I purpose to any chief who want, a free place on my server for hosting their roms.
Here an example from KWRB roms :

So, I can give :
ftp access
full bandwitch (100 mbits up and down) available
nice place to see how many people have download your rom
some file you can upload to organize your rom (by group, with external link for the password ...)

Good for you! and also good for us for making this easier to download... Thanks VEXAMUS.
However, i suggest that you can drop this little index.php in the root dir from h**p://www.bitfolge.de/snif-en.html. It will list your dir content and you can hide/unhide certain ext... but the most important is, it hides the server information Apache/1.3.39 Server at www. cinetsystems.com Port 80 which might be useful for hackers and the like.
just my 2cents...
IF you asked i would aslo give you free webspace with unlimited bandwith.

Too much files mate
Is it me, or all the dates/times wrong on the files on the server?
I noticed the same problem with a similar looking site belonging to custel.

I'm glad you're enjoying your space, mate. I do very much appreciate your work. So thank you kindly for what you do.
FYI, I fixed the way files display, now the file names won't get cut off, should make for slightly easier navigation.

I have been a long time visitor to XDA and decided that it is time to start giving back. I have a large web server with traffic that I do not even use. Would anyone be interested in helping me to create a repository to store all the files that these awesome people create? I can install and setup a web based file management system. I can give the developers their own section. It will be quite some work at first but it will stop us having to go to RapidShare, MegaUpload, and 4FileShare for our roms. I have over 500GB of space and want to use it.
Please let me know.

I have 87+ GB of online space I am willing to allow anyone to use for ROM's.
I am encouraging chefs to use this space but I have no problem allowing application/game developers as well.
It's simple for up-loaders to use and couldn't get any easier for down-loaders. There is no file size limit for uploaders, no cost, no ad's/popups.
Only thing I ask is to allow me to add your ROM to my web site (with link to your ROM's thread, no download link on my site) but thats not mandatory. (http://sites.google.com/site/windowsmobileapplications/)
Just to give you an idea how it works.
For Up-loaders:
Unfortunately you have to download the client (Only for up-loaders) at http://www.wuala.com/ (Top right)
Download and install.
Create an account and log in.
Join my group "Windows Mobile ROM's"
When you join my group it will ask you why? so please Add your XDA Developers user name and ROM/app/game's name (A link would be nice) and then I will add you as a moderator so you can add and delete your files. P.S. you can also just become a member of my group to use the client to browse/download files.
Now once you are apart of my group this is how you will upload files:
I will make you a folder in the correct area for you to do what you wish.
All you have to do is drag the file into the desired area or click add file.
Now copy past the link into your ROM/app/game's thread and your done.
(for more info just look on there web site)
For down-loaders:
Click on the link, click download to my computer. easy...
No waiting period, speed limit, ad's, or download amount limit.
Here is an example file to show you how easy it is.

Hey guys,
Just a quick update, I had some people contacting me about FTP accounts or file hosting services. So I just want to give an explanation about what I'm offering here. What I can offer you guys is web hosting, unfortunately I can't set up FTP's. What you can do is build a small web page, that provides and option to upload and download files, maybe some explanation about your ROM's or MOD's.
Like a small home page but with a download option. I can give you unlimited storage and a descent download speed (no monthly bandwidth limits). There are pre-build sites on the web that can get you started(like file and photos sharing gallery and stuff), and I will help you set things up and running.
In addition I want to offer a chose of domains. (as I explained in my previous post, I'm offering you a sub-domain "yourname.my-domain.whatever). So the options are:

argali.net
cacomistle.org
frilled.org
hosting-1.org
linux-devs.com
my-ad.net
one-host.org

The domains are currently on parking, but I will unpark the chosen domain and set it up for hosting.

This is my hobby and I don't earn anything, this website is what I wanted all along: minimum waiting time to download, NO ADS, good speed ( not all your bandwith, is limitated on 2 Mb/s for external and for my country[RO] 2.5-3.0 Mb/s ), PAUSABLE and is not a torrent tracker
Post your feedback here, and maybe i will make this filehost script better.
