Bass and treble adjust on WM5 yet?

Anyone found any solutions for this yet? The program posted up in a couple of threads on here only work on wm2003. I noticed adjusting the equalizer in TCPMP also has absolutely no affect on the sound output aswell. Seems WM5 is completely different in that respect, or that is, if it can be adjusted at all.

Which WM5 device are you running it on? You can't move the sliders if you run that on a Charmer.

Why don´t ya use TCPMP? It have a super EQ, especially in the newest ver.

ahh, the eq in the .72RC1 version does have an effect now, all the older ones never worked.

TouchFlo Cab File

I installed the touchflo, it gets installed , but doesn't start etc. it needs somebody to get it working ,it doesn't seem all that far fetched like wm5 or wm6.it needs somebody from this forum to get it going . like they have done it on prophet, wizard,artemis, with some tweaking and alteration of biotouch file etc.cmon give some respect to the forgotten hero who started this transition from window mobile of being brick sized pda's to mainstream phone

Where did u download TouchFlo,cab?

it's all over, just download from these forums , it will be there in one of the wizard, trinity , prophet threads where they tried and succeeded ah somewhat , creating the touchflo work on their devices . u need to be logged in to see the link

if anyone could get this to work on the magician it would be even better than WM5 or WM6

I installed GoodWin and FunContact from Vito Technologies. It´s a mix from TouchFlo and iphone and works fantastic. I now returned to my Magician and will sell my Charmer with WM6, it is also good, but horribly slow.

absolutely agree that Goodwin and FunContact is worth installing on magician or wm2k for that matter...IMO Vito should upgrade Goodwin to have more interactive home screen...now its seem that you have to scroll a lot because everything is in one page...

I didin't like this Goodwin, on my Magician it "half-worked", the signal strength and battery meter doesn't work and the button slide lock too, just when I start the program it appears and then never more. But I agree that the User Experience is fantastic. I am using the 2.03 WWE modified ROM.

It is correct that the batterymeter and the signal strength don´t work, but with the lock-button i think you make a mistake: click on it with stylus or finger, hold it and drag it from the left side to the right side of the display, and the device will be unlocked so that you can work with it. I think batterymeter isn´t as important, i took the Power-button to Favorites to reach it easily for controlling the battery status. Another effect of the "half-working" is, that the timer to controll the testing period doesn´t work, too! So, for devices with WM2003, it´s Freeware!

Ok, it is locked just when I stard Goodwin, but how to Lock again? I was using Slide2Unlock very similar that locks the PDA everytime I Power Off the phone to stand-by mode, with Goodwin nothing happens when I power off and on.

why don't you guys try this out. just modify the includede ini file to match your shortcuts.

dude.. it's less than $20..I say just pay for it man..if u ever tried to write a program for a PPC2003 phone u'll know what a b!tch it's like...these ppl have put alotta effort into makin it work and the least we can do is show our appreciation... afterall.. this ain't TrashWare like a dodgy virus remover that installs the viruses in the "free trial" version just so u can pay them $20 to "get rid of it".. this is pure sweat and hardwork that someone's put in dude...and the lack of technical docs from M$ doesnt help either!
Otherwise.. dunno if anyone's mentioned it before, but a friend of mine intro'ed me to PointUI .. Alpha version just came out for PPC2003.. and it looks friggin schweet =) I'm usin it on my Magician.. definitely worth a look.. so far it's still free coz it's Alpha version

Execute sound when the universal is flipped

is this possible? just a thought... saw one of the posts where you can change the sound when you slide a keyboard using other pdas so i thought maybe this is also possible with our universals?

Nop doesn't work. Universals don't have that registry

Check out SlideSound at http://tiermann.co.nr
There's also a thread on it at ppcgeeks. It works with QVGA and VGA now.
It's not dependant on the screen driver or anything, so any wm5/6 device that can rotate it's screen should trigger it.

It crashes for you? Any error messages, like even a .net error or anything? So far it's only been tested on HTC Apache (6700) with .net Compact Framework 2.0 and 3.5, and I believe someone is running it successfully on the Mogul too. If you could post any errors I can see if I can take care of them.

it crashes sometimes, i dont have the error message infront of me now.. nothing major, it rarely crashes, not like all the time kind of thing so no worries..

Always puzzled me this. Why would you want everyone around you to know you've just opened or flipped your phone?

yea its work when I rotate the screen, i hope it can add the condition when device start to wake.
at another device, eten Glofiish M700, it won't play.

Ring Once AND Vibrate

Ive got a TD2, running Tess 3.3
My old Nokia N95 had an extremely useful profile called Meeting. It basically rang once and kept on vibrating. This is very useful in the office. My TD2 can't do this.
Is there any way that this can be done through a setting, or is there a CAB available, or is someone willing to write a CAB like this

Thanks for the quick reply, but I dont find Mobile Shell quite as nice as TF3D 2.1 (even the new Mobile Shell 3.5) Also a high battery drain, or is that just me
I guess its down to a personal preference. I was hoping for a CAB installation

G-Profile, a free app by Ageye has quite a few options concerning phone profile. Maybe you can have a look at it.

..you don't really need a tool for this. Its a simple change in the registry. Have a look here and here

that's what I was thinking of...but then he will always get this kind of ring unless he switches to,let's say, vibrate+ring

Which messenger you would prefer to use with the HD2 - AIM or IM+? Which one is more user-friendly, stable, offers more usable features...?

why dont you just try out what fits ur personally best? its the same as it is with rom's everyone has its personal preference. for example i use the normal messenger. but i dont msn often.

I use palringo

The best one is pigeon... for any needs!
It is the fastest, most stable, best looking and the one with the minimal data transfer!

Ive used Palringo on symbian, windows 7 and windows mobile and for me does everything I need. Its maybe not the best looking interface but it is functional and provides chat option for most of the different providers.

Palringo could be one of the best but it doesnt support skype which is unfortunately not acceptable (for me). I am now using IM+ and am very happy. Connects blazing fast. Integrates nicely in WinMob-Notifications and is easy to use. No functions are missing for my needs, too. But its DAMN expensive!

Sure, just put a link into windows\autostart Its as easy as that

I use palringo which works perfectly, the windows live messenger keeps freezing my hd2's internet connection + keyboard so that sucks.

Will stay online and has an energy saving mode for that.

do u all have the problem of Palringo not beeping when the screen is off? after many roms and update from palringo... I'm still having this problem
