if you like my mod, hit the thanks button.

I don't foresee any problems with this app, like everything else I post I've tested this on my own device. But any feedback would be much appreciated.
Thanks Ms Guru. Nice to see a different face making stuff for our phones. Thanks!

This is a 2013 thread and the app isn't even in the play store anymore
Is that app still working? I need to find something similar to create a project on home renovating. If you guys can suggest me any ideas, I will be very thankful for that. I'd like to see my old Persian rugs from DorisLeslieBlau gallery in a new design of my living room. That is why I want to find an app or a website where I can use real things or their prototypes to understand clearly how they will look in a real life.
